1Transplantation of UC-MSCs on collagen scaffold activates follicles in dormant ovaries of POF patients with long history of infertility显示文摘Premature ovarian failure(POF) is a refractory disease for clinical treatment with the goal of restoring fertility. In this study,umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on a collagen scaffold(collagen/UC-MSCs) can activate primordial follicles in vitro via phosphorylation of FOXO3 a and FOXO1. Transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs to the ovaries of POF patients rescued overall ovarian function, evidenced by elevated estradiol concentrations, improved follicular development, and increased number of antral follicles. Successful clinical pregnancy was achieved in women with POF after transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs or UC-MSCs. 2Microstructures of metallic film and diamond growth from Fe-Ni-C system显示文摘The microstructures of metallic film surrounding diamond have been systemically studied using the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the atom force microscopy (AFM). The film can be divided into three layers (inner layer near diamond, external layer near graphite and middle layer). The graphite cannot be directly transformed into diamond in the film at HTHP: there exists a parallelrelationship between (111) of γ-(Fe,Ni) and (110) of Fe3C in the inner layer; the sawtooth-like step morphology found by AFM on the film is similar to that of corresponding diamond surface. A new model for diamond growth at HPHT is proposed from the parallel relationship and sawtooth-like step morphology. 4Distributed localization for anchor-free sensor networks显示文摘Geographic location of nodes is very useful in a sensor network. Previous localization algorithms assume that there exist some anchor nodes in this kind of network, and then other nodes are estimated to create their coordinates. Once there are not anchors to be deployed, those localization algorithms will be invalidated. Many papers in this field focus on anchor-based solutions. The use of anchors introduces many limitations, since anchors require external equipments such as global position system, cause additional power consumption. A novel positioning algorithm is proposed to use a virtual coordinate system based on a new concept-virtual anchor. It is executed in a distributed fashion according to the connectivity of a node and the measured distances to its neighbors. Both the adjacent member information and the ranging distance result are combined to generate the estimated position of a network, one of which is independently adopted for localization previously. At the position refinement stage the intermediate estimation of a node begins to be evaluated on its reliability for position mutation; thus the positioning optimization process of the whole network is avoided falling into a local optimal solution. 5Flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte enabling a Li F-rich solid electrolyte interface to improve cycle performance of wide-temperature lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium–sulfur batteries have been regarded as the most promising high-energy electrochemical energy storage device owing to the high energy density, low cost and environmental friendliness. However, traditional lithium–sulfur batteries using ether-based electrolytes often suffer from severe safety risks(i.e. combustion). Herein, we demonstrated a novel kind of flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte(6.5 M lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulphonyl)imide/fluoroethylene carbonate) for highly-safe and widetemperature lithium–sulfur batteries. It was found that such concentrated electrolyte showed superior flame retardancy, high lithium-ion transference number(0.69) and steady lithium plating/stripping behavior(2.5 m Ah cm^(-2) over 3000 h). Moreover, lithium–sulfur batteries using this flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte delivered outstanding cycle performance in a wide range of temperatures(-10 °C, 25 °C and 90 °C). This superior battery performance is mainly attributed to the LiF-rich solid electrolyte interphase formed on lithium metal anode, which can effectively suppress the continuous growth of lithium dendrites. 6Simulated Sensitivity of Ozone Generation to Precursors in Beijing during a High O_(3) Episode显示文摘This study uses the WRF-Chem model combined with the empirical kinetic modeling method(EKMA curve)to study the compound pollution event in Beijing that happened in 13−23 May 2017.Sensitivity tests are conducted to analyze ozone sensitivity to its precursors,and to develop emission reduction measures.The results suggest that the model can accurately simulate the compound pollution process of photochemistry and haze.When VOCs and NOx were reduced by the same proportion,the effect of O_(3)reduction at peak time was more obvious,and the effect during daytime was more significant than at night.The degree of change in ozone was peak time>daytime average.When reducing or increasing the ratio of precursors by 25%at the same time,the effect of reducing 25%VOCs on the average ozone concentration reduction was most significant.The degree of change in ozone decreased with increasing altitude,the location of the ozone maximum change shifted westward,and its range narrowed.As the altitude increases,the VOCs-limited zone decreases,VOCs sensitivity decreases,NOx sensitivity increases.The controlled area changed from near-surface VOCs-limited to high-altitude NOx-limited.Upon examining the EKMA curve,we have found that suburban and urban are sensitive to VOCs.The sensitivity tests indicate that when VOCs in suburban are reduced about 60%,the O_(3)-1h concentration could reach the standard,and when VOCs of the urban decreased by about 50%,the O_(3)-1h concentration could reach the standard.Thus,these findings could provide references for the control of compound air pollution in Beijing.Meng CUI Xingqin AN Li XING Guohui LI Guiqian TANG Jianjun HE Xin LONG Shuman ZHAO 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,7:7
