1Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology显示文摘[Objectives]To optimize extraction process of total flavonoids from Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) Koidz.,so as to provide references for development and use of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) Koidz. [Methods]The extraction rate of total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.)Koidz. was taken as observation indicator. On the basis of single factor experiment,central composite design( CCD) was used to evaluate the effects of the extraction temperature,extraction time,and ethanol concentration on the extraction process. Multiple linear regression and binomial fitting were used,and response surface methodology( RSM) was used to select the optimum extraction process. [Results] The optimum extraction process conditions for total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) Koidz. was extraction temperature: 83. 92 ℃; extraction time:96. 47 min; ethanol concentration: 63. 92%; extraction times: two times; solid to liquid ratio: 1 ∶ 20; extraction rate of total flavonoids:4. 55%. [Conclusions] The central composite design-response surface methodology( CCD-RSM) is simple,convenient,and feasible for extraction of total flavonoids from Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) 2Optimization of Extraction Process of Clerodendrum philippinum Schauer var. simplex Mlodenke Total Flavonoids(CPTF) by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology显示文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to optimize extraction process of Clerodendrum philippinum Schauer var. simplex Mlodenke total flavonoids( CPTF),and provide reference for its development and utilization. [Methods] Based on single-factor test,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time were taken as independent variables,and total flavonoids yield was taken as dependent variable. The test was conducted according to central composite design principle. Multivariate linear regression and binomial equation fitting of the result were conducted,and extraction process of CPTF was optimized by using response surface methodology. [Results]The optimal extraction process of CPTF was as below: ethanol concentration 54. 76%,extraction temperature 83. 92℃,extraction time 102. 64 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:20,extraction for twice. 3Three-dimensional porous composite framework assembled withCuO microspheres as anode current collector for lithium-ionbatteries显示文摘The surface structure and material composition of current collectors have significant effects on the electrochemical performances of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs). In this work, a three-dimensional(3D) porous composite framework is applied as the anode current collector in LIBs. This unique 3D skeleton is composed of conductive carbon fiber/Cu core/shell fibrous structure. With an oxidation treatment upon the copper shell, the porous framework is assembled with CuO microspheres. Using mesocarbon microbead(MCMB) graphite powders as the active material, the cell with this 3D porous composite current collector shows an improved reversible discharge-charge capacity of 415 mAh g^(–1) at a current rate of 0.1 C after 50 cycles, which is much higher than that of the cell with a flat Cu foil(127 mAh g^(–1)). 5Post-hepatectomy liver regeneration in the context of bile acid homeostasis and the gut-liver signaling axis显示文摘Background:Liver regeneration following partial hepatectomy(PHx)is a complicated process involving multiple organs and several types of signaling networks.The bile acid-activated metabolic pathways occupy an auxiliary yet important chapter in the entire biochemical story.PHx is characterized by rapid but transient bile acid overload in the liver,which constitutes the first wave of proliferative signaling in the remnant hepatocytes.Bile acids trigger hepatocyte proliferation through activation of several nuclear receptors.Following biliary passage into the intestines,enterocytes reabsorb the bile acids,which results in the activation of farnesoid X receptor(FXR),the consequent excretion of fibroblast growth factor(FGF)19/FGF15,and its release into the enterohepatic circulation.FGF19/FGF15 subsequently binds to its cognate receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor 4(FGFR4)complexed withβ-klotho,on the hepatocyte membrane,which initiates the second wave of proliferative signaling.Because some bile acids are toxic,the remnant hepatocytes must resolve the potentially detrimental state of bile acid excess.Therefore,the hepatocytes orchestrate a bile acid detoxification and elimination response as a protective mechanism in concurrence with the proliferative signaling.The response in part results in the excretion of(biotransformed)bile acids into the canalicular system,causing the bile acids to end up in the intestines.Relevance for patients:Recently,FXR agonists have been shown to promote regeneration via the gut-liver axis.This type of pharmacological intervention may prove beneficial for patients with hepatobiliary tumors undergoing PHx.In light of these developments,the review provides an in-depth account of the pathways that underlie post-PHx liver regeneration in the context of bile acid homeostasis in the liver and the gut-liver signaling axis.Lianne de Haan Sarah Jvan der Lely Anne-Loes K.Warps Quincy Hofsink Pim B.Olthof Mark J.de Keijzer Daniel A.Lionarons Lionel Mendes-Dias Bote G.Bruinsma Korkut Uygun Hartmut Jaeschke Geoffrey C.Farrell Narci Teoh Rowan Fvan Golen Tiangang Li Michal Heger 2018Journal of Clinical & Translational Research2018,4,1:2
6Plowing-Extrusion Processes and Performance of Functional Surface Structures of Copper Current Collectors for Lithium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Most copper current collectors for commercial lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)are smooth copper foils,which cannot form a stable and effective combination with electrode slurry.They are likely to deform or fall off after long-term operation,resulting in a sharp decline in battery performance.What is worse is that this condition inevitably causes internal short circuits and thus brings about security risks.In this study,a process route of fabricating the functional surface structures on the surface of a copper collector for LIBs by twice-crisscross micro-plowing(TCMP)is proposed,which provides a new idea and an efficient method to solve the above problems from the perspective of manufacturing.The finite element simulation of TCMP combined with the cutting force test and morphological characterization is conducted to verify the forming mechanism of the surface structures on a copper sheet and its relationship with the processing parameters.The influence of several key processing parameters on the surface characteristics of the copper sheet is comprehensively explored.A series of functions is tested to obtain the optimal parameters for performance improvement of the current collector.Results show that the structured copper sheet with the cutting distance of 250μm,cutting depth of 80μm,and cutting crossing angle of 90°enables the best surface features of the current collector;the contact angle reaches 0°,the slurry retention rate is up to 89.2%,and the friction coefficient reaches 0.074.The battery using the as-prepared structured copper sheet as the current collector produces a specific capacity of 318.6 mAh/g after 50 cycles at a current density of 0.2 C,which is 132.7%higher than the one based on a smooth surface.The capacity reversibility of the sample with the new current collector is much better than that of the traditional samples,yielding a lower impedance.Chun Wang Wei Yuan Yu Chen Bote Zhao Yong Tang Shiwei Zhang Xinrui Ding Jun He Songmao Chen Baoyou Pan Mingyue Chen 2022Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2022,5,4:2
