1Experiments and reaction characteristics of liquid phase simultaneous removal of SO_2 and NO显示文摘Experiments of simultaneous removal of SO2 and NO from simulated flue gas,using NaClO2 solution as the absorbent,were carried out in a self-designed bubble reactor,and high simultaneous removal effi-ciencies of SO2 and NO were obtained under the optimal experimental conditions.The mechanism of simultaneous removal based on NaClO2 acid solutions was proposed by analyzing the removal prod-ucts.Possibility and limitation of the desulfurization and denitrification using NaClO2 acid solutions were calculated by thermodynamic methods.Experimental results of reaction kinetics for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification indicated that the oxidation-absorption processes of SO2 and NO were divided into two zones,namely the fast and slow reaction zones.In the slow reaction zones both were zero order reactions,and in the fast reaction zones,the reaction order,rate constant and activa-tion energy of SO2 reaction with absorbent were 1.4,1.22(mol.L-1)-0.4.s-1 and 66.25kJ.mol-1,respec-tively,and 2,3.15×103(mol.L-1)-1.s-1,and 42.50 kJ.mol-1 for NO reaction,respectively.ZHAO Yi,LIU Feng,GUO TianXiang & ZHAO Yin School of Environmental Science and Engineering,North China Electric Power University,Baoding 071003,China 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,6:15
2Surface modification of hydrophobic NaYF_4:Yb,Er upconversion nanophosphors and their applications for immunoassay显示文摘β-NaYF4:Yb,Er upconversion nanophosphor (UCNP) is known as one of the most efficient NIR-to-visible upconversion materials, which shows great potential in bioanalytical chemistry and bioimaging. However, its applications are greatly limited due to its low water dispersibility and thus poor biocompatibility. In this paper, poly(acrylic acid) (PAA)-based ligand exchange strategies are carried out to modify oleic acid-capped hydrophobic β-NaYF4:Yb,Er UCNPs into hydrophilic ones. After efficient surface modification, the presence of free carboxylic acid groups on the surfaces of UCNPs results in high solubility in water, and also allows further conjugation with NH2-containing biomolecules. Facilitated by the covalent linkage between the-COOH groups on UCNPs surfaces and -NH2 groups in antigen/antibody, a sensitive immunosensor is constructed by using PAA-functionalized β-NaYF4:Yb,Er UCNPs as biolabels. 3Analysis of the ore-controlling structure of the Shihu gold deposit, Hebei Province and deep-seated ore-prospecting prediction显示文摘Under the guidance of the theory of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis and on the basis of the geological characteristics, analysis of the ore-forming and ore-controlling structures, the geochemical characteristics of metallogenesis, the source of ore-forming materials, changes in the physical and chemical conditions of metallogenesis, changes in the vertical width of ore veins, and changes in gold grade of the Shihu gold deposit, the mechanism of its metallogenesis was discussed and the rules of vertical variation of ore veins were summarized in this study. It is pointed out that the orebodies under exploitation at present time should be in the middle and upper portions of gold veins in the Shihu gold mining district. Particularly on the basis of the characteristics of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis, it is indicated that metallogenesis is controlled mainly by such ore-forming conditions as temperature and pressure. Deep-seated ore-forming fluids are characterized mainly by injection and precipitation. So the vein bodies in the adjacent metallogenic structures are of obvious comparability, and there would be great prospects for ore search both at depth and in the periphery of the Shihu gold deposit. 4Temporal-spatial distribution and ore-forming material source of gold,copper and silver polymetallic ore deposits in the Fuping mantle structure zone显示文摘This study was conducted following research on metallogenesis in the Zhangjiajie-Xuanhua and East Hebei mantle branch structure zones. The Fuping mantle branch structure zone is one where Au, Cu and Ag poly-metallic ore resources are concentrated in North Hebei. However, there has existed a long-standing controversy on the temporal-spatial distribution of ore resources and their ore-forming material sources. In terms of age dating and the comprehensive analysis of S, Pb, O, C and Si isotopes, it is considered that the temporal-spatial distribution of ore resources in this mantle branch structure zone is obviously controlled by the Fuping mantle branch structure. In space there is developed such a metallogenic pattern as to be Ag, Pb and Zn polymetallic ore deposits with gold appearing inside and copper appearing outside. 7A cross-association model for CO_2-methanol and CO_2-ethanol mixtures显示文摘A cross-association model was proposed for CO2-alcohol mixtures based on the statistical associating fluid theory (SAFT).CO2 was treated as a pseudo-associating molecule and both the self-association between alcohol hydroxyls and the cross-association between CO2 and alcohol hydroxyls were considered.The equilibrium properties from low temperature-pressure to high temperature-pressure were investigated using this model.The calculated p-x and p-p diagrams of CO2-methanol and CO2-ethanol mixtures agreed with the experimental data.The results showed that when the cross-association was taken into account for Helmholtz free energy,the calculated equilibrium properties could be significantly improved,and the error prediction of the three phase equilibria and triple points in low temperature regions could be avoided.FU Dong,YANG Zhuang,LU JianYi & LIU JianMin School of Environmental Science and Engineering,North China Electric Power University,Baoding 071003,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,6:4
