1北京夏季高温高湿和降水过程对大气颗粒物谱分布的影响显示文摘2004—07—13~2004—08—23使用TDMPS-APS系统在线测量颗粒物的数浓度谱分布,并于07—16~07—18选取了高温闷热夜晚、日间高温高湿和雨后晴朗干洁3种天气条件,使用多级串联撞击式采样器(MOUDI)测量颗粒物的质量浓度谱分布,结果表明,高温高湿天气条件下颗粒物的污染、尤其细粒子污染严重,导致很低的能见度(2.5km);PM1.8和PM10的质量浓度分别为170.68μg/m^3和249.35μg/m^3,细粒子质量浓度占PM10的68%;粒径为50~100nm颗粒物的数浓度最高,为2×10^4~3×10^4个/cm^3;降雨过程对粗粒子和细粒子均有去除作用,对细粒子的去除作用尤为明显;降雨后PM10和PM1.8浓度分别比降雨前降低3倍和6倍;降雨过后的晴朗干洁天气有利于新粒子(3~20nm)的生成,生成的新粒子快速长大到50~100nm;随着污染物的累积,以后几天内又变为污染天气.胡敏 刘尚 吴志军 张静 赵云良 Birgit Wehner Alfred Wiedensohler 2006环境科学2006,27,11:117
2Development of early gastric cancer 4 and 5 years after complete remission of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastric low-grade marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of MALT type显示文摘AIM To report 3 of 120 patients on the German MALT lymphoma trial with H. pYlori-associated gastric MALT Iymphoma who developed early gastric cancer 4 and 5 years, after complete Iymphoma remission following cure of H. pylori infection.PATIENTS AND RESULTS Three patients (two men, 74 and 70 years; one women, 77 years)with H. pylori -associated low-grade MALTlymphoma achieved complete lymphoma remission after being cured. Surveillance endoscopies were performed twice a year in accordance to the protocol. Four years aftercomplete lymphoma remission in two patients,and after 5 years in the other, early gastric adenocarcinoma of the mucosa-type, type Ⅱ a and type Ⅱ c, respectively, was detetcted,which were completely removed by endoscopic mucosa resection. in one patient, the gastric cancer was diagnosed at the same location as the previous. MALT lymphoma, in the other patients it was detected at different sites of the stomach distant from location of the previous MALT lymphoma. The patients were H. pylori negative during the whole follow-up time.CONCLUSION These findings strengthen the importance of regular long-term follow-up endoscopies in patients with complete remission of gastric MALT lymphoma after cure of H.pylori infection. 4重污染和新粒子生成过程中城市大气颗粒物数谱分布演变过程显示文摘使用双电迁移性颗粒物粒径谱分析仪和空气动力学颗粒物粒径谱分析仪对北京城市大气颗粒物(3nm^10μm)数浓度谱分布进行长期观测.选取2006年春节期间出现的一次重污染事件和一次新粒子生成过程,对期间颗粒物数谱分布特征及演变过程进行分析.在重污染事件中3~10nm颗粒物(平均数浓度46cm?3)几乎在大气中消失,而新粒子生成事件中核模态颗粒物数浓度最高达到3.5×104cm?3.这种现象可以通过颗粒物的碰并汇和低挥发性气态前体物的凝结汇从颗粒物的汇和源两个角度进行解释:重污染事件中,3~10nm颗粒物的碰并汇为1.1×10?2~1.2×10?3s?1,显著高于新粒子生成过程(9.9×10?4~1.4×10?4s?1);在新粒子生成过程中,参与成核的低挥发性气态前体物的凝结汇为0.01s?1,显著低于重污染事件(0.13s?1).研究结果表明在分析极端大气环境中的颗粒物数谱分布时,除交通和气象因素外,碰并和凝结过程的影响也需要给予足够的重视.吴志军 胡敏 岳玎利 Birgit WEHNER Alfred WIEDENSOHLEP 2011中国科学:地球科学2011,41,8:17

7Long-term follow-up after complete ablation of Barrett's esophagus with argon plasma coagulation显示文摘AIM: To report the long-term outcome of patients after complete ablation of non-neoplastic Barrett's esophagus (BE) with respect to BE relapse and development of intraepithelial neoplasia or esophageal adenocarcinoma.METHODS: In 70 patients with histologically proven nonneoplastic BE, complete BE ablation was achieved by argon plasma coagulation (APC) and high-dose proton pump inhibitor therapy (120 mg omeprazole daily). Sixty-six patients (94.4%) underwent further surveillance endoscopy. At each surveillance endoscopy four-quadrant biopsies were taken from the neo-squamous epithelium at 2 cm intervals depending on the pre-treatment length of BE mucosa beginning at the neo-Z-line, and from any endoscopically suspicious lesion.RESULTS: The median follow-up of 66 patients was 51 mo (range 9-85 mo) giving a total of 280.5 patient years.A mean of 6 biopsies were taken during surveillance endoscopies. In 13 patients (19.7%) tongues or islands suspicious for BE were found during endoscopy. In 8 of these patients (12.1%) non-neoplastic BE relapse was confirmed histologically giving a histological relapse rate of 3% per year. 8Current developments in pediatric liver transplantation显示文摘In 1953, the pioneer of human orthotopic liver transplantation(LT), Thomas E Starzl, was the first to attempt an orthotopic liver transplant into a 3 years old patient suffering from biliary