A comparative analysis of dielectric properties of oil-paper insulation and polymer materials before and after thermal aging显示文摘The shortcomings of oil-immersed transformer solid insulation like low high-temperature resistance of the insulation paper and the uneven distribution of electric field caused by the large difference of dielectric constants between insulation paper and transformer oil, restricted the development of transformer with smaller size and larger capacity. In view of this situation and the transformer’s demand for the dielectric physicochemical and mechanical property of insulation material, polycarbonate, polyester film and polyphenylene sulfide with high high-temperature resistance were chosen for the comparison analysis in this paper We did the 300-day thermal aging experiment on four samples in transformer oil under different aging temperatures of90°C,110°C and 130°C,then analyzed the changes of their dielectric properties. The experiment results are as follows;the permittivity and dielectric dissipation factor of the three polymer materials are apparently smaller than those of the paper both before and after 300-day aging;the volume resistivity and partial discharge inception voltage of the three materials are higher than those of the paper both before and after aging;and the breakdown field strength of polycarbonate is higher than that of the paper both before and after aging, while that of polyester film and polyphenylene sulfide are slightly lower than that of the paper. | WANG Wei YUE CaiPeng HE DongXin YANG Kai CHEN ShengKe | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,4: | 2
Binding and Transformation of Extracellular DNA in Soil显示文摘DNA is the genetic material of various organisms. Extracellular DNA adsorbed or bound on surface-active particles in soils has been shown to persist for long periods against nucleases degradation and still retain the ability to transform competent cells. This paper reviews some recent advances on the binding and transformation of extracellular DNA in soils, which is fundamental to understanding the nature of the soil, regulating biodiversity, and assessing the risk of releasing genetically engineered microorganisms (GEMs) as well as being helpful for development of the genetic evolutional theory of bacteria. Several influencing factors, such as soil pH, ionic strength, soil surface properties, and characteristics of the DNA polymer, are discussed. To date, the understanding of the type of molecular binding sites and the conformation of adsorbed and bound DNA to soil particles is still in its infancy. | CAIPeng HUANGQiao-Yun ZHANGXue-Wen CHENHao | 2005 | Pedosphere2005,15,1: | 2

Application of synthetic biology in bladder cancer显示文摘Bladder cancer(BC)is the most common malignant tumor of the genitourinary system. The age of individuals diagnosed with BC tends to decrease in recent years.A variety of standard therapeutic options are available for the clinical management of BC,but limitations exist. It is difficult to surgically eliminate small lesions, while radiation and chemotherapy damage normal tissues, leading to severe side effects. Therefore, new approaches are required to improve the efficacy and specificity of BC treatment.Synthetic biology is a field emerging in the last decade that refers to biological elements, devices, and materials that are artificially synthesized according to users’needs. In this review,we discuss how to utilize genetic elements to regulate BC-related gene expression periodically and quantitatively to inhibit the initiation and progression of BC.In addition, the design and construction of gene circuits to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells to kill the former but spare the latter are elaborated. Then,we introduce the development of genetically modified T cells for targeted attacks on BC.Finally, synthetic nanomaterials specializing in detecting and killing BC cells are detailed. This review aims to describe the innovative details of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of BC from the perspective of synthetic biology. | Mengting Ding Jiaxing Lin Caipeng Qin Ping Wei Jiahe Tian Tianxin Lin Tao Xu | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,18: | 0
Analysis on Tectonic Movement of the Longmenshan Fault Zone before the Wenchuan M_S 8. 0 Great Earthquake显示文摘On the basis of elastic rebound theory, using the horizontal velocity field of the Chinese mainland calculated from GPS data during three observation periods from 1999 to 2007,the velocity components that are parallel and plumb to the fault zone are calculated respectively for different periods, and then relative ground movements of two sides of the fault zone are analyzed with power function fitting and graphics. The results show that the relative ground movement shows right-lateral shear deformation before the Wenchuan MS8. 0 earthquake, and at the same time the movement was hindered by the Longmenshan fault zone. Thus, this result has positive significance for distinguishing the elastic strain energy accumulation and deformation anomaly in an earthquake preparation process, and for conducting further research on earthquake prediction. | Ping Jianjun Jiang Zaisen Feng Xiangdong Ping Caipeng Shan Lianjun Wang Xia | 2014 | Earthquake Research in China2014,28,3: | 0
A survey of research in brain iron level and Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘The main pathological feature of Alz-heimer’s disease(AD)is the extracellular deposition ofβ-amyloid(Aβ)in the brain, which forms insoluble Aβplaques, and tau protein hyperphosphorylation in neu-rons,which forms intracellular fibrillary tangles. So far, none of the drugs targeting Aβhave been successful in the treatment of AD.Some studies have shown that brain iron deposition may be one of the important factors in AD pathogenesis;the distribution of iron deposition has been found to be consistent with the distribution of Aβsenile plaques in the brain.Effectively reducing brain iron load might therefore be a good therapeutic approach to prevent and treat AD. | Xingguang Li Chang Wang Xiuxia Li Caipeng Cao Hongbo Shang Yongchuan Wang Tianyu Dong | 2020 | Journal of Translational Neuroscience2020,5,4: | 0
The effect of iron metabolism on anxiety disorder显示文摘Anxiety disorder is one of the most common emotional disorders, but its pathogenesis re-mains unclear.Research has shown that iron deficiency is more common in people with emotional disorders and that these disorders can improve after taking iron supple-ments.Many factors can cause anxiety disorders,includ-ing external stress, genetic factors, impaired neurodevel-opment,and abnormal monoamine metabolism.Studies have shown that abnormal monoamine metabolism and impaired neurodevelopment can contribute to the severity of emotional disorders. The synthesis of serotonin(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)require iron as a cofactor in the syn-thesis of monoamine metabolism, and the release of epi-nephrine(E)was potentially associated with labile iron in plasma. At the same time, iron is also directly involved in myelin synthesis as a cofactor in neural development. Therefore, iron maybe involved some of the main causes of the onset of anxiety disorders. | Xingguang Li Xuerui Fu Wei Zhang Caipeng Cao Hongbo Shang Yongchuan Wang Tianyu Dong | 2020 | Journal of Translational Neuroscience2020,5,4: | 0
