1高原土著动物适应性进化的研究进展显示文摘青藏高原是世界上海拔最高、面积最大、地形最为复杂的地理单元,其独特的地形地貌造就了极端的环境气候特征--高寒、低氧、强紫外线辐射等。历经数百万年,高原土著动物在长期的适应性进化过程中形成了独特的低氧适应策略。经过长期的自然选择和进化,高原土著动物不仅在生理、生化、形态学及行为上获得稳定的高原低氧适应能力,并在细胞和分子水平形成了一系列独特的调节机制。近一个世纪以来,高原动物适应性进化的研究主要集中在生理形态方面,近期随着基因组数据的不断更新,利用分子技术探索高原动物适应性进化已成为研究热点,但全面解析高原动物为何能够良好的适应高原极端环境的分子机制亟待进一步研究。因此,今后的研究可结合已报道的相关表型和基因型数据,全面、系统地解析高原动物适应性进化的分子机制和遗传原理,为培育耐低温、低氧及强紫外辐射的动物新品种提供理论和技术依据,也为临床预防和治疗高原性疾病提供新思路。为此,本文以青藏高原特有的低氧、低温和强紫外辐射为线索,并结合相关微生物的研究成果,综述了近几十年关于高原土著动物适应性进化的研究进展。张剑搏 丁学智 Anum Ali Ahmad 李晨 梁泽毅 杜梅 阎萍 2019畜牧兽医学报2019,50,9:29
2Volume warrants for major and minor roads left-turning traffic lanes at unsignalized T-intersections: A case study using VISSIM modelling显示文摘The most common type of intersection improvement considered in Ghana is signalization.However, other actions such as the installation of left-turn lanes have been proven to improve the efficiency and safety of an intersection without the need for signalization in the short term. Warrants which guide the installation of such lanes in Ghana are adopted from elsewhere and as a result do not reflect local traffic flow conditions. This study established volume warrants based on a delay threshold to guide the installation of leftturn lanes at unsignalized T-intersections using VISSIM micro simulation tool. The VISSIM model was calibrated using traffic flow, delay, average and maximum queue length data obtained from a two-hour video recording of the case study intersection during the morning peak period. After calibration, several scenarios covering a wide range of operational conditions were simulated. Using level of service(LOS) C cut off point of 25 s/veh as the maximum acceptable delay to minor road left-turning traffic, an equation y=-0.57x+1091 has been developed which predicts the minor road left-turn volume threshold(y)above which a minor road left-turn lane may be considered and below which a minor road left-turn lane may not be necessary for a range of major road volumes(x). The critical delay to major road left-turning traffic was found to be 16 s/veh. Major road left-turn lane volume warrants were also determined based on this threshold delay value. 3将心理干预融入孕产期卫生保健服务∶健康思维项目的调适及可行性评价显示文摘目的:对中文版健康思维项目进行调适,并在此基础上评价由产科护士主导的健康思维项目在中国开展的可行性。方法:对医院护理管理者、参与健康思维项目预试验的护士和围产期女性进行访谈,基于各方的反馈意见对健康思维项目的内容、开展方式、次数等进行调适。根据调试后的项目手册进行随机对照试验,干预结束后采用半结构式访谈的方法评价由产科护士主导的健康思维项目在中国开展的可行性。结果:调适后的中文版健康思维项目由产科护士在孕妇每次产检的时候对其进行认知行为干预,干预时间为每次30 min,干预次数为5次,干预的地点在产科门诊健康宣教室。健康思维项目在中国开展的促进因素包括孕产妇对精神心理健康的卫生需求较为普遍,孕妇、护士和医院都能从项目中获益,管理层的支持,项目本身有很多便捷性及护士的人格魅力。阻碍项目开展的因素包括母亲的参与意愿不够,社会对精神心理问题存在歧视,护士的工作时间不够,护士的知识和技能需提升,培训和督导方式需要改进。结论:调适后的中文版健康思维项目在中国开展是可行的,可以考虑在中国孕产期卫生保健服务中增加健康思维项目以促进围产期女性和新生儿的身心健康。尹娟 张婧珺 Anum Nisar 李佳颖 杨磊 南逸平 Atif Rahman 李小妹 2020国际护理学杂志2020,39,22:4
4Signalization options to improve capacity and delay at roundabouts through microsimulation approach:A case study on arterial roadways in Ghana显示文摘Roundabouts are very useful when flows are balanced but can have operational challenges when flows increase.Most roundabouts on arterial roadways in Ghana experience recurring congestion during peak traffic.The four roundabouts between Ejisu Municipality and Asokwa Municipality on the N6 highway are typical of the situation found on arterials countrywide.They experience recurring long queues and delays during the peak hours and over-representation of truck rollover accidents.In Ghana,historically,most roundabouts with capacity problems have been developed into interchanges at very high cost without consideration of other effective at-grade configurations.When roundabouts are signalized,various configurations can be explored to enhance capacity while preserving the safety benefits.Using simulation techniques,various configurations and design options were tested for their effectiveness at two of the roundabouts,located at KNUST police station and Ejisu,with similar demand and high left turning volumes.The objectives of this study were to a)evaluate the performance of the selected roundabouts on the corridor;b)explore alternative intersection configurations to improve capacity and delay.Using video data collection techniques,2-h time stamped footages of