atresia. Thus, the first LT in humans was attempted in a disease, which, up until today, remains the main indication for pediatric LT(p LT). During the last sixty years, refinements in diagnostics and surgical technique, the introduction of new immunosuppressive medications and improvements in perioperative pediatric care have established LT as routine procedure for childhood acute and chronic liver failure as well as inherited liver diseases. In contrast to adult recipients, p LT differs greatly in indications for LT, allocation practice, surgical technique, immunosuppression and postoperative life-long aftercare. Many aspects are focus of ongoing preclinical and clinical research. 11Osteoclast-like giant cell tumors of the pancreas and liver显示文摘Osteoclast-like giant cell tumors (OGCT) are rare abdominal tumors, which mainly occur in the pancreas. The neoplasms are composed of two distinct cell populations and frequently show an inhomogenous appearance with cystic structures. However, due to the rarity of these tumors, only very limited clinical data are available. Imaging features and sonographic appearance have hardly been characterized. Here we report on two cases of osteoclast-like giant cell tumors, one located within the pancreas, the other within the liver, in which OGCTs are extremely rare. Both patients were investigated by contrast sonography, which demonstrated a complex, partly cystic and strongly vascularized tumor within the head of the pancreas in the first patient and a large, hypervascularized neoplasm with calcifications within the liver in the second patient. The liver OGCT responded well to a combination of carboplatin, etoposide and paclitaxel. 13Evolution of particle number size distribution in an urban atmosphere during episodes of heavy pollution and new particle formation显示文摘This study discusses the evolution of particle number size distribution during episodes of heavy pollution and new particle formation in the urban atmosphere of Beijing to quantify the effects of dynamic processes (coagulation and condensation) on the particle number size distribution.During a heavy-pollution event,an extremely low number concentration of 3-10 nm particles (on average 46 cm-3) was observed.This is because nucleation-mode particles were easily removed by strong coagulational scavenging of larger particles under this condition.In addition,a large condensation sink (on average 0.13 s-1) restrained nucleation,which is one of the major sources of nucleation-mode particles.Conversely,during a new-particle formation event,the small condensation sink (0.01 s-1) of precursor facilitated nucleation.At the same time,preexisting particles had little ability to scavenge newly formed particles (around 1 nm) and allowed them to grow to a detectable size (larger than 3 nm currently).We suggest that the effects of dynamic processes (coagulation and condensation) on particle size distribution should be stressed under some extreme conditions of the relatively polluted urban atmosphere in addition to traffic and meteorological factors.WU ZhiJun, HU Min YUE DingLi Birgit WEHNER Alfred WIEDENSOHLER 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,11:8
14Therapy-refractory gastrointestinal motility disorder in a child with c-kit mutations显示文摘Constipation and fecal impaction are frequent and distressing complaints in pediatric gastroenterology. Especially in neurologically handicapped children, treatment of severe forms of slow-transit constipation (STC) can be difficult. In the majority of cases, STC is of unknown etiology. However, in recent years, there is growing evidence that interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs), which serve as electrical pacemakers and generate spontaneous electrical slow waves in the gastrointestinal tract, might play an important role in the pathophysiology of STC. It remains unclear whether morphological ICC alterations seen in affected patients are based on congenital developmental anomalies, or