1中国沿海海表温度均一性检验和订正显示文摘利用惩罚最大T检验(Penalized Maximal T test,PMT)方法,选取均一的邻近气象站为参考站,基于月平均地面气温(SAT)资料,利用相关系数权重平均方法构建参考序列,同时结合元数据信息,对1960-2011年中国沿海27个海洋观测站月平均海表温度(SST)进行了均一性检验与订正,并分析了造成海表温度序列非均一的主要原因。结果表明,中国沿海海洋台站海表温度资料存在较为严重的非均一性问题,几乎所有的台站都存在断点,仪器变更(包括人工观测转自动观测)(占总断点数的52.4%)和迁站(占总断点数的33.3%)是造成序列非均一的主要原因。整套资料负订正量所占比例较高,这种负订正量与人工转自动观测后海表温度观测值偏低有密切关系。这也使得订正后中国沿海平均海表温度趋势与订正前存在明显差异,订正后中国沿海海表温度呈明显的加速上升趋势。李琰 王国松 范文静 刘克修 王慧 Birger Tinz Hans von Storch 冯建龙 2018海洋学报2018,40,1:10

4Plant cytochrome P450 plasticity and evolution显示文摘The superfamily of cytochrome P450(CYP)enzymes plays key roles in plant evolution and metabolic diversification.This review provides a status on the CYP Iandscape within green algae and land plants.The 11 conserved CYP clans known from vascular plants are all present in green algae and several green algaespecific clans are recognized.Clan 71,72,and 85 remain the largest CYP clans and include many taxaspecific CYP(sub)families reflecting emergence of linage-specific pathways.Molecular features and dynamics of CYP plasticity and evolution are discussed and exemplified by selected biosynthetic pathways.High substrate promiscuity is commonly observed for CYPs from large families,favoring retention of gene duplicates and neofunctionalization,thus seeding acquisition of new functions.Elucidation of biosynthetic pathways producing metabolites with sporadic distribution across plant phylogeny reveals multiple exampies of convergent evolution where CYPs have been independently recruited from the same or different CYP families,to adapt to similar environmental challenges or ecological niches.Sometimes only a single or a few mutations are required for functional interconversion.A compilation of functionally characterized plant CYPs is provided online through the Plant P450 Database(erda.dk/public/vgrid/PlantP450/).Cecilie Cetti Hansen David R.Nelson Birger Lindberg Moller Daniele Werck-Reichhart 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,8:6
5Accuracy of abdominal auscultation for bowel obstruction显示文摘AIM:To investigate the accuracy and inter-observer variation of bowel sound assessment in patients with clinically suspected bowel obstruction.METHODS:Bowel sounds were recorded in patients with suspected bowel obstruction using a Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope. The recordings were processed to yield 25-s sound sequences in random order on PCs. Observers,recruited from doctors within the department,classified the sound sequences as either normal or pathological. The reference tests for bowel obstruction were intraoperative and endoscopic findings and clinical follow up. Sensitivity and specificity were calculated for each observer and compared between junior and senior doctors. Interobserver variation was measured using the Kappa statistic.RESULTS:Bowel sound sequences from 98 patients were assessed by 53(33 junior and 20 senior) doctors. Laparotomy was performed in 47 patients,35 of whom had bowel obstruction. Two patients underwent colorectal stenting due to large bowel obstruction. The median sensitivity and specificity was 0.42(range:0.19-0.64) and 0.78(range:0.35-0.98),respectively. T h e re wa s n o s i g n i f i c a n t d i ffe re n c e i n a cc u ra c y between junior and senior doctors. The median frequency with which doctors classified bowel sounds as abnormal did not differ significantly between patients with and without bowel obstruction(26% vs 23%,P = 0.08). The 53 doctors made up 1378 unique pairs and the median Kappa value was 0.29(range:-0.15-0.66).CONCLUSION:Accuracy and inter-observer agreement was generally low. 17Stem taper equations for poplars growing on farmland in Sweden显示文摘We developed a simple polynomial taper equation for poplars growing on former farmland in Sweden and also evaluated the performance of some well-known taper equations. In Sweden there is an increasing interest in the use of poplar. Effective management of poplar plantations for high yield production would be facilitated by taper equations providing better predictions of stem volume than currently available equations. In the study a polynomial stem taper equation with five parameters was established for individual poplar trees growing on former farmland. The outputs of the polynomial taper equation were compared with five published equations. Data for fitting the equations were collected from 69 poplar trees growing at 37 stands in central and southern Sweden (lat. 55-60° N). The mean age of the stands was 21 years (range 14-43), the mean density 984 stems ha -1 (198 3,493), and the mean diameter at breast height (outside bark) 25 cm (range 12-40). To verify the tested equations, performance of accuracy and precision diameter predictions at seven points along the stem was closely analyzed. Statistics used for evaluation of the equations indicated that the variable exponent taper equation presented by Kozak (1988) performed best and can be recommended. The stem taper equation by Kozak (1988) recommended in the study is likely to be beneficial for optimising the efficiency and profitability of poplar plantation management. The constructed polynomial equation and the segmented equation presented by Max & Burkhart (1976) were second and third ranked. Due to the statistical complexity of Kozak's equation, the constructed polynomial equation is alternatively recommended when a simple model is requested and larger bias is accepted.Birger Hjelm 2013Journal of Forestry Research2013,24,1:1
