| 1 | 聚集性信息素和植物源信息素对松墨天牛的联合诱捕作用显示文摘我们评价了聚集性信息素和植物源信息素对松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae)在林间的联合诱捕作用,以期研制出更优的引诱剂控制松墨天牛成虫的危害。结果显示,樟子松墨天牛M. galloprovincialis雄虫挥发出来的聚集性信息素2-undecyloxy-1-ethanol对松墨天牛雌雄成虫均有引诱效果,而且樟子松墨天牛性信息素与植物源信息素之间相互增效作用十分显著,比性信息素或植物源信息素单独使用效果提高4~5倍。松墨天牛雌虫卵巢发育情况显示,成虫期在浙江地区大约持续4个月,松墨天牛成虫期可以分为两个阶段,第一个阶段为取食期(卵巢未成熟),从5月9日到7月9日;第二个阶段为产卵期(卵巢成熟),从6月3日到9月18日(图3),两个阶段在一段时期有重叠。聚集性信息素和植物源信息素联合应用将在防控松墨天牛危害,遏制松材线虫病传播方面发挥重要作用。 | 樊建庭 孟俊国 Baode Wang 赵莉蔺 孙江华 | 2013 | 应用昆虫学报2013,50,5: | 29 |
| 2 | Meta-analysis of the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus infection and clinicopathological features of patients with gastric carcinoma显示文摘Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection has been causally associated with occurrence of many malignant neoplasms. EBV-encoded small RNAs (EBERs) have been detected from about 10% of gastric carcinoma tissue cells, suggesting that EBV infection is associated with the development of gastric carcinoma. The present study pooled the data from the papers concerning EBV-related gastric cancers and performed a meta-analysis of 22 research papers. Among these papers, a total of 5475 cases with gastric cancer were enrolled, of whom 411 cases were found EBV-positive, with the EBV-positive rate being 7.5%. Among the EBV-positive gastric cancer cases, the detection rate was 11.1% in males and 3.0% in females. Compared with EBV-negative gastric cancer, EBV-positive gastric cancer had less lymph node metastasis. Based on the histological typing, of the EBV-positive gastric cancers, the diffuse type was 8.1%, and intestinal type was 8.0%. The examined specimen types included stored paraffin blocks and fresh surgically removed specimens, their EBV positive rates were 7.9% and 6.5% respectively. In terms of geographical distribution, the detection rate of EBV-positive gastric cancer was 9.4% in America, 6.1% in Asia and 9.1% in Europe. Meta-analysis showed that EBV infection occurred only in gastric cancer tissue cells and was significantly associated with the patients’ gender, lymph node metastases, and the location where tumor tissue generated and geographical distribution (P<0.05), but was not significantly associated with the patients’ histological types of tumor and the types of specimens (P>0.05). | 4 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-5Li-1Al sheets prepared by accumulative roll bonding显示文摘Ultrafine-grain and high-strength Mg-5Li-1Al sheets were prepared by accumulative roll bonding(ARB)process. Evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of ARB-processed Mg-5Li-1Al sheets was investigated.Results show that, during ARB process, the evolution of deformation mechanism of t Mg-5Li-1Al alloy is as follows: twinning deformation, shear deformation, forming macro shear zone, and finally dynamic recrystallization(DRX). The grain refining mechanism changes from twin DRX to rotation DRX. With the increase in ARB cycles, strength of the Mg-5Li-1Al sheets is enhanced, whilst elongation varies slightly.With the increase in rolling cycles, anisotropy of mechanical properties decreases. | 5 | 光肩星天牛对白桦林的危害及药剂防治效果显示文摘Data from a survey in the Hasi Mountain areas of Jinyuan County in Gansu province of China showed that 83.3% white birch(Betula platyphylla) stand was infested by the Asian longhorned beete,Anoplophroa glabripennis.The longevity of the beetles was(41.2±11.5) days for a male and(39.1±13.1) days for a female when twigs of white birch were used as a sole source of food for the adult beetles.The area of twig barks consumed by a pair of beetles in their life time was(9.93±8.15) cm2.A female can make(12.4±12.1) egg pits in average during the period when they were alive and caged.If removal of the infested tree is used as a management measure,it must be excuted consecutively for two years to be effective.Field tests were conducted in 2005 and 2006 to treat infested trees with imidacloprid through trunk injection,soil injection,and soil drench.The results showed that the number of dead adults under the treated trees was 6.3 times for trunk injection,5.1 times for soil injection,and 4.9 times for soil