whether they are a consequence of long-term constipation with secondary damage of the gastrointestinal nervous system. To the best of our knowledge, we present the first case of a patient with histological alterations in ICC morphology who displayed multiple alterations of c-kit at the level of mRNA. The protein encoded by c-kit is the receptor tyrosine kinase Kit (CD117), which is crucial for development and function of ICCs. 17Liver transplantation for malignancy:current treatment strategies and future perspectives显示文摘In 1967,Starzl et al performed the first successful liver transplantation for a patient diagnosed with hepatoblastoma.In the following,liver transplantation was considered ideal for complete tumor resection and potential cure from primary hepatic malignancies.Several reports of liver transplantation for primary and metastatic liver cancer however showed disappointing results and the strategy was soon dismissed.In1996,Mazzaferro et al introduced the Milan criteria,offering liver transplantation to patients diagnosed with limited hepatocellular carcinoma.Since then,liver transplantation for malignant disease is an ongoing subject of preclinical and clinical research.In this context,several aspects must be considered:(1)Given the shortage of deceased-donor organs,long-term overall and disease free survival should be comparable with results obtained in patients transplanted for nonmalignant disease;(2)In this regard,living-donor liver transplantation may in selected patients help to solve the ethical dilemma of optimal individual patient treatment vs organ allocation justice;and(3)Ongoing research focusing on perioperative therapy and antiproliferative immunosuppressive regimens may further reduce tumor recurrence in patients transplanted for malignant disease and thus improve overall survival.The present review gives an overview of current indications and future perspectives of liver transplantation for malignant disease.Christina Hackl Hans J Schlitt Gabriele I Kirchner Birgit Knoppke Martin Loss 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,18:7
18Intracellular transport of hepatitis B virus显示文摘For genome multiplication hepadnaviruses use the tran-scriptional machinery of the cell that is found within the nucleus.Thus the viral genome has to be transported through the cytoplasm and nuclear pore.The intracy-tosolic translocation is facilitated by the viral capsid that surrounds the genome and that interacts with cellular microtubules.The subsequent passage through the nu-clear pore complexes(NPC) is mediated by the nuclear transport receptors importin α and β.Importin α binds to the C-terminus of the capsid protein that comprises a nuclear localization signal(NLS).The exposure of the NLS is regulated and depends upon genome maturation and/or phosphorylation of the capsid protein.As for oth-er karyophilic cargos using this pathway importin α inter-acts with importin β that facilitates docking of the import complex to the NPC and the passage through the pore.Being a unique strategy,the import of the viral capsid is incomplete in that it becomes arrested inside the nuclear basket,which is a cage-like structure on the karyoplas-mic face of the NPC.Presumably only this compartment provides the factors that are required for capsid disas-sembly and genome release that is restricted to those capsids comprising a mature viral DNA genome.Michael Kann André Schmitz Birgit Rabe 2007World Journal of Gastroenterology2007,13,1:6

20Is there an association of microscopic colitis and irritable bowel syndrome-A subgroup analysis of placebo-controlled trials显示文摘TO THE EDITOR With great interest we read the recent retrospectice study by Barta et al (1) dealing with the clinical presentation of patients with microscopic colitis. They investigated in a cohort of 53 patients with microscopic colitis (46 with collagenous colitis, 7 with lymphocytic colitis)the relationship between microscopic colitis and both constipation and diarrhea.
