1Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of 2019 novel coronavirus infection in children: experts' consensus statement显示文摘Since the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan City,China,by January 30,2020,a total of 9692 confirmed cases and 15,238 suspected cases have been reported around 31 provinces or cities in China.Among the confirmed cases,1527 were severe cases,171 had recovered and been discharged at home,and 213 died.And among these cases,a total of 28 children aged from 1 month to 17 years have been reported in China.For standardizing prevention and management of 2019-nCoV infections in children,we called up an experts' committee to formulate this experts' consensus statement.This statement is based on the Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (the fourth edition) (National Health Committee) and other previous diagnosis and treatment strategies for pediatric virus infections.The present consensus statement summarizes current strategies on diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of 2019-nCoV infection in children.Kunling Shen Yonghong Yang Tianyou Wang Dongchi Zhao Yi Jiang Runming Jin Yuejie Zheng Baoping Xu Zhengde Xie Likai Lin Yunxiao Shang Xiaoxia Lu Sainan Shu Yan Bai Jikui Deng Min Lu Leping Ye Xuefeng Wang Yongyan Wang Liwei Gao 2020World Journal of Pediatrics2020,16,3:56
2RESEARCH OF WAVELET TRANSFORM INSTRUMENT SYSTEM FOR SIGNAL ANALYSIS显示文摘After brief describing the Principle of wavelet transform (WT) of signals, a new signals analysis system based on wavelet transform is introduced. 3Effect of calcining temperature and time on the characteristics of Sb-doped SnO_2 nanoparticles synthesized by the sol-gel method显示文摘Spherical Sb-doped SnO2 (ATO) nanoparticles were synthesized by the sol-gel route, employing SnCl4·5H2O and SbCl3 as precursors in an ethanol solution. The influences of the calcining temperature and calcining time on the crystallite size, crystallinity, lattice parameters, lattice distortion ratio and the resistivity of the ATO nanoparticles were synthetically investigated. The results suggested that the ATO nanoparticles were crystallized in a tetragonal cassiterite structure of SnO2 with a highly (110)- plane-preferred orientation. The calcining temperature had a dominating effect on the crystallite size, crystallinity, lattice distortion ratios and resistivity of the ATO. As the calcining temperature increased, the average crystallite size increased, the crystallinity was promoted accompanied by a decrease in the lattice distortion ratio and a corresponding decrease in the resistivity of the ATO. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR) analysis revealed that Sb ions could not entirely supplant the Sn ions in the SnO2 lattice for a calcining time of less than 0.5 h, even at a calcining temper- ature of 1000°C. 4Heat-induced Internal Strain Relaxation and its Effect on the Microstructure of Polyacrylonitrile-based Carbon Fiber显示文摘The transformation of the internal strain and its effect on the microstructure of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber during the high-temperature graphitization were investigated.The internal compressive strain within the carbon turbostratic structure was confirmed through a careful analysis by wide-angle X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.Heat-induced strain/stress relaxation along the fiber axis was observed and was found to have a profound effect on the structure of both the crystallites and microvoids.The results indicated that,the relaxation of residual strain changed the graphite layers from a wrinkled and distorted morphology to a straight and smooth one,and consequently led the crystallites to stack closely and orderly with increasing stack height.The strain relaxation also changed the morphology of crystallites and microvoids,resulting in an anisotropic growth for the latters.Denghua Li Chunxiang Lu Gangping Wu Yu Yang Zhihai Feng Xiutao Li Feng An Baoping Zhang 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,10:5
5Scattering by circular cavity in radially inhomogeneous medium with wave velocity variation显示文摘Based on the theory of complex function and the principle of homogenization, harmonic dynamics stress of a radially infinite inhomogeneous medium with a circular cavity is investigated. Due to the symmetry, wave velocity is assumed to have power-law variation in the radial direction only, and the shear modulus is constant. The Helmholtz equation with a variable coefficient is equivalently transformed into a standard Helmholtz equation with a general conformal transformation method(GCTM). The displacements and stress fields are proposed. Numerical results show that the wave number and the inhomogeneity parameter of the medium have significant effects on the dynamic stress concentration around the circular cavity. Firstly, the analytical model is divided into three parts, and the displacement solutions of wave fields are constructed based on boundary conditions in the three regions. Three domains are then conjoined to satisfy the 'conjunction' condition at shared boundary. In addition, combined with the zero-stress condition of semi-cylindrical canyon, a series of infinite algebraic equations for the problem are derived. 