1Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of 2019 novel coronavirus infection in children: experts' consensus statement显示文摘Since the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan City,China,by January 30,2020,a total of 9692 confirmed cases and 15,238 suspected cases have been reported around 31 provinces or cities in China.Among the confirmed cases,1527 were severe cases,171 had recovered and been discharged at home,and 213 died.And among these cases,a total of 28 children aged from 1 month to 17 years have been reported in China.For standardizing prevention and management of 2019-nCoV infections in children,we called up an experts' committee to formulate this experts' consensus statement.This statement is based on the Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (the fourth edition) (National Health Committee) and other previous diagnosis and treatment strategies for pediatric virus infections.The present consensus statement summarizes current strategies on diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of 2019-nCoV infection in children.Kunling Shen Yonghong Yang Tianyou Wang Dongchi Zhao Yi Jiang Runming Jin Yuejie Zheng Baoping Xu Zhengde Xie Likai Lin Yunxiao Shang Xiaoxia Lu Sainan Shu Yan Bai Jikui Deng Min Lu Leping Ye Xuefeng Wang Yongyan Wang Liwei Gao 2020World Journal of Pediatrics2020,16,3:56

9Application of sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy in breast cancer patients显示文摘Objective: To discuss if the sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy is able to reflect the status of the axillary lymph node and the application of this technic in clinic. Methods: Using 99mTc-signed dextran, SLN-biopsy (SLNB) was carried out in 182 cases with breast cancer during May 1999 to September 2006. During the operation, γ-detector was used for orientation. After the SLNB, a modified radical mastectomy or breast conserving surgery were carried out to the patients, then a particular separate pathological examination of the SLN was made. Results: 178 cases of SLNB were carried out successfully, and the success rate was 97.8%, the out-checked SLN of each case ranged from 1 to 4, with an average of 2.5. All SLN was located at the first level of axilla, sensitivity of the SLNB was 93.4%, specificity was 100%, false negative rate was 6.6%, false positive rate was 0, accuracy was 97.8%, positive predictive value was 100.0%, negative predictive value was 96.7%, and Youden’s index was 0.934. Immunohistochemical examination was carried out in 59 cases of SLN, and 14 cases showed the existences of micro-metastasis, however, metastasis had not been found in non-SLN of these cases. Conclusion: SLN is able to reflect the metastasis of the axillary lymph node, and this can suggest the necessity of the axillary dissection in clinic. 14Conductive Porous MXene for Bionic,Wearable,and Precise Gesture Motion Sensors显示文摘Reliable,wide range,and highly sensitive joint movement monitoring is essential for training activities,human behavior analysis,and human-machine interfaces.Yet,most current motion sensors work on the nano/microcracks induced by the tensile deformation on the convex surface of joints during joint movements,which cannot satisfy requirements of ultrawide detectable angle range,high angle sensitivity,conformability,and consistence under cyclic movements.In nature,scorpions sense small vibrations by allowing for compression strain conversion from external mechanical vibrations through crack-shaped slit sensilla.Here,we demonstrated that ultraconformal sensors based on controlled slit structures,inspired by the geometry of a scorpion’s slit sensilla,exhibit high sensitivity(0.45%deg^(-1)),ultralow angle detection threshold(~15°),fast response/relaxation times(115/72 ms),wide range(15°~120°),and durability(over 1000 cycles).Also,a user-friendly,hybrid sign language system has been developed to realize Chinese and American sign language recognition and feedback through video and speech broadcasts,making these conformal motion sensors promising candidates for joint movement monitoring in wearable electronics and robotics technology.Shengshun Duan Yucheng Lin Zhehan Wang Junyi Tang Yinhui Li Di Zhu Jun Wu Li Tao Chang-Hwan Choi Litao Sun Jun Xia Lei Wei Baoping Wang 2021Research2021,,1:1