drench more than that under the untreated control.The number of live larvae decreased by 95.8% for trunk injection,83.3% for soil injection,and 85.5% for soil drench in comparison with larva mortality in control.The number of egg pits made on tree trunks by an adult was decreased by 87.1%、77.4%and 82.6%for imidacloprid trough trunk injection,soil injection,and soil drench,respectively,compared with the untreated control. | 高瑞桐 Wang Baode Victor C. | 7 | The contribution of absorption of integral nanocrystals to enhancement of oral bioavailability of quercetin显示文摘In this study,self-discriminating hybrid nanocrystals was utilized to explore the biological fate of quercetin hybrid nanocrystals(QT-HNCs)with diameter around 280 nm(QT-HNCs-280)and550 nm(QT-HNCs-550)following oral and intravenous administration and the contribution of integral nanocrystals to oral bioavailability enhancement of QT was estimated by comparing the absolute exposure of integral QT-HNCs and total QT in the liver.Results showed that QT-HNCs could reside in vivo as intact nanocrystals for as long as 48 h following oral and intravenous administration.A higher accumulation of integral QT-HNCs in liver and lung was observed for both oral and intravenous administration of QT-HNCs.The particle size affects the absorption and biodistribution of integral QT-HNCs and total QT.As compared to QT-HNCs-550,QT-HNCs-280 with smaller particle size is more easily absorbed,but dissolves faster in vivo,leading to higher distribution of QT(146.90 vs.117.91 h·mg/mL)but lower accumulation of integral nanocrystals(6.82 e10 vs.15.27 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])in liver following oral administration.Due to its slower dissolution and enhanced recognition by RES,QT-HNCs-550 with larger diameter shows higher liver distribution for both of QT(1015.80 h·mg/mL)and integral nanocrystals(259.63 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])than those of QT-HNCs-280(673.82&77.66 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])following intravenous administration.The absolute exposure of integral QT-HNCs in liver following oral administration of QT-HNCs are 8.78%for QT-HNCs-280 and 5.88%for QT-HNCs-550,while the absolute exposure of total QT for QT-HNCs-280 and QT-HNCs-550 are 21.80%and 11.61%,respectively.Owing to imprecise quantifcation method,a surprisingly high contribution of integral QT-HNCs to oral bioavailability enhancement of QT(40.27%for QT-HNCs-280 and 50.65%for QT-HNCs-550)was obtained.These results revealed signifcant difference in absorption and biodistrbution between integral nanocrystals and overall drugs following oral and intravenous administration of QT-HNCs,and provided a meaningful reference for the contribution of integral nanocrystals to overall bioavailability enhancement. | Baode Shen Chengying Shen Weifeng Zhu Hailong Yuan | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,4: | 10 |
| 8 | Relationship of particle stimulated nucleation,recrystallization and mechanical properties responding to Fe and Si contents in hot-extruded 7055 aluminum alloys显示文摘The variations of coarse intermetallic particles in hot-extruded 7055 aluminum alloys with 0.041 wt%Fe and 0.024 wt%Si increasing to 0.272 wt%Fe and 0.134 wt%Si were investigated.The particle stimulated nucleation(PSN)behaviors for different kind of coarse particles were detailly analyzed by EBSD.Moreover,the effect of PSN responding to Fe and Si contents on recrystallization and tensile properties of 7055 alloys was evaluated.With increasing Fe and Si contents,the size and number density of coarseη/S particles are reduced,while the number densities of coarse Al7Cu2 Fe and Mg2Si particles are both increased and the coarse Al7Cu2 Fe particles transform from rod-like to irregular.More PSN recrystallized grains with predominant orientations deviated from the extruded fiber textures are stimulated by the irregular Al7Cu2 Fe and Mg2Si particles,because a higher degree of local non-uniform deformation is produced.The rod-like Al7Cu2 Fe particles cause the greatest degree of local non-uniform deformation owing to the largest aspect ratio,but the