| 1 | Transanal endoscopic microsurgery as optimal option in treatment of rare rectal lesions:a single centre experience显示文摘AIM To analyze the outcomes of transanal endoscopic microsurgery(TEM) in the treatment of rare rectal condition like mesenchymal tumors, condylomas, endometriosis and melanoma. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed a twenty-three years database. Fifty-two patients were enrolled in this study. The lesions were considered suitable for TEM if they were within 20 cm from the anus. All of them underwent an accurate preoperative workup consisting in clinical examination, total colonoscopy with biopsies, endoscopic ultrasonography, and pelvic computerized tomography or pelvic magnetic resonance imaging. Operative time, intraoperative complications, rate of conversion, tumor size, postoperative morbidity, mortality, the length of hospital stay, local and distant recurrence were analyzed.RESULTS Among the 1328 patients treated by TEM in our department, the 52 patients with rectal abnormalities other than adenoma or adenocarcinoma represented 4.4%. There were 30 males(57.7%) and 22 females(42.3%). Mean age was 55 years(median = 60, range = 24-78). This series included 14(26.9%) gastrointestinal stromal tumors, 21 neuroendocrine tumors(40.4%), 1 ganglioneuroma(1.9%), 2 solitary ulcers in the rectum(3.8%), 6 cases of rectal endometriosis(11.5%), 6 cases of rectal condylomatosis(11.5%) and 2 rectal melanomas(3.8%). Mean lesion diameter was 2.7 cm(median: 4, range: 0.4-8). Mean distance from the anal verge was 9.5 cm(median: 10, range: 4-15). One patient operated for rectal melanoma developed distant metastases and died two years after the operation. We experienced 2 local recurrences(3.8%) with an overall survival equal to 97.6%(95%CI: 95%-99%) at the end of follow-up and a disease free survival of 98%(95%CI: 96%-99%).CONCLUSION We could conclude that TEM is an important therapeutical option for rectal rare conditions. | Monica Ortenzi Roberto Ghiselli Maria Michela Cappelletti Trombettoni Luca Cardinali Mario Guerrieri | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2016，8，17： | 5 |
| 2 | 书面修正性反馈有效性的元分析研究显示文摘书面修正性反馈是二语习得研究领域颇具争议的话题。学者们围绕要不要进行书面修正性反馈、反馈是否有效、哪些错误需要修正、应该何时进行修正、如何修正以及由谁来修正等问题进行了大量的理论探讨和实证研究。本研究对国外21项书面修正性反馈有效性实证研究进行了元分析。研究发现:1)书面修正性反馈具有大效应值,并具有持续效应; 2)外语环境下书面修正性反馈的效应值显著高于二语环境下书面修正性反馈的效应值; 3)大学组被试效应值高于中学组被试和语言培训项目组被试的效应值; 4)以指出错误(±标出错误类型)为代表的间接反馈的效应值高于明确纠错等直接反馈的效应值; 5)聚焦反馈的效应值高于非聚焦反馈的效应值; 6)以计算机为媒介提供的反馈的效应值高于教师(或研究者)提供的反馈的效应值; 7)即时反馈的效应值高于延时反馈的效应值。本研究既对认识和理解修正性反馈在二语习得中的作用具有理论意义,又对指导外语课堂修正性反馈具有实践意义。 | 王利娜 牟蕾 吴勇毅 Beth Cappelletti | 2018 | 西安外国语大学学报2018，26，4： | 4 |
| 3 | Ionized jet deposition of antimicrobial and stem cell friendly silver-substituted tricalcium phosphate nanocoatings on titanium alloy显示文摘Orthopedic infections pose severe societal and economic burden and interfere with the capability of the implanted devices to integrate in the host bone,thus significantly increasing implants failure rate.To address infection and promote integration,here nanostructured antibacterial and bioactive thin films are proposed,obtained,for the first time,by Ionized Jet Deposition(IJD)of silver-substituted tricalcium phosphate(Ag-TCP)targets on titanium.Coatings morphology,composition and mechanical properties are characterized and proof-of-concept of biocompatibility is shown.Antimicrobial efficacy is investigated against four Gram positive and Gram negative bacterial strains and against C.albicans fungus,by investigating the modifications in planktonic bacterial growth in the absence and presence of silver.Then,for all bacterial strains,the capability of the film to inhibit bacterial adhesion is also tested.Results indicate that IJD permits a fine control over films composition and morphology and deposition of films with suitable mechanical properties.Biological studies show a good efficacy against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Enterococcus faecalis and against fungus Candida albicans,with evidences of efficacy against planktonic growth and significant reduction of bacterial cell adhesion.No cytotoxic effects are evidenced for equine adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSCs),as no reductions are caused to cells viability and no interference is assessed in cells differentiation towards osteogenic lineage,in the presence of silver.Instead,thanks to nanostructuration and biomimetic composition,tricalcium phosphate(TCP)coatings favor cells viability,also when silver-substituted.These findings show that silver-substituted nanostructured coatings are promising for orthopedic implant applications. | Gabriela Graziani Katia Barbaro Inna V.Fadeeva Daniele Ghezzi Marco Fosca Enrico Sassoni Gianluca Vadalà Martina Cappelletti Francesco Valle Nicola Baldini Julietta V.Rau | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021，6，8： | 2 |