16Highly durable machine-learned waterproof electronic glove based on low-cost thermal transfer printing for amphibious wearable applications显示文摘Gesture recording,modeling,and understanding based on a robust electronic glove(E-glove)are of great significance for efficient human-machine cooperation in harsh environments.However,such robust edge-intelligence interfaces remain challenging as existing E-gloves are limited in terms of integration,waterproofness,scalability,and interface stability between different components.Here,we report on the design,manufacturing,and application scenarios for a waterproof E-glove,which is of low cost,lightweight,and scalable for mass production,as well as environmental robustness,waterproofness,and washability.An improved neural network architecture is proposed to implement environment-adaptive learning and inference for hand gestures,which achieves an amphibious recognition accuracy of 100%in 26 categories by analyzing 2,600 hand gesture patterns.We demonstrate that the E-glove can be used for amphibious remote vehicle navigation via hand gestures,potentially opening the way for efficient human-human and human-machine cooperation in harsh environments.Shengshun Duan Jiayi Wang Yong Lin Jianlong Hong Yucheng Lin Yier Xia Yinghui Li Di Zhu Wei Lei Wenming Su Baoping Wang Zheng Cui Wei Yuan Jun Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
17Combination of artificial zeolite and microbial fertilizer to improve mining soils in an arid area of Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘Restoration of mining soils is important to the vegetation and environment.This study aimed to explore the variations in soil nutrient contents,microbial abundance,and biomass under different gradients of substrate amendments in mining soils to select effective measures.Soil samples were collected from the Bayan Obo mining region in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China.Contents of soil organic matter(SOM),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP),available potassium(AK),microbial biomass carbon/microbial biomass nitrogen(MBC/MBN)ratio,biomass,and bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes abundance were assessed in Agropyron cristatum L.Gaertn.,Elymus dahuricus Turcz.,and Medicago sativa L.soils with artificial zeolite(AZ)and microbial fertilizer(MF)applied at T0(0 g/kg),T1(5 g/kg),T2(10 g/kg),and T3(20 g/kg).Redundancy analysis(RDA)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)were used to identify the main factors controlling the variation of biomass.Results showed that chemical indices and microbial content of restored soils were far greater than those of control.The application of AZ significantly increases SOM,AN,and AP by 20.27%,23.61%,and 40.43%,respectively.AZ significantly increased bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes abundance by 0.63,3.12,and 1.93 times of control,respectively.RDA indicated that AN,MBC/MBN ratio,and SOM were dominant predictors for biomass across samples with AZ application,explaining 87.6%of the biomass variance.SOM,MBC/MBN ratio,and AK were dominant predictors with MF application,explaining 82.9%of the biomass variance.TOPSIS indicated that T2 was the best dosage and the three plant species could all be used to repair mining soils.AZ and MF application at T2 concentration in the mining soils with M.sativa was found to be the most appropriate measure.LI Wenye ZHANG Jianfeng SONG Shuangshuang LIANG Yao SUN Baoping WU Yi MAO Xiao LIN Yachao 2023Journal of Arid Land2023,15,9:0
18Reproduction does not impede the stopover departure to ensure a potent migration in Cnaphalocrocis medinalis moths显示文摘Despite the importance of reproduction in insects,its relation with multi-stop flight remains poorly understood in migratory species.To clarify whether reproductive maturation commences during the multi-stop flight or after the completion of migration,we conducted physiological and behavioral assays in the rice leaf roller Cnaphalocrocis medinalis with laboratory-simulated conditions and field-captured populations.We found that the ovarian development was significantly promoted by tethered flight treatment for 1-2 nights when compared to the unflown group,while the flight muscle development was not impaired.There was no significant difference in flight duration,flight distance and flight velocity between mated and virgin female moths,indicating that mated moths remained competent for the subsequent flights as did the virgins.Using an integrated field assay,we identified that over 60%of the female moths in the migrating populations cap-tured by high-altitude searchlights in the Immigration period of a season had completed the ovarian development and mating.Sexually mature and mated moths collected in the rice field in the Emigration period were found capable of engaging in migratory take-off,as observed using an indoor monitoring platform.Overall,our findings point out that C.med-inalis managed to complete reproductive maturation to a large extent during the multi-stop migratory flight without compromising the migration performance.Such a cost-effective strategy ensures a successful migration for the moths.These findings advance our under-standing of the relationship between reproduction and migration,thus shedding light on the development of novel control measures for the outbreak of migratory insect pests.Jiawen Guo Fan Yang Haiyan Zhang Peijiong Lin Baoping Zhai Zhongxian Lu Gao Hu Pengcheng Liu 2022Insect Science2022,29,6:0
