1Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of 2019 novel coronavirus infection in children: experts' consensus statement显示文摘Since the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan City,China,by January 30,2020,a total of 9692 confirmed cases and 15,238 suspected cases have been reported around 31 provinces or cities in China.Among the confirmed cases,1527 were severe cases,171 had recovered and been discharged at home,and 213 died.And among these cases,a total of 28 children aged from 1 month to 17 years have been reported in China.For standardizing prevention and management of 2019-nCoV infections in children,we called up an experts' committee to formulate this experts' consensus statement.This statement is based on the Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (the fourth edition) (National Health Committee) and other previous diagnosis and treatment strategies for pediatric virus infections.The present consensus statement summarizes current strategies on diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of 2019-nCoV infection in children.Kunling Shen Yonghong Yang Tianyou Wang Dongchi Zhao Yi Jiang Runming Jin Yuejie Zheng Baoping Xu Zhengde Xie Likai Lin Yunxiao Shang Xiaoxia Lu Sainan Shu Yan Bai Jikui Deng Min Lu Leping Ye Xuefeng Wang Yongyan Wang Liwei Gao 2020World Journal of Pediatrics2020,16,3:56
2Study on oil–source correlation by analyzing organic geochemistry characteristics: a case study of the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation in the south of Ordos Basin, China显示文摘In the south of the Ordos Basin, the oil source of the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation is confused all the time, which affects further exploration. In this study, oil sources from the oil layers of Ch6, Ch8 and Ch9 are all analyzed and confirmed. Through their carbon isotope value and biomarkers, characteristics of crude oils from the Yanchang Formation are analyzed. Then, the oil–source relation is discussed, with the source rocks' features.Finally, the oil–source relation is calculated through cluster analysis. It is believed that the oils from the Yanchang Formation deposit in a similar redox environment, with weak oxidation–weak reduction, and have all entered maturity stage. Ch9 crude oil is more mature than crude oils from Ch6 and Ch8, and has more advanced plants and fewer algae. Gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS) analysis show that crude oils from Ch6 and Ch8 may come from Ch7, and Ch9 crude oil may not. Cluster analysis displays that crude oils from Ch6 and Ch8 have closer squared Euclidean distance with Ch7 source rocks than Ch9 crude oil does,indicating crude oils from Ch6 and Ch8 stem from Ch7 source rocks. And Ch9 crude oil has rather close squared Euclidean distance with Ch9 source rocks, illustrating Ch9 crude oil may be from Ch9 source rocks. 4Influence on lacustrine source rock by hydrothermal fluid: a case study of the Chang 7 oil shale, southern Ordos Basin显示文摘Hydrothermal fluid activity during sedimentation of the Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin and the impact of said activity on formation and preservation conditions of source rocks have received little attention. Oil yield, major element, trace element, rare earth element, and total sulfur(TS) data from the oil shale within the Yanchang are here presented and discussed in the context of hydrothermal influence. Oil shale samples returned relatively high total organic carbon(TOC), in the range of 4.69%–25.48%. A high correlation between TS and TOC suggests TS in the oil shale is dominated by organic sulfur and affected by organic matter. The low Al/Si ratio of oil shale samples implies quartz is a major mineralogical component. Si/(Si + Al + Fe) values suggest close proximity of the oil shale to a terrigenous source.d Eu; Fe versus Mn versus(Cu + Co + Ni) 9 10; and Si O2/(K2 O + Na2 O) versus Mn O/Ti O2, Fe/Ti, and(Fe + Mn)/Ti are evidence of hydrothermal fluid activity during oil shale sedimentation, and d U and U/Th of the oil shale indicate reducing conditions. The Sr/Ba of oil shale samples suggests fresh-water deposition. The high correlations of Fe/Ti and(Fe + Mn)/Ti with d U, U/Th, and TS demonstrate that hydrothermal fluid activity promotes reducing conditions. Sr/Ba ratios had low correlation with Fe/Ti and(Fe + Mn)/Ti, implying that hydrothermal fluid activity had little impact on paleosalinity. 9Influence of superior cervical ganglionectomy on hippocampal neurogenesis and learning and memory in adult rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus plays an important role in learning and memory.However,studies have not determined whether the superior cervical ganglion or the sympathetic nerve system influences hippocampal neurogenesis or learning and memory in adult rats. OBJECTIVE:To observe differences in dentate gyrus neurogenesis,as well as learning and memory,in adult rats following superior cervical ganglionectomy. