5重度肥胖病人的淋巴细胞线粒体呼吸链中复合酶体的变化显示文摘目的:研究重度肥胖病人淋巴细胞线粒体呼吸链的功能。方法:测定59例重度肥胖女性(肥胖组,体重指数为49.6±1.7,年龄为41.1±1.1岁)与60例正常体重女性(对照组,体重指数为22.5±0.6,年龄为44.1±1.6岁)的淋巴细胞线粒体呼吸链中第三对复合酶体-辅酶Q细胞色素c氧化还原酶(CⅢ)的活性及酶动力学分析。结果:肥胖组CⅢ的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01),以Michaelis-Menton酶动力学方法分折,肥胖组CⅢ的最大反应速率(Vmax)及米氏常数(Km)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肥胖病人淋巴细胞线粒体呼吸链中电子流量增加伴复合酶体的效率下降,可能导致线粒体中自由基产生的增加.各种疾病的发病率增加。李靖 Desai V Feuers F J Buffington C K Cowan G S M 2000广州医药2000,31,4:2
