| 1 | Effects of transforming growth factor beta 1 on the growth of rhabdomyosarcoma cell line RD显示文摘Backgroud Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) can inhibit the growth of most epithelial and endothelial cells. The growth regulative role of TGF-β on soft tissue sarcoma was seldom reported. Here we examined TGF-β1 effects on the growth of human rhabdomyosarcoma cell RD and searched the relative molecular mechanism. Methods The viability of RD was examined by [ 3H]-thymidine incorporation and [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-z-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetraz olium bromide] (MTT) assay. RD cell cycle was analysed by flow cytometry. The protein and mRNA of cell cycle regulative factors in RD were detected by Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reation (RT-PCR), respectively. The kinase activity of cdk2 or cdk4 was examined by immunoprecipitation and kinase assay. Immunofluorescent staining was used to detect the location of cell cycle regulative factors in RD by laser scanning confocal microscope.Results TGF-β1 inhibits RD proliferation by G1-arrest in cell cycle progression. TGF-β1 can prominently up-regulate P27 of RD, then augment P27 to bind cyclinE-cdk2 complexes, which effectively suppress cdk2 kinase activity. P21 increased and c-myc decreased in RD due to TGF-β1. Both P15 and cdk4 have not been involved in the growth inhibitory event. TGF-β1 treatment induced P27 to congregate around nucleus. P21 pervaded from nucleus to both nucleus and cytoplasm by TGF-β1 treatment.Conclusion TGF-β1 inhibits the proliferation of human rhabdomyosarcoma cell line RD and induces RD G1-arrest. This course is accomplished by TGF-β1 up-regulating P27 to suppress cdk2 kinase activity. | 2 | Security Enhancement of UAV Swarm Enabled Relaying Systems with Joint Beamforming and Resource Allocation显示文摘The high mobility of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)could bring abundant degrees of freedom for the design of wireless communication systems,which results in that UAVs,especially UAV swarm,have attracted considerable attention.This paper considers a UAV Swarm enabled relaying communication system,where multiple UAV relays are organized via coordinated multiple points(CoMP)as a UAV swarm to enhance physical layer security of the system in the presence of an eavesdropper.In order to maximize achievable secrecy rate of downlink,we jointly optimize the beamforming vector of the virtual array shaped by the UAV swarm and bandwidth allocation on it for receiving and forwarding,and both amplify-and-forward(AF)and decode-andforward(DF)protocols are considered on the UAV swarm.Due to the non-convexity of the joint optimization problem,we propose an alternating optimization(AO)algorithm to decompose it into two subproblems utilizing block coordinate descent technique,then each subproblem is solved by successive convex optimization method.Simulation results demonstrate that DF has competitive performance advantage compared with AF and the superiority of the proposed secure transmission strategy with optimal beamforming and bandwidth allocation compared with benchmark strategies. | Runze Dong Buhong Wang Kunrui Cao | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,9: | 2 |
| 3 | Analysis of Internal Moisture Change of Camphor Seeds during Drying by Low-Field NMR显示文摘In this study,low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR)was used to collect the transverse relaxation signals of camphor seeds that had been dried at different temperatures and for different durations.The transverse relaxation time of the hydrogen nucleus was obtained by SIRT(Simultaneous Iterative Reconstruction Technique)inversion,and the correlation between the moisture content on dry basis and the amplitude of NMR signal of camphor seeds sampled at different drying stages was analyzed.The results showed that water existed in three main forms strongly bound water,weakly bound water and free water in camphor seeds.During the drying process,the peak position of strongly bound water remained unchanged,but the peak positions of weakly bound water and free water fluctuated.Drying rate increased with drying temperature increasing.In addition,there was a very significant linear relationship between the total NMR signal amplitude and moisture content on dry basis,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.984 4. | Yan XUAN Yilong XIANG Jing YANG Buhong GAO Ying TANG Feng LIN | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,4: | 2 |

| 13 | Monitoring of time-resolved singlet oxygen luminescence at 1270 nm by an optical fiber detection system显示文摘Singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))is the main cytotoxic substance in Type II photodynamic therapy(PDT).The luminescence of ^(1)O_(2) at 1270nm is extremely weak with a low quantum yield,making the direct detection of'O2 at 1270 nm very challenging.In this study,a set of highly sensitive optical fiber detection system is built up to detect the luminescence of photosensitized ^(1)O_(2) We use this system to test the luminescence characteristics of ^(1)O_(2) in pig skin tissue ex vrivo and mouse auricle skin in vivo.The experimental results show that the designed system can quantitatively detect photosensitized ^(1)O_(2) luminescence.The ^(1)O_(2) luminescence signal at 1270 nm is successfully detected in pig skin exr vivo.Compared with RB in an aqueous solution,the lifetime of ^(1)O_(2) increases to 17.4±12pus in pig skin tissue ex vivo.Experiments on living mice suggest that an enhancement of ^(1)O_(2) intensity with the increase of the TMPyP concentration.When the dose is 25 mg/kg,the vasoconstriction can reach more than 80%。The results of this study hold the potential application for clinical PDT dose monitoring using an optical fiber detection system. | Cheng Zhang Hongxin Lin Ying Hu Jian Sui Lisheng Lin Buhong Li | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,6: | 0 |

The Doppler fre-quency is measured by the time difference between two peak positions corresponding to the positive and the negative LFM return signal respectively. Direction Of Departures (DODs) and Direction Of Arrivals (DOAs) of the target are estimated by constructing a special eigenmatrix in which the es-timated angles can be extracted from the eigenvalue or the eigenvector. The target position can be located in the presence of the estimated DODs, DOAs and the signal delay difference between the echo and the directive wave signal in Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) bistatic radar without any synchronization.
