| 1 | 大株红景天注射液对心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用显示文摘[目的]观察大株红景天注射液抗心肌缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用,并探讨其抗心肌缺氧/复氧可能的机制。[方法]原代培养的心肌细胞随机分为5组:空白对照组;缺氧/复氧组;缺氧/复氧分别加大株红景天注射液5、10、20 m L/L组。加药孵育12 h后,缺氧培养9 h,随后常氧培养2 h。噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞增殖,CMH2DCF-DA荧光探针检测细胞内活性氧簇(ROS)的生成量,JC-1荧光探针检测细胞内线粒体膜电位,以及测定细胞内超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力及其基因表达量。[结果]大株红景天注射液增加了缺氧/复氧损伤心肌细胞的活力,减少细胞内ROS的生成,抑制细胞内线粒体膜电位的降低,同时增加了心肌细胞内SOD的活力及其基因表达量。[结论]大株红景天注射液对缺氧/复氧(H/R)损伤的心肌细胞有保护作用。 | 王亚东 Patrick Asare Fordjour 李澜 魏静 樊官伟 | 2016 | 天津中医药2016，33，3： | 8 |
| 2 | 酶法水解牦牛皮蛋白制备抗氧化肽工艺的优化显示文摘以牦牛皮为原料,用碱性蛋白酶水解牦牛皮蛋白制备抗氧化肽。以水解度和牦牛皮蛋白水解物对DPPH自由基清除率的IC50值为评价指标,在单因素实验的基础上,结合响应面(Box-Behnken)试验设计筛选出牦牛皮抗氧化肽的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:水解温度51℃,酶用量10890 U/g,水解时间10.6 h,pH8.5,底物浓度5%,此时水解度为41.39%±0.69%,牦牛皮抗氧化肽清除DPPH·、ABTS+·、·OH的IC_(50)值分别为2.884、2.110、2.523 mg/mL。综上,该制备工艺下的牦牛皮抗氧化肽对自由基有良好的清除能力,且有较强的还原能力,说明牦牛皮抗氧化肽有望作为天然抗氧化剂得到开发利用。 | 李露 张普香 韩朋岑 李金容 叶潇莹 蔡韬敏 Isaac Newton ODEI ASARE 龙晓燕 | 2021 | 食品工业科技2021，42，24： | 5 |

| 5 | Endoscopic management of Dieulafoy's lesion using Isoamyl-2-cyanoacrylate显示文摘Dieulafoy's lesion (DL) is a rare but important cause of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding that may be over-looked during diagnostic endoscopy. Mortality rates are similar to those of other causes for gastrointestinal bleeding. Diagnosis by upper endoscopy is the modal-ity of choice during acute bleeding. In the absence of active bleeding, the lesion resembles a raised nipple or visible vessel. There are no guidelines regarding effective selective therapy for DL, when diagnosed, en-doscopist experience is the major determinant of the treatment strategy. Following our strategy, an expert endoscopist with a skilled assistant should have a high rate of successful DL diagnosis when an obscured gas-trointestinal lesion is suspected. Cyanoacryltes com-pounds have been used successfully in management of Gastric varices and DLs. To our knowledge, there have been no previous reports regarding use of isoamyl-2-cyanoacrylate (AMCRYLATE ; Concord Drugs Ltd.,Hyderabad, India) as an effective therapy for gastric DL without serious complications. In our case study, Isoamyl-2-cyanoacrylate (AMCRYLATE) was effective and safe for treating DL.