AM and PM peak traffic flows were captured for two days.Geometric design parameters of the existing roundabouts,queue lengths,travel times,and approach flows were also captured.VISSIM models of the selected roundabouts were developed and calibrated for the baseline conditions.Signalized unconventional roundabout configuration,with a phase for major road through traffic were simulated and assessed for capacity,delay and queue length.The results showed that signalized roundabout intersections effectively increased capacity by as much as 50%in some cases,reduced delay and queue length significantly,and maintained the benefits of roundabouts including safety.The performance could be further enhanced by introducing separate left turn phases to reduce conflicts or through a right turn U-turn(RTUT)concept.Kwame Kwakwa Osei Charles Anum Adams Williams Ackaah Yolanda Oliver-Commey 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,1:3
5冷季牦牛和黄牛采食行为、血清生化指标与瘤胃发酵参数的比较研究显示文摘本试验为研究冷季营养匮乏对放牧牦牛和黄牛血清生化指标、瘤胃发酵参数及放牧行为的影响,选取体重相近、健康无病的4岁母牦牛和母黄牛各10头,分别于2018年11月、2019年1和3月佩戴MOOnitor监测系统对其放牧行为进行研究。在试验期末(2019年3月)采集牧草样品、瘤胃液和血液,用于牧草营养成分、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数分析。结果表明:1)牦牛血清中血糖(GLU)、生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和胰岛素(INS)含量较黄牛显著升高(P<0.05);2)牦牛瘤胃液氨态氮、乙酸、戊酸、总挥发性脂肪酸含量及乙酸/丙酸均显著高于黄牛(P<0.05);3)冷季营养严重不足,牦牛采食时间、反刍时间较黄牛显著减少(P<0.05),行走时间相对增加(P<0.05),且采食范围由集中趋于分散,空间分布由峡谷平地逐渐向山坡迁移。综上所述,冷季自然放牧下,牦牛较本地黄牛具有更强的营养物质代谢能力且可产生更多的挥发性脂肪酸为其提供能量,通过增加游走采食等放牧行为帮助其提高能量利用效率进而有效应对冷季营养匮乏。李晨 Anum Ali Ahmad 张剑搏 梁泽毅 丁学智 阎萍 2021草业学报2021,30,6:3
6冷季与暖季对牦牛放牧行为及瘤胃微生物多样性的影响显示文摘本试验在不同季节牧草生物量和营养品质变化较大的条件下,研究不同季节牦牛牧食行为及机体瘤胃微生物区系响应策略,旨在为提高牦牛的生产潜力及畜产品转化效率提供科学依据。试验分别在2019年1月和2019年9月进行,选取体重相近、健康无病的牦牛9头,采集瘤胃液,用于分析瘤胃内环境参数和瘤胃微生物多样性,并利用MOOnitor系统对其牧食行为的变化进行研究。结果表明,牦牛牧食活动及采食空间分布随牧草产量和营养品质的季节性变化而变化;相较于暖季,牦牛冷季休息加反刍时间(13.378 h/d)、采食时间(5.174 h/d)和反刍时间(8.160 h/d)显著减少(P<0.05),行走时间(4.775 h/d)显著增加(P<0.05),并且采食空间分布更为分散。瘤胃液中氨态氮、乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、戊酸和总挥发性脂肪酸含量及乙酸与丙酸的比例在冷季显著降低(P<0.05),而微生物蛋白、异戊酸含量在冷季显著增加(P<0.05)。冷季下瘤胃微生物在门水平表现出拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)显著升高(P<0.05),厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)显著降低(P<0.05);在属水平表现出冷季瘤胃微生物以分解纤维素的菌属为主。综合试验结果,冷季牧草生物量及常规营养成分的降低导致牦牛采食、反刍、休息行为减少,游走行为增多,同时采食空间分布格局扩大。牦牛瘤胃消化代谢及微生物变化方面对冷季的响应模式有别于暖季,这有利于提高其能量摄入及机体利用效率,进而有效应对冷季营养匮乏。李晨 ANUM Ali Ahmad 张建搏 梁泽毅 丁学智 阎萍 2020中国畜牧兽医2020,47,7:2

8Darcy-Forchheimer relation in Casson type MHD nanofluid flow over non-linear stretching surface显示文摘Present article aims to discuss the characteristics of Casson type nanofluid maintained to flow through porous medium over non-linear stretching surface in the perspective of heat and mass transfer developments.A Casson type incompressible viscous nanofluid passes through the given porous medium via Darcy-Forchheimer relation.Slip boundary conditions are used for velocity,temperature and concentration of the nanoparticles.Brownian diffusion and thermophoresis is attended.An induced magnetic field effect is involved to accentuate the thermo-physical characteristics of the nanofluid.The model incorporates boundary layer formulations and small magnetic Reynolds for practical validity.A fourth order Runge-Kutta(RK)scheme is enforced to solve the system numerically.Graphs are prepared for various progressive values of non-dimensionalized parameters whereas;variation in wall drag factor,heat and mass transfer rates is analyzed through numerical data.Results indicate that momentum boundary layer reduces for stronger inertial impact and the resistance offered by the porous media to the fluid flow.Temperature is found as a progressive function for the Brownianmotion factor and thermophoresis.The magnitude of wall drag factor,heat transfer and masstransfer rates shows reduction for progressive values of slip parameters.Ghulam Rasool Ali J.Chamkha Taseer Muhammad Anum Shafiq Ilyas Khan 2020Propulsion and Power Research2020,9,2:2

