1Arabidopsis ANAC092 regulates auxin-mediated root development by binding to the ARF8 and PIN4 promoters显示文摘Auxin is an important plant hormone that is essential for growth and development due to its effects on organogenesis, morphogenesis, tropisms, and apical dominance. The functional diversity of auxin highlights the importance of its biosynthesis, transport, and associated responses. In this study, we show that a NAC transcription factor, ANAC092(also named At NAC2 and ORESARA1),known to positively regulate leaf senescence and contribute to abiotic stress responses, also affects primary root development. Plants overexpressing ANAC092 had altered root meristem lengths and shorter primary roots compared with the wild-type control. Additionally, expression of the pro ANAC092::GUS was strongly induced by indole-3-acetic acid. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR(q RT-PCR) analysis revealed that the YUCCA2, PIN, and ARF expression levels were downregulated in ANAC092-overexpressing plants. Moreover, yeast one-hybrid and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays confirmed that ANAC092 binds to the promoters of AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR 8(ARF8) and PIN-FORMED 4(PIN4). Furthermore, a dual-luciferase assay indicated that ANAC092 decreases ARF8 and PIN4 promoter activities. We also applied a CRISPR/Cas9 system to mutate ANAC092. The roots of three of the analyzed mutants were longer than normal. 2Tectonic and Environmental Evolutions of the Northern Tibetan Plateau Prior to the Collision of India with Asia显示文摘Tectonic and environmental patterns and evolution of the present North Tibetan Plateau(NTP) prior to the India collision with Asia is significant to understand the formation of the Tibetan Plateau and its influence on the environment. In this study, we integrated and analyzed the tectonostratigraphy and the special sedimentary layers whose climatic implications are clear in the NTP. Additionally, we stressed the tectonic and environmental events and their evolutions from the Mesozoic to the Early Cenozoic. Our results show that four tectonic phases, which sequentially took place during the Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Paleogene, played an important role on the formation of the North Tibet. The climate was basically dry and hot from the Triassic to the Eocene and became dry and cool since the Oligocene in this region. The climatic evolution was characterized by a transition from a wet and hot phase during the Triassic- Middle Jurassic, to a dry and hot phase during the Late Jurassic- Eocene. Both phases encompassed 5 wet and hot periods followed by 5 dry and hot climate events, respectively. In addition, we found that the tectonic deformation and the climatic conditions were spatially and temporally different. In detail, in the regions north of the PaleoTian Shan and Paleo-Qilian Mts. the tectonic deformation and climatic condition were stronger and wetter than in regions south of the Paleo-Tian Shan and Paleo-Qilian Mts. during the Late Triassic – Jurassic. Whereas in the Cretaceous, the tectonic movement was intensive in the west but steady in the east, and climate was dry in the south but wet in the north of NTP. The formation of the tectonic and climatic patterns in NTP were the consequence of either global climate change or regional tectonics, including the Paleo-Asian Ocean closure and the Qiangtang block, Lhasa block and India plate collision subsequently to Asia. 3Research progress in electrospinning engineering for all-solid-state electrolytes of lithium metal batteries显示文摘Owing to safety issue and low energy density of liquid lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASLMBs)with unique all-solid-state electrolytes(SEs)have attracted wide attentions.This arises mainly from the advantages of the SEs in the suppression of lithium dendrite growth,long cycle life,and broad working temperature range,showing huge potential applications in electronic devices,electric vehicles,smart grids,and biomedical devices.However,SEs suffer from low lithiumion conductivity and low mechanical integrity,slowing down the development of practical ASLMBs.Nanostructure engineering is of great efficiency in tuning the structure and composition of the SEs with improved lithium-ion conductivity and mechanical integrity.Among various available technologies for nanostructure engineering,electrospinning is a promising technique because of its simple operation,cost-effectiveness,and efficient integration with different components.In this review,we will first give a simple description of the electrospinning process.Then,the use of electrospinning technique in the synthesis of various SEs is summarized,for example,organic nanofibrous matrix,organic/inorganic nanofibrous matrix,and inorganic nanofibrous matrix combined with other components.The current development of the advanced architectures of SEs through electrospinning technology is also presented to provide references and ideas for designing high-performance ASLMBs.Finally,an outlook and further challenges in the preparation of advanced SEs for ASLMBs through electrospinning engineering are given.Manxi Wang Yaling Wu Min Qiu Xuan Li Chuanping Li Ruiling Li Jiabo He Ganggang Lin Qingrong Qian Zhenhai Wen Xiaoyan Li Ziqiang Wang Qi Chen Qinghua Chen Jinhyuk Lee Yiu-Wing Mai Yuming Chen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:4
