| 1 | 焦虑抑郁压力量表在医学生中的信效度检验显示文摘目的对焦虑抑郁压力量表(ADDI-27)进行汉化,并检验其在医学生焦虑抑郁压力评价中的信效度。方法通过翻译、回译等过程后确定中文版焦虑抑郁压力量表;选取山东某综合性大学医学部学生实施一般资料的问卷调查和焦虑抑郁压力量表评定;采用SPSS 24.0进行信度检验(Cronbachsα系数、分半信度系数)、探索性因子分析以及量表在各维度得分上的区分效度检验。结果共收集了404名医学大学生的信息,焦虑抑郁压力量表的Cronbachsα系数为0.907,分半信度系数为0.863;各因子得分上均具有较好的区分效度(P均<0.001),探索性因子分析共抽取3个因子,各因子所包含条目与原量表相同。结论焦虑抑郁压力量表具有较好的信度和效度,在医学大学生群体中被证实是有效、可行的。 | 池岩娜 刘西瑶 巨艳丽 尹周一 Bob Lew 贾存显 | 2019 | 山东大学学报(医学版)2019，57，9： | 7 |
| 2 | 简易应对量表应用于医学生的信效度检验显示文摘目的分析中文版简易应对量表应用于医学生群体中的因子结构,检验简易应对量表的信度及效度。方法选取济南市两所大学的医学生实施一般资料的问卷调查和简易应对量表评定。采用SPSS 24.0软件进行信度检验、探索性因子分析及对量表在应对得分上的区分效度检验,信度上采用克朗巴赫α系数检验量表的内部一致性。采用Amos 24.0软件对量表的结构效度进行检验。结果共收集了2 074名大学生的信息,探索性因子分析提示该量表可提取为五因子结构。简易应对量表克朗巴赫α系数为0.83,验证性因子分析结果表明量表具有较好的结构效度。简易应对量表对男、女大学生在应对得分上有显著的区分效度。结论简易应对量表具有较好的信度和效度,在医学大学生群体中被证实是有效、可行的。 | 于鹏鹏 袁璐 王东芳 Bob Lew 平凡 贾存显 | 2019 | 山东大学学报(医学版)2019，57，1： | 6 |
| 3 | 大学生生命意义感在心理扭力和自杀行为风险间的中介作用显示文摘目的探讨生命意义感在大学生心理扭力与自杀行为风险之间的中介作用。方法采用心理扭力量表、简版生活目的量表和自杀行为问卷-修订版对济南市某高校1 574名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 244名大学生具有较高的自杀行为风险,生命意义感得分与心理扭力得分、自杀行为风险得分均呈负相关(r=-0.482、-0.297,P均<0.001),心理扭力得分与自杀行为风险得分呈正相关(r=0.335,P<0.001)。中介效应分析结果显示,生命意义感在大学生心理扭力与自杀行为风险之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的25.12%。结论减少大学生心理扭力,培养其生命意义感,可能降低其自杀行为风险。 | 秦艺文 杨晓帆 魏艳欣 刘宝鹏 Bob Lew 贾存显 | 2021 | 山东大学学报(医学版)2021，59，11： | 3 |