14Institutions and FDI:evidence from developed and developing countries显示文摘This study investigates the impact of institutional quality on Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)inflows using panel data for low,lower-middle,upper-middle and high-income countries for the sample period of 1996-2016 using the system Generalized Method of Moments(GMM).The empirical results confirm that institutional quality has a positive impact on FDI in all group of countries.The magnitude of the coefficients of control of corruption,government effectiveness,political stability,regulatory quality,rule of law,and voice and accountability for FDI inflows are greater in developed countries than in developing countries.We conclude that institutional quality is a more important determinant of FDI in developed countries than in developed countries.However,GDP per capita,agriculture value-added as a percentage of GDP,and inflation influence FDI inflows negatively in developed countries,while GDP per capita,trade openness,agriculture value-added as a percentage of GDP,and infrastructure have positive and statistically significant impacts on FDI inflows in developing countries.Trade openness as a percentage of GDP and infrastructure positively affect FDI in developed countries.From our analysis,we infer that institutional quality is a more important determinant of FDI in developed countries than in developing countries.Samina Sabir Anum Rafique Kamran Abbas 2019Financial Innovation2019,5,1:1

18Tongue swelling as a manifestation of tongue metastasis from pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare subtype of non-small-cell lung cancer,commonly associated with locally advanced disease,early metastasis,and poor prognosis.Tongue metastasis from lung cancer is a rare condition that may occur in advanced stage of the disease.CASE SUMMARY The patient was a 70-year-old female with a history of resected pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma(PSC)who presented with subacute tongue swelling,imparting the clinical impression of a lingual abscess.However,histologic examination of the partial glossectomy revealed a high-grade,poorly differentiated spindle and epithelioid carcinoma consistent with metastatic PSC.CONCLUSION Although uncommon,clinicians should be cognizant of the possibility of a metastatic process to the tongue mimicking a benign or inflammatory process.A high index of suspicion for metastatic disease should be maintained when tongue swelling is observed in patients with a known history of PSC.Meng-Ni Guo Anum Jalil Jie-Ying Liu Ruo-Yu Miao Tien Anh Tran Jian Guan 2021World Journal of Clinical Oncology2021,12,4:1

20Flexible synthesis of high-purity plasmonic assemblies显示文摘The self-assembly of nanoparticles has attracted a vast amount of attention due to the ability of the nanostructure to control light at the sub-wavelength scale,along with consequent strong electromagnetic field enhancement.However,most approaches developed for the formation of discrete assemblies are limited to a single and homogeneous system,and incorporation of larger or asymmetrical nanoparticles into assemblies with high purity remains a key challenge.Here,a simple and versatile approach to assemble nanoparticles of different sizes,shapes,and materials into various discrete homo-or hetero-structures using only two complementary deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)strands is presented.First,surface functionalisation using DNA and alkyl-polyethylene glycol(PEG)enables transformation of as-synthesised nanoparticles into readily usable plasmonic building blocks for self-assembly.Optimisation of the DNA coverage enables the production of different assembly types,such as homo-and hetero-dimers,trimers and tetramers and core-satellite structures,which are produced in high purity using electrophoresis purification.The approach is extended from purely plasmonic structures to incorporate(luminescent)semiconductor nanoparticles for formation of hybrid assemblies.The deposited assemblies form a high yield of specific geometrical arrangements,attributed to the van der Waals attraction between particles.This method will enable the development of new complex colloidal nanoassemblies for biological and optical applications.Laurent Lermusiaux Anum Nisar Alison M.Funston 2021Nano Research2021,14,3:1