shape also restricts the area of particle deformation zone(PDZ)resulting in fewer PSN recrystallized grains.The irregularη/S particles give rise to the lowest degree of local non-uniform deformation and fewest PSN recrystallized grains with the major orientations close to the extruded fiber textures.Consequently,despite the number and size of coarseη/S particles are reduced,the proportion of high angle grain boundaries(HAGBs)is increased and the extruded fiber textures are weakened with Fe and Si contents increasing,because of the increased Al7Cu2 Fe and Mg2Si particles.The strength is slightly declined by the weakened<111>//ED(extrusion direction)fiber texture,while the elongation is reduced for a larger number of coarse particles and more HAGBs with higher Fe and Si contents. | Huan She Da Shu Anping Dong Jun Wang Baode Sun Hongchang Lai | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 10 |
| 9 | Study on method and mechanism for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas based on the TiO_2 photocatalysis显示文摘Based on the TiO2 photocatalysis mechanism, a new method of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas was proposed. Preparation of TiO2 photocatalyst, design of photocatalysis reactor and influencing factors for simul- taneous removal of SO2 and NO, and removal mechanism of SO2 and NO were studied. After the optimal values of concentration of O2 in flue gas, the relative humidity of flue gas and the irradiation time in the photocatalysis reactor were used, the efficiencies of removal for SO2 and NO can be achieved above 98% and about 67%, respectively. | 14 | Current distribution and stability of LTS/HTS hybrid superconducting conductors显示文摘Current distribution and stability of a hybrid LTS/HTS superconductor, consisting of multifilamentary NbTi/Cu and Bi2223/Ag tapes, were numerically analyzed according to power-law models. The results showed that most of current passed through the LTS and the current increased in the HTS with temperature rise when the transport current was below the critical current of the hybrid conductor. The quench propagation velocity of the hybrid conductor was smaller but its minimum quench energy was larger than those of LTS conductors, indicating that the stability of the hybrid superconducting conductor was effectively improved and a high engineering current density was simultaneously achieved. Finally, a hybrid sample, made by soldering Bi2223/Ag tape onto NbTi/Cu conductor, was prepared and tested successfully at helium temperature. In detail, we proposed two new ways that can be used to obtain the equilibrium size distribution of the hydrogen bonding clusters, and derived the analytical expression of a relationship between the hydrogen bonding free energy and hydrogen bonding degree. For the nonlinear hydrogen bonding systems, it is shown that the sol-gel phase transition can take place under proper conditions, which is further proven to be a kind of geometrical phase transition rather than a thermodynamic one. | 16 | Surface modification of hydrophobic NaYF_4:Yb,Er upconversion nanophosphors and their applications for immunoassay显示文摘β-NaYF4:Yb,Er upconversion nanophosphor (UCNP) is known as one of the most efficient NIR-to-visible upconversion materials, which shows great potential in bioanalytical chemistry and bioimaging. However, its applications are greatly limited due to its low water dispersibility and thus poor biocompatibility. In this paper, poly(acrylic acid) (PAA)-based ligand exchange strategies are carried out to modify oleic acid-capped hydrophobic β-NaYF4:Yb,Er UCNPs into hydrophilic ones. After efficient surface modification, the presence of free carboxylic acid groups on the surfaces of UCNPs results in high solubility in water, and also allows further conjugation with NH2-containing biomolecules. Facilitated by the covalent linkage between the-COOH groups on UCNPs surfaces and -NH2 groups in antigen/antibody, a sensitive immunosensor is constructed by using PAA-functionalized β-NaYF4:Yb,Er UCNPs as biolabels. | 17 | Analysis of the ore-controlling structure of the Shihu gold deposit, Hebei Province and