8Mantle Branch Structure in the South-Central Segment of the Da Hinggan Mts.,Inner Mongolia and Its Ore-controlling Role显示文摘Mantle branch structure is the third tectonic unit of multiple evolution of a mantle branch. It is not only the main mechanism of intercontinental orogeny, but also an important ore-forming and ore-control structure. Studies on geotectonic evolution, regional geological characteristics and ore-forming and ore-control structures have shown that since the Mesozoic the Da Hinggan Mts. region has entered a typical intercontinental orogenic stage, and it is closely related to mantle branch activities. The south-central segment of the Da Hinggan Mts. is a typical mantle branch structure and possesses obvious magmatic-metamorphic complexes in the core, detachment slip beds in the periphery and overlapped fault depression basins. Moreover, all of these are the principal factors leading to ore formation and ore control in the region. 12Analysis of the ore-controlling role of Guojiadian mantle branch structure,Northwest Shandong Peninsula,China显示文摘Metallogenesis in the gold ore-concentrated zone of Northwest Shandong Peninsula is closely related to deep processes.The region in the eastern part of North China entered into the stage of mantle plume evolution during the Yanshanian movement,following the long-time stage of stable platform evolution during Paleozoic time.At that time,the ore-concentrated zone of Northwest Shandong Peninsula just entered into the development-evolution stage of the Laiyang sub-mantle plume and the Guojiadian mantle branch structure in its periphery.The core-mantle-source gold was present in the gas-liquid form,and it migrated through mantle plume→sub-mantle plume→mantle branch structure→favorable tectonic expansion zone to the favorable loci of the mantle branch structure,where gold was deposited as ores,thereafter constituting a series of large-to medium-sized gold deposits distributed around the Guojiadian mantle branch structure.This study also dealt with the Jiaojia fault as the main detachment(fault altered rock) belt on the northwestern margin of the mantle branch structure and also presented a basic cognition about the fact that the Sanshandao fault as the listric fault on the hanging wall of the detachment belt.Furthermore,on this basis,this study also pointed out the orientation for further ore prospecting in this region.NIU Shuyin Sun Aiqun ZHANG Jianzhen MA Baojun WANG Baode CHEN Chao ZHANG Fuxiang LIU Cheng ZHANG Xiaofei 2012Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,4:2
13Effects of novel Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablets with sheep placenta as substitute for Hominis Placenta on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis显示文摘Objective:Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet(FBRT) is widely used for the treatment of liver fibrosis.However,Hominis Placenta(HP),as an important adjuvant of FBRT,has been restricted for medicinal using due to the limited availability,ethical controversy and safety issues.The present study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of novel FBRT(N-FBRT) with sheep placenta(SP) as substitute for HP on liver fibrosis and explore its possible mechanisms.Different dosages of SP in N-FBRT were also evaluated.Methods:Rats were subcutaneously injected with CCl_(4)to induce liver fibrosis and then treated with NFBRT and FBRT.The anti-hepatic fibrosis effect was determined based on biomarkers analysis of liver function and hepatic fibrosis,and the liver pathology was visualized by H&E staining and Masson staining.The oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines were also detected.Immunohistochemical staining of a-SMA,real time PCR and Western blotting were performed to evaluate hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)activation and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.Results:N-FBRT and FBRT could ameliorate CCl_(4)-induced liver fibrosis and improve liver function,as evidenced by lowering serum biomarkers levels of liver function and hepatic fibrosis,and decreasing hepatic Hyp content and collagen deposition,and improving the hepatic morphology and architecture changes.Moreover,the anti-liver fibrosis effect was better when the dosage of SP used in N-FBRT was 1/2 of HP in FBRT.Administration of N-FBRT markedly alleviated oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines,and inhibited a-SMA expression.Furthermore,the mRNA expression of Col Ⅰ,Col Ⅲ,a-SMA and TGF-β1,and proteins expression of a-SMA,TGF-β1,Smad2/3 and p-Smad2/3 were significantly down-regulated by N-FBRT treatment.Conclusion:SP can be used as substitute for HP to prepare N-FBRT for the treatment of liver fibrosis and the anti-liver fibrosis effect of N-FBRT is achieved by eliminating oxidative stress and inflammation,and inhibiting HSCs activation and ECM production by blocking TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.Baode Shen Li Deng Yuan Liu Ruisheng Li Chengying Shen Xiao Liu Yinchao Li Hailong Yuan 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,1:2
14Helium-argon isotopic tracing for the Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ore deposits in the central-south segment of the Da Hinggan Ling Range显示文摘In recent years big strides have been made in the exploration of ores in the central-south segment of the Da Hinggan Ling Range,though some debates still exist on the metallogenesis and sources of ore-forming materials.Pyrite and other sulfides in direct relation to the Pb-Zn-Ag ore deposits were chosen for the He and Ar isotopic analysis of ore-forming fluids,and the first He and Ar isotope data have been obtained from the study region.3He/4He ratios in 14 samples collected from 7 mining districts are 2.17×10-6-12.52×10-6,averaging 6.86×10-6 and their R/Ra ratios are 1.56-9.01 Ra,averaging 4.37 Ra.By projecting the data points onto the 3He-4He concentrations diagram,all the points fall near the mantle helium area.The calculated mantle-source helium ratios are within the range of 19.58%-76.96%,with an average of 49.52%.Argon isotopic characteristics are close to those of mantle source,indicating that the ore-forming material was transport upwards via the multi-stage evolution of mantle plume and concentrated as ores in the favorable loci of mantle branch structures.WANG Baode NIU Shuyin SUN Aiqun HU Huabin LIU Yaming GUO Lijun WANG Shuo 2008Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2008,27,3:2
