| 2 | 全国2万例急性缺血性脑卒中早期抗血小板治疗临床对照研究结果(CAST临床试验)显示文摘目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中早期抗血小板治疗,对降低病人病死率、改善机体残疾率的临床疗效。本试验简称CAST临床试验。方法:采取多中心、随机、双盲治疗。对发病48小时内的急性缺血性脑卒中,经头颅计算机断层摄影术(CT)或临床检查基本排除出血性脑卒中即可入选。每日口服阿司匹林160mg或安慰剂4周。结果:自1993年11月至1997年4月全国413家医院共入选21106例病人。治疗期间阿司匹林组死亡343例,较对照组(死亡398例)下降14.0%(P=0.04)。再发缺血性脑卒中阿司匹林组显著低于对照组(1.6%比2.1%,P=0.01)。出血性脑卒中的发生,阿司匹林组较对照组略有增加,但差别不显著(1.1%比0.9%,P>0.1)。结论:本项研究显示,对急性缺血性脑卒中病人进行早期抗血小板治疗,可显著降低住院期间死亡率及再发脑卒中发生率,并在一定程度上促进病人的功能康复。 | 急性缺血性脑卒中临床试验(CAST)协作中心 急性缺血性脑卒中临床试验(CAST)全国协作组 | 1999 | 中国循环杂志1999，14，1： | 12 |

| 5 | Simulation of Thermodynamics and Kinetics for KR Desulphurization显示文摘This paper seeks to optimize parameters, reduce the cost of desulphurization and the consumption of operation about KR pretreatment of hot metal at the Stainless Steel Company, Baosteel Group. Based on the theoretical analysis of physical chemistry in metallurgy, simulation experiments of the KR desulphurization of hot metal were conducted in a laboratory and the composition of the desulphurization was optimized, by means of chemical analysis, DSC, SEM and EDS. The water modeling displays the fluid flow characteristics of KR desulphurization. | 6 | Chemotherapy plus percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in patients with inoperable colorectal liver metastases显示文摘AIM:To access the efficacy of chemotherapy plus radiofrequency ablation(RFA)as one line of treatment in inoperable colorectal liver metastases.METHODS:Eligible patients were included in three PhaseⅡstudies.In the first study percutaneous RFA was used first followed by 6 cycles of 5-fluorouracil,leucovorin and irinotecan combination(FOLFIRI)(adjunctive chemotherapy trial).In the other two,chemotherapy(FOLFIRI or 5-fluorouracil,leucovorin and oxaliplatin combination)up to 12 cycles was used first with percutaneous RFA offered to responding patients (primary chemotherapy trials).RESULTS:Thirteen patients were included in the adjunctive chemotherapy trial and 17 in the other two.At inclusion they had 1-4 liver metastases(up to 6.5 cm in size).Two patients died during chemotherapy.All patients in the adjunctive chemotherapy trial and 44%in the primary chemotherapy studies had their metastases ablated.Median PFS and overall survival in the adjunctive study were 13 and 24 mo respectively while in the primary chemotherapy studies they were 10 and 21 mo respectively.Eighty one percent of the patients had tumour relapse in at least one previously ablated lesion.CONCLUSION:Chemotherapy plus RFA in patients with low volume inoperable colorectal liver metastases seems safe and relatively effective.The high local recurrence rate is of concern. | Joseph Sgouros James Cast Krishna K Garadi Maria Belechri David J Breen John RT Monson Anthony Maraveyas | 2011 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2011，3，4： | 4 |
| 7 | Relationship between the severity of hepatitis C virus-related liver disease and the presence of Helicobacter species in the liver: A prospective study显示文摘AIM: To determine the presence of Helicobacter species DNA in the liver of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients with and without cirrhosis as compared to controls, and to identify the bacterial species involved. METHODS: Seventy-nine consecutive patients (HBV and HIV negative) with a liver sample obtained after liver biopsy or hepatic resection were studied: 41 with CHC without cirrhosis, 12 with CHC and cirrhosis, and 26 controls (HCV negative). Polymerase chain reactions (PCRs) targeting Helicobacter 16S rDNA and species- specific were performed on DNA extracted from the liver. A gastric infection with H pylori was determined by serology and confirmed by 13C-urea breath test. RESULTS: Overall, Helicobacter 16S rDNA was found in 16 patients (20.2%). Although positive cases tended to be higher in CHC patients with cirrhosis (41.6%) than in those without cirrhosis (17.0%) or in controls (15.4%), the difference was not statistically significant (P =0.08). H pylori-like DNA was identified in 12 cases and H. pullorum DNA in 2, while 2 cases remained unidenti- fied. Gastric infection with H pylori was found in only 2 of these patients. CONCLUSION: Our results do not confirm the associ- ation of Helicobacter species DNA in the liver of CHC patients with advanced liver disease.
