1Digital spiral object identification using random light显示文摘Photons that are entangled or correlated in orbital angular momentum have been extensively used for remote sensing,object identification and imaging.It has recently been demonstrated that intensity fluctuations give rise to the formation of correlations in the orbital angular momentum components and angular positions of random light.Here we demonstrate that the spatial signatures and phase information of an object with rotational symmetries can be identified using classical orbital angular momentum correlations in random light.The Fourier components imprinted in the digital spiral spectrum of the object,as measured through intensity correlations,unveil its spatial and phase information.Sharing similarities with conventional compressive sensing protocols that exploit sparsity to reduce the number of measurements required to reconstruct a signal,our technique allows sensing of an object with fewer measurements than other schemes that use pixel-by-pixel imaging.One remarkable advantage of our technique is that it does not require the preparation of fragile quantum states of light and operates at both low-and high-light levels.In addition,our technique is robust against environmental noise,a fundamental feature of any realistic scheme for remote sensing.Zhe Yang Omar S Magaña-Loaiza Mohammad Mirhosseini Yiyu Zhou Boshen Gao Lu Gao Seyed Mohammad Hashemi Rafsanjani Gui-Lu Long Robert W Boyd 2017Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1:2

8CNN coal and rock recognition method based on hyperspectral data显示文摘Aiming at the problem of coal gangue identifcation in the current fully mechanized mining face and coal washing,this article proposed a convolution neural network(CNN)coal and rock identifcation method based on hyperspectral data.First,coal and rock spectrum data were collected by a near-infrared spectrometer,and then four methods were used to flter 120 sets of collected data:frst-order diferential(FD),second-order diferential(SD),standard normal variable transformation(SNV),and multi-style smoothing.The coal and rock refectance spectrum data were pre-processed to enhance the intensity of spectral refectance and absorption characteristics,as well as efectively remove the spectral curve noise generated by instrument performance and environmental factors.A CNN model was constructed,and its advantages and disadvantages were judged based on the accuracy of the three parameter combinations(i.e.,the learning rate,the number of feature extraction layers,and the dropout rate)to generate the best CNN classifer for the hyperspectral data for rock recognition.The experiments show that the recognition accuracy of the one-dimensional CNN model proposed in this paper reaches 94.6%.Verifcation of the advantages and efectiveness of the method were proposed in this article.Jianjian Yang Boshen Chang Yuchen Zhang Wenjie Luo Shirong Ge Miao Wu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:0
9Schiff-base silver nanocomplexes formation on natural biopolymer coated mesoporous silica contributed to the improved curative effect on infectious microbes显示文摘Infectious microbes that spread easily in healthcare facilities remain as the severe threat for the public health,especially among immunocompromised populations.Given the intricate problem of dramatic increase in resistance to common biocides,the development of safe and efficient biocide formulated agents to alleviate drug resistance is highly demanding.In this study,Schiff-base ligands were successfully formed on natural biopolymer of epsilon-poly-L-lysine(ε-PL)decorated aldehyde functionalized mesoporous silica SBA-15(CHO-SBA-15)for the selective coordination of silver ions,which was affirmed by various physicochemical methods.Besides the identified broad-spectrum antibacterial activities,the as-prepared Schiff-base silver nanocomplex(CHO-SBA-15/ε-PL/Ag,CLA-1)exhibited an improved inhibitory effect on infectious pathogen growth typified by Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in comparison with two control silver complexes without Schiff-base conjugates,SBA-15/ε-PL/Ag and CHO-SBA-15/Ag,respectively.In addition,CLA-1 remarkably inhibited the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis due to the excellent antimicrobial activity of silver species.Significantly,CLA-1 kills Candida albicans cells,inhibits biofilm formation,and eliminates preformed biofilms,with no development of resistance during continuous serial passaging.The antifungal activity is connected to disruption of bacterial cell membranes and increased levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species.In mouse models of multidrug-resistant C.albicans infection,CLA-1 exhibited efficient in vivo fungicidal efficacy superior to two antifungal drugs,amphotericin B and fluconazole.Moreover,CLA-1 treatment induces negligible toxicity against normal tissues with safety.Therefore,this study reveals the pivotal role of the molecular design of Schiff-base silver nanocomplex formation on biopolymer surface-functionalized silica mesopores as a green and efficient nanoplatform to tackle infectious microbes.Ling Cai Yanqiang Huang Yuanyuan Duan Qiao Liu Qilan Xu Jia Jia Jianming Wang Qian Tong Peipei Luo Yujie Wen Luming Peng Qian Wu Xudong Hang Huijun Jiang Ping Zhu Yanmei Yang Boshen Zhou Liping Zeng Hongkai Bi Jin Chen 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:0