7Geochronology and Hf Isotopes of Granite Gravel from Fanjingshan, South China: Implication for the Precambrian Tectonic Evolution of Western Jiangnan Orogen显示文摘The debate of assembly time between the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks has aroused the disputation on the formation mechanism of Jiangnan orogen, South China. Therefore widespread magmatism of 830–750 Ma in South China is interpreted as the product of either plume or arc magmatism, which results in distinctive depositional background in the Neoproterozoic. Granite gravel located at the unconformity between the Banxi Group and Fanjingshan Group of the western Jiangnan orogen was collected, which gave a new age limit to the deposition of the Banxi Group and Nanhu rift. Zircons from the granite gravel crystallized yield a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 789±11 Ma, which probably represents the end of the Jiangnan orogeny and marks the onset of Nanhua rift. 8A phase inversion based sponge-like polysulfonamide/SiO_2 composite separator for high performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘In this work,a sponge-like polysulfonamide(PSA)/SiO_2 composite membrane is unprecedentedly prepared by the phase inversion method,and successfully demonstrated as a novel separator of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Compared to the commercial polypropylene(PP) separator,the sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite possesses better physical and electrochemical properties,such as higher porosity,ionic conductivity,thermal stability and flame retarding ability.The LiCoO_2/Li half-cells using the sponge-like composite separator demonstrate superior rate capability and cyclability over those using the commercial PP separator.Moreover,the sponge-like composite separator can ensure the normal operation of LiCoO_2/Li half-cell at an extremely high temperature of 90 °C,while the commercial PP separator cannot.All these encouraging results suggest that this phase inversion based sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite separator is really a promising separator for high performance LIBs.Xiao Wang Gaojie Xu Qingfu Wang Chenglong Lu Chengzhong Zong Jianjun Zhang Liping Yue Guanglei Cui 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,6:6

10Flame-retardant quasi-solid polymer electrolyte enabling sodium metal batteries with highly safe characteristic and superior cycling stability显示文摘Con ventio nal liquid electrolytes based sodium metal batteries suffer from severe safety hazards owing to electrolyte leakage,in flammability and dendritic sodium deposit!on.Herein,we report a flame-retardant quasi-solid polymer electrolyte with poly(methyl vinyl ether-alt-maleic an hydride)(P(MVE-alt-MA))as host,bacterial cellulose(BC)as reinforceme nt,and triethyl phosphate/vinyle ne carb on ate/sodium perchlorate(TEP/VC/NaClO4)as plasticizer for highly safe sodium metal batteries.The as-obtained quasi-solid polymer electrolyte exhibits superior flame retardancy(self-extinguish within 1 s),complete non-leakage property and wide electrochemical windows(4.4 V).More importantly,Na3V2(PO4)3/Na metal batteries using such polymer electrolyte delivers superior I on g-term cycli ng stability(84.4%capacity rete ntion after 1000 cycles)which is significantly better than that(only 2%after 240 cycles)of liquid electrolyte.In addition,this flame-retardant quasi-solid polymer electrolyte provides favorable cycle performance(80.2%capacity retention after 70 cycles at 50°C and 84.8%capacity retention after 50 cycles at-10°C)for Na3V2(PO4)3/Na metal batteries.And this battery also displayed a normal charge/discharge property even at-15°C.These fascinating cycle properties are mainly ascribed to the effective pro怕ctive layers formed on Na3V2(PC>4)3 cathode and sodium metal ano de.More thorough in vestigati on elucidates that such flame-retardant quasi-solid polymer electrolyte plays a multif unctional role in the adva need sodium metal batteries:(1)being in volved in the formatio n of a favorable cathode electrolyte in terface(CEI)to inhibit the dissolutio n of van adium and maintai n the structure integrity of the Na3V2(PO4)3;(2)participati ng in building a stable solid electrolyte in terface(SEI)to suppress the growth of Na dendrites;(3)integrating flame-retardanee into polymer sodium batteries to enhance flame-resistanee,eliminate electrolyte leakage,and thus improve safety of sodium batteries.Based on these results,we further assembled Na3V2(PO4)3/MoS2 pouch cell which can withsta nd harsh conditions(be nded or cut off a corn er),confirming the obtai ned polymer electrolyte with superior non-leakage property.In all,these outstanding characteristics would endow this flame-retardant quasi-solid polymer electrolyte a very promising can didate for highly-safe sodium metal batteries.Jinfeng Yang Min Zhang Zheng Chen Xiaofan Du Suqi Huang Ben Tang Tiantian Dong Han Wu Zhe Yu Jianjun Zhang Guanglei Cui 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:4
