| 1 | 我国东部花粉雨初探显示文摘通过对位于不同气候带的北京、禹城和桃源 3地的全年空气孢粉采样以及表土尘孢粉采样的研究分析 ,初步了解代表暖温带、中亚热带的现代花粉雨的组成 ,其中空气孢粉组合较表土尘孢粉组合更能反映区域植被的成分 ;区域花粉雨特征可以作为气候带划分的标志 ;我国东部花粉雨分析还表明 ,花粉的远距离迁移与东亚季风气候关系密切 ,花粉的迁移路线反映了季风运行的轨迹。通过花粉雨的研究 ,进一步了解孢粉组合—植被—气候三者的联系 ,将有助于应用孢粉分析恢复植被。 | 黄赐璇 Pierre COUR | 2001 | 地理研究2001，20，1： | 16 |
| 2 | 东北平原海伦空气孢粉分析显示文摘为研究我国温带地区的空气孢粉 ,在东北平原黑龙江省海伦农业生态站离地面以上1 0 m处 ,装置库尔风标花粉仪 ,收集了一年的空气孢粉样品 ,分析结果表明 ,全年空气孢粉有 72个植物的科属 ,其中木本植物 1 8个 ,草本植物 5 2个 ,蕨类植物 2个。最主要的孢粉是桦属、杨属、柳属、栎属、蒿属、藜科 ,禾本科。全年空气孢粉浓度有两个高峰期 ,4月中至 5月底为木本植物花粉高峰期 ,8月初至 9月中为草本植物花粉高峰期 ,全年空气孢粉最高值在 5月中旬 3 4 .3万粒 / 1 0 0 0 m3 空气 ,其次 8月底 3 0 .7万粒 / 1 0 0 0 m3 空气 ,全年空气孢粉最低值在 2月初 ,为 1 0 0粒 / 1 0 0 0 m3空气。本地区引发呼吸道疾病的致敏花粉 ,主要有春季型的桦属和杨属花粉 ,秋季型有蒿属、豚草属。 | 黄赐璇 Pierre COUR 许清海 阳小兰 梁文栋 | 2001 | 地理科学进展2001，20，4： | 14 |
| 3 | Dust pollen distribution on a continental scale and its relation to present-day vegetation along north-south transects in east China显示文摘A series of dust pollen samples was collected along N-S transects in east China (18°N to 53°N latitudes). Sample sites extend from the cold-temperate zone in the north to the tropical region in the south. Pollen taxa characterize each region and reflect the natural and devastated vegetation as well as corre- sponding climatic zones. The quantitative pollen data can be used to estimate the spatial distribution of planted and introduced species. Valuable information of human disturbance of the natural forest is evaluated by quantitative comparison between dust pollen and in-situ pollen of protected forest. In addition, percentages of grass pollen vary regularly from north to south that is consistent with spatial distribution of net primary productivity in east China. Among all grasses, Artemisia and the Gramineae carry the clearest signal: their ratio increases northwards and therefore represent a suitable and con- venient tool for palaeoclimate reconstructions. | P. | 5 | Comparing corneal outcome between femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery and conventional phaco surgery in Fuchs’endothelial dystrophy patients:a randomized pilot study with 6mo follow up显示文摘AIM:To compare the corneal outcome in Fuchs’endothelial dystrophy(FED)patients between femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery(FLACS)and conventional phaco surgery(CPS).METHODS:This was a randomized controlled study comparing one eye surgery by FLACS and the contralateral eye operated by CPS(stop and chop technique)in FED patients.Central corneal thickness,corneal light backscatter,corneal densitometry,and central corneal endothelial cell count and hexagonality(noncontact endothelial cell microscope),and corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA)were assessed preoperatively and at day 1,40,and 180 postoperatively.RESULTS:Totally 31 patients(16 women)were included.At day 40 postoperatively,the mean endothelial cell loss(ECL)was 23.67%by FLACS and 17.30%by CPS(P=0.53).At day 180 postoperatively,ECL was 25.58%in FLACS and 21.32%in CPS(P=0.69).Densitometry data in all layers and all annuli from anterior layer to posterior layer in annuli 0-2,2-6,6-10 and 10-12,total densitometry with all layers and all annuli was performed.A significant difference was found in 6-10(posterior layer)at day 1 with-1.42 grayscale units(GSU;95%CI:-2.66 to-0.19,P=0.02).In 10-12(anterior layer,central