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized,controlled,animal study was performed at the Immunohistochemistry Laboratory of the School of Life Sciences in Lanzhou University from July 2006 to July 2007. MATERIALS:Doublecortin polyclonal antibody was provided by Santa Cruz Biotechnology,USA; avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex was purchased from Zhongshan Goldenbride Biotechnology, China;Morris water maze was bought from Taimeng Technology,China. METHODS:A total of 20 adult,male,Wistar rats were randomly divided into surgery and control groups,with 10 rats in each group.In the surgery group,the bilateral superior cervical ganglions were transected.In the control group,the superior cervical ganglions were only exposed,but no ganglionectomy was performed. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:To examine distribution,morphology,and number of newborn neurons in the dentate gyrus using doublecortin immunohistochemistry at 36 days following surgical procedures.To examine ability of learning and memory in adult rats using the Morris water maze at 30 days following surgical procedures. RESULTS:Doublecortin immunohistochemical results showed that a reduction in the number of doublecortin-positive neurons in the surgery group compared to the control group(P<0.05),while the distribution of doublecortin-positive neurons was identical in the two groups.The surgery group exhibited significantly worse performance in learning and spatial memory tasks compared to the control group(P<0.05). 12Application of ICP-MS trace element analysis in study of ancient Chinese ceramics显示文摘Thirty-nine trace elements of the Song-Yuan period (960—1368 AD) porcelain bodies from Cizhou, Jizhou and Longquanwu kilns were analyzed with ICP-MS, a tech-nique rarely used in Chinese archaeometry, to investigate its potential application in such studies. Trace element composi-tions clearly reflect the distinctive raw materials and their mineralogy at the three kilns and allow their products to be distinguished. Significant chemical variations are also ob-served between Yuan and Song-Jing dynasties samples from Cizhou as well as fine and coarse porcelain bodies from Longquanwu. In Cizhou, porcelains of better quality which imitate the famous Ding kiln have trace element features distinctive from ordinary Cizhou products, that indicates geochemically distinctive raw materials were used and which possibly also underwent extra refining prior to use. The dis-tinct trace element features of different kilns and the various types of porcelains from an individual kiln can be inter-preted from a geochemical perspective. ICP-MS can provide a large amount of valuable information about ancient Chi-nese ceramics as it is capable of analyzing >40 elements with a typical of precision < 2%.Baoping Li Jianxin Zhao Kenneth D. 15Prospect of HDR geothermal energy exploitation in Yangbajing,Tibet,China,and experimental investigation of granite under high temperature and high pressure显示文摘Hot dry rock(HDR) geothermal energy,almost inexhaustible green energy,was first put forward in the 1970s.The development and testing of HDR geothermal energy are well reported in USA,Japan,UK,France and other countries or regions.In this paper,the geological characters of Yangbajing basin were first analyzed,including the continental dynamic environments to form HDR geothermal fields in Tibet,the tectonic characteristics of south slope of Nyainqêntanglha and Dangxiong-Yangbajing basin,and the in-situ stresses based on the investigations conducted,and then the site-specific mining scheme of HDR geothermal resources was proposed.For the potential development of HDR geothermal energy,a series of experiments were conducted on large-scale granite samples,200 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length,at high temperature and high triaxial pressure for cutting fragmentation and borehole stability.For the borehole stability test,a hole of 40 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length was aforehand drilled in the prepared intact granite sample.The results indicate that the cutting velocity obviously increases with temperature when bit pressure is over a certain value,while the unit rock-breaking energy consumption decreases and the rock-breaking efficiency increases with temperature at the triaxial pressure of 100 MPa.The critical temperature and pressure that can result in intensive damage to granite are 400-500 ℃ and 100-125 MPa,respectively.Yangsheng Zhao Zijun Feng Baoping Xi Jinchang Zhao Zhijun Wan Anchao Zhou 2011Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2011,3,3:0