11Cyanoethyl cellulose-based eutectogel electrolyte enabling high-voltage-tolerant and ion-conductive solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘Solid-state polymer electrolytes are an important factor in the deployment of highsafety and high-energy-density solid-state lithium metal batteries.Nevertheless,use of the traditional polyethylene oxide-based solid-state polymer electrolyte is limited due to its inherently low ionic conductivity and narrow electrochemical stability window.Herein,for the first time,we specifically designed a cyanoethyl cellulosein-deep eutectic solvent composite eutectogel as a promising candidate for hybrid solid-state polymer electrolytes.It is found that the proposed eutectogel electrolyte achieves high ionic conductivity(1.87×10^(−3) S cm^(−1) at 25℃),superior electrochemical stability(up to 4.8 V),and outstanding lithium plating/striping behavior(low overpotential of 0.04 V at 1mAcm^(−2) and 1mAh cm^(−2) over 300 h).With the eutectogel-based solid-state polymer electrolyte,a 4.45 V LiCoO_(2)/Li metal battery delivers prominent long-term lifespan(capacity retention of 85%after 200 cycles)and high average Coulombic efficiency(99.5%)under ambient conditions,significantly outperforming the traditional carbonate-based liquid electrolyte.Our work demonstrates a promising strategy for designing eutectogel-based solid-state polymer electrolytes to realize high-voltage and high-energy lithium metal batteries.Hao Zhang Lixue Zhou Xiaofan Du Jianjun Zhang Songwei Tian Tingting Liu Jinning Zhang Sijia Hu Weiling Song Xinhong Zhou Guanglei Cui 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,6:3
12Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 15The physics design of magnet in 14 MeV cyclotron显示文摘The 14 MeV, 400 μA compact cyclotron is under construction at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). The design of main magnet and the result of beam dynamics in the cyclotron will be described in this paper, including the choice of main parameters of magnet, the method of shimming isochronous field in the compact cyclotron and optimization of the magnetic field in central region. 16Two–stage Cretaceous Exhumation of Hengshan Complex in Hunan Province, SE China: Constraints Arising from ^(40)Ar–^(39)Ar Geochronology and Cretaceous Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Hengshan complex is located in the central part of SE China, which underwent rapid tectonic uplift in the Cretaceous just like many other complexes on the continent. (40)~Ar–(39)~Ar geochronological data from the Hengshan complex suggest that two episodes of crustal cooling/extension took place in this part of the continent during the Cretaceous time. The first stage of exhumation was active during ca. 136–125 Ma, with a cooling rate of > 10 °C/Ma. The second stage of exhumation happened at ca. 98–93 Ma, with a cooling rate of > 10 °C/Ma. Considering the folding in the Lower Cretaceous sedimentary rocks and the regional unconformity underneath the Upper Cretaceous red beds, it is believed that the Cretaceous crustal extension in SE China was interrupted by a compressional event. The reversion to extension, shortly after this middle Cretaceous compression, led to the rapid cooling/exhumation of the Hengshan complex at ca. 98–93 Ma. 17Modeling human hypertrophic scars with 3D preformed cellular aggregates bioprinting显示文摘The therapeutic interventions of human hypertrophic scars(HHS)remain puzzle largely due to the lack of accepted models.Current HHS models are limited by their inability to mimic native scar architecture and associated pathological microenvironments.Here,we create a 3D functional HHS model by preformed cellular aggregates(PCA)bioprinting,firstly developing bioink from scar decellularized extracellular matrix(ECM)and alginate-gelatin(Alg-Gel)hydrogel with suitable physical properties to mimic the microenvironmental factors,then pre-culturing patient-derived fibroblasts in this bioink to preform the topographic cellular aggregates for sequent printing.We confirm the cell aggregates preformed in bioink displayed well defined aligned structure and formed functional scar tissue self-organization after bioprinting,hence showing the potential of creating HHS models.Notably,these HHS models exhibit characteristics of early-stage HHS in gene and protein expression,which significantly activated signaling pathway related to inflammation and cell proliferation,and recapitulate in vivo tissue dynamics of scar forming.We also use the in vitro and in vivo models to define the clinically observed effects to treatment with concurrent anti-scarring drugs,and the data show that it can be used to evaluate the potential therapeutic target for drug testing.The ideal humanized scar models we present should prove useful for studying critical mechanisms underlying HHS and to rapidly test new drug targets and develop patient-specific optimal therapeutic strategies in the future.Yao Bin Zhu Dongzhen Cui Xiaoli Enhe jirigala Song Wei Li Zhao Hu Tian Zhu Ping Li Jianjun Wang Yuzhen Zhang Yijie Fu Xiaobing Huang Sha 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,4:2

19Study on Property of Polypropylene Catalyst with New Internal Donor显示文摘A P-substituted sulfonyl-containing compound was synthesized in the lab. The structure of the compound was demonstrated by 1H and 31P NMR. The propylene polymerization catalysts were prepared by incorporating an internal donor, and the content of Ti, H and C in the catalysts was also checked by elemental analysis. The effect of dosage of the donor, the Al/Ti ratio and the polymerization temperature on the catalyst activity were studied, the results suggested that the dosage of donor, the Al/Ti ratio and the polymerization temperature could affect not only the activity of catalyst but also the isotacticity index of the polymer.