deep-seated ore-prospecting prediction显示文摘Under the guidance of the theory of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis and on the basis of the geological characteristics, analysis of the ore-forming and ore-controlling structures, the geochemical characteristics of metallogenesis, the source of ore-forming materials, changes in the physical and chemical conditions of metallogenesis, changes in the vertical width of ore veins, and changes in gold grade of the Shihu gold deposit, the mechanism of its metallogenesis was discussed and the rules of vertical variation of ore veins were summarized in this study. It is pointed out that the orebodies under exploitation at present time should be in the middle and upper portions of gold veins in the Shihu gold mining district. Particularly on the basis of the characteristics of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis, it is indicated that metallogenesis is controlled mainly by such ore-forming conditions as temperature and pressure. Deep-seated ore-forming fluids are characterized mainly by injection and precipitation. So the vein bodies in the adjacent metallogenic structures are of obvious comparability, and there would be great prospects for ore search both at depth and in the periphery of the Shihu gold deposit. | 18 | Temporal-spatial distribution and ore-forming material source of gold,copper and silver polymetallic ore deposits in the Fuping mantle structure zone显示文摘This study was conducted following research on metallogenesis in the Zhangjiajie-Xuanhua and East Hebei mantle branch structure zones. The Fuping mantle branch structure zone is one where Au, Cu and Ag poly-metallic ore resources are concentrated in North Hebei. However, there has existed a long-standing controversy on the temporal-spatial distribution of ore resources and their ore-forming material sources. In terms of age dating and the comprehensive analysis of S, Pb, O, C and Si isotopes, it is considered that the temporal-spatial distribution of ore resources in this mantle branch structure zone is obviously controlled by the Fuping mantle branch structure. In space there is developed such a metallogenic pattern as to be Ag, Pb and Zn polymetallic ore deposits with gold appearing inside and copper appearing outside. | 19 | Real-variable characterizations of anisotropic product Musielak-Orlicz Hardy spaces显示文摘Let A :=(A_1, A_2) be a pair of expansive dilations and φ : R^n×R^m×[0, ∞) → [0, ∞) an anisotropic product Musielak-Orlicz function. In this article, we introduce the anisotropic product Musielak-Orlicz Hardy space H~φ_A(R^n× R^m) via the anisotropic Lusin-area function and establish its atomic characterization, the g-function characterization, the g_λ~*-function characterization and the discrete wavelet characterization via first giving out an anisotropic product Peetre inequality of Musielak-Orlicz type. Moreover, we prove that finite atomic decomposition norm on a dense subspace of H~φ_A(R^n× R^m) is equivalent to the standard infinite atomic decomposition norm. As an application, we show that, for a given admissible triplet(φ, q, s), if T is a sublinear operator and maps all(φ, q, s)-atoms into uniformly bounded elements of some quasi-Banach spaces B, then T uniquely extends to a bounded sublinear operator from H~φ_A(R^n× R^m) to B. Another application is that we obtain the boundedness of anisotropic product singular integral operators from H~φ_A(R^n× R^m) to L~φ(R^n× R^m)and from H~φ_A(R^n×R^m) to itself, whose kernels are adapted to the action of A. | 20 | Epigenetic reprogramming in mammalian nuclear transfer显示文摘Somatic cloning has been succeeded in some species, but the cloning efficiency is very low, which limits the application of the technique in many areas of research and biotechnology. The cloning of mammals by somatic cell nuclear transfer (NT) requires epigenetic reprogramming of the differentiated state of donor cell to a totipotent, embry-onic ground state. Accumulating evidence indicates that in-complete or inappropriate epigenetic reprogramming of do-nor nuclei is likely to be the primary cause of failures in nu-clear transfer.