4Efficacy of Yinzhihuang Granules and Entecavir on Hepatitis B-induced Cirrhosis显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to observe the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang granules and entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis.[Methods]Total 80 patients with decompensated hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis were evenly and randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were given orally with 0.25 mg entecavir and 5000 mg Yinzhihuang granules once a day,and those in the control group were given orally with 0.5 mg entecavir once a day.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hyaluronic acid(HA)and HBV DNA,the Child-Pugh score,and the positive situation of HBeAg in different groups were observed before treatment and 12,24,48 and 96 weeks after the treatment,respectively.[Results]The serum ALT,AST,HA and HBV DNA levels,the HBeAg positive rate,and the Child-Pugh score in the treatment and control groups were significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group at week 96 was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The combination of Yinzhihuang granules and entecavir is superior to entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis.Fen TANG Guifang TANG Ruiling CHEN Zhenyi LIU Riming WEI 2019Medicinal Plant2019,10,5:2
5Electrospinning Engineering Enables High‑Performance Sodium‑Ion Batteries显示文摘As a promising energy storage device,sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have received continuous attention due to their low-cost and environmental friendliness.However,the sluggish kinetics of Na ion usually makes SIBs hard to realize desirable electrochemical performance when compared to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).The key to addressing this issue is to build up nanostructured materials which enable fast Na-ion insertion/extraction.One-dimensional(1D)nanocarbons have been considered as both the anode and the matrix to support active materials for SIB electrodes owing to their high electronic conductivity and excellent mechanical property.Because of their large surface areas and short ion/electron difusion path,the synthesized electrodes can show good rate performance and cyclic stability during the charge/discharge processes.Electrospinning is a simple synthetic technology,featuring inexpensiveness,easy operation and scalable production,and has been largely used to fabricate 1D nanostructured composites.In this review,we frst give a simple description of the electrospinning principle and its capability to construct desired nanostructures with diferent compositions.Then,we discuss recent developments of carbon-based hybrids with desired structural and compositional characteristics as the electrodes by electrospinning engineering for SIBs.Finally,we identify future research directions to realize more breakthroughs on electrospun electrodes for SIBs.Chuanping Li Min Qiu Ruiling Li Xuan Li Manxi Wang Jiabo He Ganggang Lin Liren Xiao Qingrong Qian Qinghua Chen Junxiong Wu Xiaoyan Li Yiu‑Wing Mai Yuming Chen 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,1:1
6粗毛牛膝菊在中国的入侵与生态位漂移有关显示文摘在外来物种入侵和扩散过程中,生态位的漂移可能起到了重要作用。粗毛牛膝菊(Galinsoga quadriradiata)在中国已造成了较为严重的入侵,占据了许多与其原产地不同的气候区。为此,本研究力图揭示粗毛牛膝菊入侵过程中的气候生态位漂移,分析其在该物种入侵中国过程中可能发挥的作用。本研究结合粗毛牛膝菊原产地和入侵地的分布点与气候数据,采用Maxent模型预测了其在中国潜在的分布,并采用主成分分析的方法评估了在入侵中国过程中粗毛牛膝菊气候生态位的漂移。模型结果显示,该物种原产地种群和入侵地种群之间只有32.7%的生态位重叠,两个种群的生态位相似性较低(Schoener's D=0.093,P<0.005),这暗示了在其入侵过程中发生了生态位漂移。相比于其原产地种群,其在中国的入侵种群气候生态位的整体范围和中心都明显地漂移向了温度更低、降水更少的区域;中国南方大部分区域属于粗毛牛膝菊的稳定适生区,而位于入侵前沿的北方地区则存在局域适应和潜在拓殖区域。这些研究结果说明,粗毛牛膝菊在中国的入侵种群仍处于准平衡阶段,未来有可能继续向新的适生区扩散入侵,其生态位的变化有力地解释了为什么该物种在中国的入侵性强、危害范围大。Wengang Zhang Xiaoyan Chen Ruiling Liu Xingjiang Song Gang Liu Jiabin Zou Zengqiang Qian Zhihong Zhu Langjun Cui 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,3:1
7Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus protein 6 mediates ubiquitin-dependent proteosomal degradation of N-Myc(and STAT) interactor显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-Co V) encodes eight accessory proteins, the functions of which are not yet fully understood. SARS-Co V protein 6(P6) is one of the previously studied accessory proteins that have been documented to enhance viral replication and suppress host interferon(IFN) signaling pathways. Through yeast two-hybrid screening, we identified eight potential cellular P6-interacting proteins from a human spleen c DNA library. For further investigation, we targeted the IFN signaling pathway-mediating protein, N-Myc(and STAT) interactor(Nmi). Its interaction with P6 was confirmed within cells. The results showed that P6 can promote the ubiquitin-dependent proteosomal degradation of Nmi.