17Efficient Preparation of Nanoparticle-Reinforced Nickel-based Composite Coating with Highly Preferred(220)Orientation显示文摘Nanoparticle-reinforced metal matrix composite coatings have significant potential in mechanical part surface strengthening owing their excellent mechanical properties.This paper reports a phenomenon in which the grain orientation gradually evolves to(220)as the deposition current density increases when preparing nanoparticle-reinforced nickel-based composite coatings through jet electrodeposition(JED).During the preparation of the Ni-SiC composite coatings,the deposition current density increased from 180 A/dm2 to 220 A/dm2,and TC(220)gradually increase from 41.4%to 97.7%.With an increase of TC(220),the self-corrosion potential increases from−0.575 to−0.477 V,the corrosion current density decreases from 9.52μA/cm^2 to 2.76μA/cm^2,the diameter of the corrosion pits that after 10 days of immersion in a 3.5 wt%NaCl solution decreases from 278–944 nm to 153–260 nm,and the adhesion of the coating increases from 24.9 N to 61.6 N.Compared a conventional electrodeposition(CED),the Ni-SiC composite coating using JED has the advantages of a smooth surface morphology,high corrosion resistance,and strong adhesion,which are more obvious with an increase in TC(220).Renjie Ji Hui Jin Yonghong Liu Tiancong Dong Fan Zhang Lilong Zhao Xinlei Wu Qiang Sun Peng Liu Hang Dong Chi Ma Dege Li Baoping Cai 2020Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,6:0
18Monitoring Study of Long-Term Land Subsidence during Subway Operation in High-Density Urban Areas Based on DInSAR-GPS-GIS Technology and Numerical Simulation显示文摘During subway operation,various factors will cause long-term land subsidence,such as the vibration subsidence of foundation soil caused by train vibration load,incomplete consolidation deformation of foundation soil during tunnel construction,dense buildings and structures in the vicinity of the tunnel,and changes in water level in the stratum where the tunnel is located.The monitoring of long-term land subsidence during subway operation in high-density urban areas differs from that in low-density urban construction areas.The former is the gathering point of the entire urban population.There are many complex buildings around the project,busy road traffic,high pedestrian flow,and less vegetation cover.Several existing items requiremonitoring.However,monitoring distance is long,and providing early warning is difficult.This study uses the 2.8 km operation line between Wulin Square station and Ding’an Road station of Hangzhou Subway Line 1 as an example to propose the integrated method of DInSAR-GPS-GIS technology and the key algorithm for long-term land subsidence deformation.Then,it selects multiscene image data to analyze long-termland subsidence of high-density urban areas during subway operation.Results show that long-term land subsidence caused by the operation of Wulin Square station to Ding’an Road station of Hangzhou Subway Line 1 is small,with maximumsubsidence of 30.64 mm,and minimumsubsidence of 11.45 mm,and average subsidence ranging from 19.27 to 21.33 mm.And FLAC3D software was used to verify the monitoring situation,using the geological conditions of the soil in the study area and the tunnel profile to simulate the settlement under vehicle load,and the simulation results tended to be consistent with the monitoring situation.Yu Song Xuejun Chen Baoping Zou Jundong Mu Rusheng Hu Siqi Cheng Shengli Zhao 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,2:0
19Study on Evaluation Method of Ecological Restoration for Soil and Water Conservation in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region显示文摘On the basis of deeply understanding the domestic existing evaluation method of ecological restoration for soil and water conservation,under the premise of analyzing characteristics of current commonly used evaluation index of ecological restoration,based on the actual situation in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,taking objectivity,independence and operability as the principles,nine evaluation indexes were selected,and a set of comprehensive evaluation method of ecological restoration for water and soil conservation based on AHP was constructed. The hundred mark system corresponded with ecological restoration level,and the weight of each index in evaluation system was calculated according to comparison matrix constructed by frontline workers of soil and water conservation. 20Correlation between the transdermal characteristics of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in majiepingchuan in vitro显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the transdermal profile of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in the Traditional Chinese Medicine majiepingchuan in rat skin and to reveal their interaction.METHODS: A Franz diffusion cell was used in vitro to evaluate the transdermal parameters of cumulative transdermal flux(Q_(tot)), cumulative transmission(T_(tot)), and mean penetration rate(Kp) of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in majiepingchuan.
