1Geochemical Characteristics and Tectonic Significance of Triassic Granite from Taer Region, the Northern Margin of West Kunlun显示文摘Late Hercynian-early Indosinian (Triassic) granite is widely distributed around the Taer region of the northern margin of West Kunlun. The rock mass is mainly composed of calc-alkaline porphyroid biotite adamellite and characterized by SiO2-rich, high-Ca, moderate-alkaline, and strongly peraluminous attributes, and relatively low ΣREE with LREE enrichment and a moderate Eu anomaly. As shown in the trace element spider web diagram, distinct peaks appear for Th, La, Nd, and Zr and clearly low values appear for Ba, Nb, Sr, P, and Ti. Further, compared with the primitive mantle, Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba are considerably higher and Nd/Th and Nb/Ta are relative low, all falling into the scope of the crust-origin rocks, indicating the characteristics of the crust-origin S-type granite. The rock mass's zircon U-Pb isotopic age is determined to be 235.7 ± 3.9 Ma. On the basis of the age data, spatio-temporal location, lithology, and geochemistry of the rock mass, we conclude that the formation of the rock mass is closely related to the strong compressional orogenic movement (240 Ma) of the Tianshuihai terrane and the South Kunlun terrane. The rock mass is the product of the collision orogenic movement. 2Effect of REs(Y,Nd)addition on high temperature oxidation kinetics,oxide layer characteristic and activation energy of AZ80 alloy显示文摘The oxidation behaviors of AZ80,AZ8O-0.32 Y and AZ8O-0.38 Nd(wt.%)alloys were researched at 413℃,420℃,427v and 433℃for up to 6 h in air environment via a high precision analytical balance,a laser confocal microscope,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis.The results show that the weight gain and oxidation rate of AZ80 are reduced significantly,the initiation form and propagation of cracks in oxide layer are changed.Compact and protective oxide layer forms on alloy surface with Y or Nd addition.And the activation energies of AZ80,AZ80-0.32Y and AZ8O-0.38Nd alloys calculated via Arrhenius equation are 82.556 kJ/mol,177.148kJ/mol and 136.738 kJ/mol,respectively.Chunlong Cheng Xiaoqiang Li Qichi Le Ruizhen Guo Qing Lan Jianzhong Cui 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,4:3

4Lactiplantibacillus plantarum L47 and inulin alleviate enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli induced ileal inflammation in piglets by upregulating the levels of a-linolenic acid and 12,13-epoxyoctadecenoic acid显示文摘Alternatives to antibiotics for preventing bacteria-induced inflammation in early-weaned farm animals are sorely needed. Our previous study showed that Lactiplantibacillus plantarum L47 and inulin could alleviate dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis in mice. To explore the protective effects of L. plantarum L47 and inulin on the ileal inflammatory response in weaned piglets challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC), 28 weaned piglets were assigned into four groups, namely, CON group—orally given 10 mL/d phosphate buffer saline(PBS), LI47 group—orally given a mixture of 10 m L/d L. plantarum L47 and inulin, ECON group—orally given 10 mL/d PBS and challenged by ETEC, and ELI47group—orally given 10 mL/d L. plantarum L47 and inulin mixture and challenged by ETEC. The results demonstrated that the combination of L. plantarum L47 and inulin reduced inflammatory responses and relieved the inflammatory damage caused by ETEC, including ileal morphological damage, reduced protein expression of ileal tight junction, decreased antioxidant capacity, and decreased antiinflammatory factors. Transcriptome analysis revealed that L. plantarum L47 and inulin up-regulated the gene expression of phospholipase A2 group IIA(PLA2G2A)(P < 0.05) as well as affected alphalinolenic acid(ALA) metabolism and linoleic acid metabolism. Moreover, L. plantarum L47 and inulin increased the levels of ALA(P < 0.05), lipoteichoic acid(LTA)(P < 0.05), and 12,13-epoxyoctadecenoic acid(12,13-EpOME)(P < 0.05) and the protein expression of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)(P = 0.05) in the ileal mucosa.