7Adaptive image enhancement algorithm based on fuzzy entropy and human visual characteristics显示文摘To overcome the shortcomings of the Lee image enhancement algorithm and its improvement based on the logarithmic image processing(LIP) model, this paper proposes what we believe to be an effective image enhancement algorithm. This algorithm introduces fuzzy entropy, makes full use of neighborhood information, fuzzy information and human visual characteristics.To enhance an image, this paper first carries out the reasonable fuzzy-3 partition of its histogram into the dark region, intermediate region and bright region. It then extracts the statistical characteristics of the three regions and adaptively selects the parameter αaccording to the statistical characteristics of the image's gray-scale values. It also adds a useful nonlinear transform, thus increasing the ubiquity of the algorithm. 8Transient analysis of 1D inhomogeneous media by dynamic inhomogeneous finite element method显示文摘The dynamic inhomogeneous finite element method is studied for use in the transient analysis of onedimensional inhomogeneous media.The general formula of the inhomogeneous consistent mass matrix is established based on the shape function.In order to research the advantages of this method,it is compared with the general finite element method.A linear bar element is chosen for the discretization tests of material parameters with two fictitious distributions.And,a numerical example is solved to observe the differences in the results between these two methods.Some characteristics of the dynamic inhomogeneous finite element method that demonstrate its advantages are obtained through comparison with the general finite element method.It is found that the method can be used to solve elastic wave motion problems with a large element scale and a large number of iteration steps.Yang Zailin Wang Yao Hei Baoping 2013Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013,12,4:3
9Safety and efficacy of Yupingfeng granules in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection:A randomized clinical trial显示文摘Importance:Recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is common in children.Inappropriate RRTI treatment will lead to asthma and other diseases,thereby seriously affecting the growth and physical health of children.Immune function modulation can prevent and alleviate childhood RRTI.Yupingfeng(YPF),a patented traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has immunomodulatory effects and is widely used in China to treat children with RRTI.Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of YPF monotherapy in treating children with RRTI.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,double-simulation,noninferiority clinical trial was conducted from January 2015 to August 2017,with an 8-week treatment period and 52-week follow-up after the drug withdrawal.Children aged 2–6 years with RRTI meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled in 13 hospitals in China and divided randomly into three groups(2:2:1 ratio)to receive YPF,pidotimod,or placebo.The primary outcome was the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level during the follow-up.The secondary outcomes were reduction in the number of RRTI recurrences,effect on clinical symptoms(in accord with TCM practice),effect per symptom,and safety.The trial was registered at the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry(www.chictr.org.cn)under the unique identifier ChiCTR-IPR-15006847.Results:Three hundred and fifty-one children were enrolled and randomly assigned to 3 groups;124,125,and 61 children in the YPF,pidotimod,and placebo groups,respectively,had completed the trial.During the follow-up,the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level was 73.13%,67.15%,and 38.81%with YPF,pidotimod,and placebo,respectively(P<0.0001).The proportion of cases who returned to normal standard level in the YPF group was 34.32%higher than that in the placebo group.The safety profile did not significantly differ among the groups.Interpretation:YPF granules were noninferior to the active control drug pidotimod oral solution for the treatment of RRTI in children,and were superior to placebo,with a high safety profile.Baoping Xu Xinmin Li Siyuan Hu Yixiao Bao Fengmei Chen Zhimin Chen Yonggang Du Enmei Liu Yufeng Liu Qinghui Mou Baoling Su Bo Wang Jianwen Xu Guiping Xu Qiaozhi Yang Liwei Gao Xiaohui Liu Lei Li Rong Ma Kunling Shen 2022Pediatric Investigation2022,6,2:3
