| 5 | Highly Flexible and Broad‑Range Mechanically Tunable All‑Wood Hydrogels with Nanoscale Channels via the Hofmeister Effect for Human Motion Monitoring显示文摘Wood-based hydrogel with a unique anisotropic structure is an attractive soft material,but the presence of rigid crystalline cellulose in natural wood makes the hydrogel less flexible.In this study,an all-wood hydrogel was constructed by cross-linking cellulose fibers,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)chains,and lignin molecules through the Hofmeister effect.The all-wood hydrogel shows a high tensile strength of 36.5 MPa and a strain up to~438%in the longitudinal direction,which is much higher than its tensile strength(~2.6 MPa)and strain(~198%)in the radial direction,respectively.The high mechanical strength of all-wood hydrogels is mainly attributed to the strong hydrogen bonding,physical entanglement,and van der Waals forces between lignin molecules,cellulose nanofibers,and PVA chains.Thanks to its excellent flexibility,good conductivity,and sensitivity,the all-wood hydrogel can accurately distinguish diverse macroscale or subtle human movements,including finger flexion,pulse,and swallowing behavior.In particular,when“An Qi”was called four times within 15 s,two variations of the pronunciation could be identified.With recyclable,biodegradable,and adjustable mechanical properties,the all-wood hydrogel is a multifunctional soft material with promising applications,such as human motion monitoring,tissue engineering,and robotics materials. | Guihua Yan Shuaiming He Gaofeng Chen Sen Ma Anqi Zeng Binglin Chen Shuliang Yang Xing Tang Yong Sun Feng Xu Lu Lin Xianhai Zeng | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,5: | 0 |

| 9 | Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis and experimental validation:An anoikis-related gene prognostic model for targeted drug development in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘We analyzed RNA-sequencing(RNA-seq)and clinical data from head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)Genomic Data Commons(GDC)portal to investigate the prognostic value of anoikis-related genes(ARGs)in HNSCC and develop new targeted drugs.Differentially expressed ARGs were screened using bioinformatics methods;subsequently,a prognostic model including three ARGs(CDKN2A,BIRC5,and PLAU)was constructed.Our results showed that the model-based risk score was a good prognostic indicator,and the potential of the three ARGs in HNSCC prognosis was validated by the TISCH database,the model’s accuracy was validated in two independent cohorts of the Gene Expression Omnibus database.Immune correlation analysis and half-maximal inhibitory concentration were also performed to reveal the different landscapes of TIME between risk groups and to predict immuno-and chemo-therapeutic responses.Potential small-molecule drugs for HNSCC were subsequently predicted using the L1000FWD database.Finally,in vitro experiments were used to verify the database findings.The relative ARG mRNA expression levels in HNSCC and surrounding normal tissues remained consistent with the model results.BIRC5 knockdown inhibited anoikis resistance in WSU-HN6 and CAL-27 cells.Molecular docking,real-time PCR,cell counting kit-8(CCK-8),plate clone,and flow cytometry analyses showed that small-molecule drugs predicted by the database may target the ARGs in the prognostic model,inhibit HNSCC cells survival rate,and promote anoikis in vitro.Therefore,we constructed a new ARG model for HNSCC patients that can predict prognosis and immune activity and identify a potential small-molecule drug for HNSCC,paving the way for clinically targeting anoikis in HNSCC. | LIN QIU ANQI TAO XIAOQIAN SUN FEI LIU XIANPENG GE CUIYING LI | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,5: | 0 |

| 14 | Relationship between toxic and harmful microalgae and environmental factors in typical mariculture areas of East China Sea显示文摘Toxic and harmful algal blooms are usually more frequent in mariculture areas due to the abundant trophic conditions.To investigate the relationship between toxic and harmful microalgae and environmental factors,we set up 12 stations near three mariculture regions(Gouqi Island,Sandu Bay,and Dongshan Bay)in the East China Sea.We collected samples from all four seasons starting from May 2020 to March 2021.We identifi ed 199 species belonging to 70 genera,of which 38 species were toxic and harmful,including 24 species of Dinophyceae,13 species of Bacillariophyceae,and 1 species of Raphidophyceae.The species composition of toxic and harmful microalgae showed a predominance of diatoms in the summer(August),and dinofl agellates in the spring(May),autumn(November),and winter(March).The cell densities of toxic and harmful microalgae were higher in summer(with an average value of 15.34×10^(3) cells/L)than in other seasons,3.53×10^(3) cells/L in spring,1.82×10^(3) cells/L in winter,and 1.0×10^(3) cells/L in autumn.Pseudo-nitzschia pungens,Prorocentrum minimum,Paralia sulcata,and Prorocentrum micans were the dominant species and were available at all 12 stations in the three mariculture areas.We selected 10 toxic and harmful microalgal species with frequency>6 at the survey stations for the redundancy analysis(RDA),and the results show that NO^(-)_(3),water temperature(WT),pH,DO,and NO^(-)_(2) were the main factors on distribution of toxic and harmful microalgae.We concluded that the rich nutrient conditions in the East China Sea mariculture areas increased the potential for the risk of toxic and harmful microalgal bloom outbreaks. | Anqi ZHANG Honghan LIU Chenhong LI Changping CHEN Junrong LIANG Lin SUN Yahui GAO | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,6: | 0 |