layer and all layers)at day 40 were significant different with 7.7(95%CI:1.89 to 13.50,P=0.009),3.97(95%CI:0.23 to 7.71,P=0.03),4.73 GSU(95%CI:0.71 to 8.75,P=0.02),respectively.In the remaining parameters we found no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Three CPS eyes suffered from corneal decompensation.CONCLUSION:There is no significant difference in corneal outcome between FLACS and CPS.Endothelial cell density and pentacam corneal outcome may be inadequate as outcome parameters in FED patients. | Therese Krarup Kathrine Rose Aurore Marie-Laurence AkpeMensah Morten la Cour Lars Morten Holm | 2021 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2021，14，5： | 3 |
| 6 | Predictors of Clostridium difficile infection severity in patients hospitalised in medical intensive care显示文摘AIM:To describe and analyse factors associated with Clostridium difficile infection(CDI)severity in hospitalised medical intensive care unit patients.METHODS:We performed a retrospective cohort study of 40 patients with CDI in a medical intensive care unit(MICU)at a French university hospital.We include patients hospitalised between January 1,2007and December 31,2011.Data on demographics characteristics,past medical history,CDI description was collected.Exposure to risk factors associated with CDI within 8 wk before CDI was recorded,including previous hospitalisation,nursing home residency,antibiotics,antisecretory drugs,and surgical procedures.RESULTS:All included cases had their first episode of CDI.The mean incidence rate was 12.94 cases/1000admitted patients,and 14.93,8.52,13.24,19.70,and8.31 respectively per 1000 admitted patients annually from 2007 to 2011.Median age was 62.9[interquartile range(IQR)55.4-72.40]years,and 13(32.5%)were women.Median length of MICU stay was 14.0d(IQR 5.0-22.8).In addition to diarrhoea,the clinical symptoms of CDI were fever(>38℃)in 23 patients,abdominal pain in 15 patients,and ileus in 1 patient.The duration of diarrhoea was 13.0(8.0-19.5)d.In addition to diarrhoea,the clinical symptoms of CDI were fever(>38℃)in 23 patients,abdominal pain in 15 patients,and ileus in 1 patient.Prior to CDI,38patients(95.0%)were exposed to antibiotics,and 12(30%)received at least 4 antibiotics.Fluoroquinolones,3rdgeneration cephalosporins,coamoxiclav and tazocillin were prescribed most frequently(65%,55%,40%and 37.5%,respectively).The majority of cases were hospital-acquired(n=36,90%),with 5 cases(13.9%)being MICU-acquired.Fifteen patients had severe CDI.The crude mortality rate within 30 d after diagnosis was 40%(n=16),with 9 deaths(9 over 16;56.3%)related to CDI.Of our 40 patients,15(37.5%)had severe CDI.Multivariate logistic regression showed that male gender[odds ratio(OR):8.45;95%CI:1.06-67.16,P=0.044],rising serum C-reactive protein levels(OR=1.11;95%CI:1.02-1.21,P=0.021),and previous exposure to fluoroquinolones(OR=9.29;95%CI:1.16-74.284,P=0.036)were independently associated with severe CDI.CONCLUSION:We report predictors of severe CDI not dependent on time of assessment.Such factors could help in the development of a quantitative score in ICU’s patients. | Nagham Khanafer Abdoulaye Touré Cécile Chambrier Martin Cour Marie-Elisabeth Reverdy Laurent Argaud Philippe Vanhems | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，44： | 2 |