10Heavy ion and X-ray irradiation alter the cytoskeleton and cytomechanics of cortical neurons显示文摘Heavy ion beams with high linear energy transfer exhibit more beneficial physical and biological performance than conventional X-rays, thus improving the potential of this type of radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer. However, these two radiotherapy modalities both cause inevitable brain injury. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of heavy ion and X-ray irradiation on the cytoskeleton and cytomechanical properties of rat cortical neurons, as well as to determine the potential mechanism of neuronal injury after irradiation. Cortical neurons from 30 new-born mice were irradiated with heavy ion beams at a single dose of 2 Gy and X-rays at a single dose of 4 Gy; subsequent evaluation of their effects were carried out at 24 hours after irradiation. An immunofluorescence assay showed that after irradiation with both the heavy ion beam and X-rays, the number of primary neurons was significantly decreased, and there was evidence of apoptosis. Radiation-induced neuronal injury was more apparent after X-irradiation. Under atomic force microscopy, the neuronal membrane appeared rough and neuronal rigidity had increased. These cell changes were more apparent following exposure to X-rays. Our findings indicated that damage caused by heavy ion and X-ray irradiation resulted in the structural distortion and rearrangement of the cytoskeleton, and affected the cytomechanical properties of the cortical neurons. 13Multi-fluid Eulerian simulation of binary particles mixing and gas–solids contacting in high solids-flux downer reactor equipped with a lateral particle feeding nozzle显示文摘The performance of binary particles mixing and gas-solids contacting,which is considered qualitatively to have a significant influence on the heat transfer in internal heated circulating fluidized beds,is carefully investigated by means of a numerical approach in the newly developed high solids-flux downer lignite pyrolyzer(φ0.1 m×6.5 m).Since binary particles are used in this system,a reasonably validated 3 D,transient,multi-fluid model,in which three heat transfer modes relating to the convection,conduction and radiation are considered,is adopted to simulate the flow behavior,temperature profiles as well as volatile contents.The simulation results showed that the solids stream impinges the left wall surface initially and turns towards the right wall in the further downward direction and then shrinks during this process resulting in that the solids concentrate a little more at the central region.In the further downward section of the downer,the particle flow disperses near the right wall and develops uniformly.Meanwhile,the coal phase is slowly heated in the downer and it is found that most of the heat absorbed by the coal is from the convection heat transfer mode.To explore the heat transfer mechanism more quantitatively,two indexes(mixing index and contacting index)are proposed,and it is found that the mixing index initially increased fast and later remained at a relatively flat state.For the contact index,it shows a trend with a first rising and then falling,finally rising continuously.Also,it is found that the convection heat transfer is closely correlated to the contacting status of gas-coal which indicates that the improving of the gas-coal contacting efficiency should be an effective way to strengthen the coal particle heating process.Qiang Zheng Jingxuan Yang Wenhao Lian Baoping Zhang Xueer Pan Zhonglin Zhang Xiaogang Hao Guoqing Guan 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:2
14Image segmentation algorithm based on high-dimension fuzzy character and restrained clustering network显示文摘An image segmentation algorithm of the restrained fuzzy Kohonen clustering network(RFKCN) based on highdimension fuzzy character is proposed. The algorithm includes two steps. The first step is the fuzzification of pixels in which two redundant images are built by fuzzy mean value and fuzzy median value. The second step is to construct a three-dimensional(3-D)feature vector of redundant images and their original images and cluster the feature vector through RFKCN, to realize image segmentation. The proposed algorithm fully takes into account not only gray distribution information of pixels, but also relevant information and fuzzy information among neighboring pixels in constructing 3-D character space. Based on the combination of competitiveness,redundancy and complementary of the information, the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy of clustering. 16Scattering of shear waves by an elliptical cavity in a radially inhomogeneous isotropic medium显示文摘Complex function and general conformal mapping methods are used to investigate the scattering of elastic shear waves by an elliptical cylindrical cavity in a radially inhomogeneous medium.The conformal mappings are introduced to solve scattering by an arbitrary cavity for the Helmholtz equation with variable coefficient through the transformed standard Helmholtz equation with a circular cavity.The medium density depends on the distance from the origin with a power-law variation and the shear elastic modulus is constant.The complex-value displacements and stresses of the inhomogeneous medium are explicitly obtained and the distributions of the dynamic stress for the case of an elliptical cavity are discussed.The accuracy of the present approach is verified by comparing the present solution results with the available published data.Numerical results demonstrate that the wave number,inhomogeneous parameters and different values of aspect ratio have significant influence on the dynamic stress concentration factors around the elliptical cavity.Hei Baoping Yang Zailin Chen Zhigang 2016Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2016,15,1:1
