1Effect of ZSM-5 zeolite morphology on the catalytic performance of the alkylation of toluene with methanol显示文摘A series of ZSM-5 zeolites, with the morphologies of sphere, sphere with cubic particles on the surface, and cubic particles, were synthesized by hydrothermal method using n-butylamine as the template, assisted by the addition of NaCl and crystal seed. X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray fluorescence(XRF) and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD) were used to characterize these samples. The samples were tested with toluene methylation reaction. The modified sample composed of spherical particles with 3 μm crystal particles on the surface had a para-xylene selectivity of 95% and maintained 79% of the initial conversion after running the reaction for 50 h. 2Study on the thermal protection performance of superalloy honeycomb panels in high-speed thermal shock environments显示文摘The thermal protection performance of superalloy honeycomb structure in high-temperature environments are important for thermal protection design of high-speed aircrafts. By using a self-developed transient aerodynamic thermal simulation system, the thermal protection performance of superalloy honeycomb panel was tested in this paper at different transient heating rates ranging from5℃/s to 30℃/s, with the maximum instantaneous temperature reaching 950℃.Furthermore, the thermal protection performance of superalloy honeycomb structure under simulated thermal environments was computed for different high heating rates by using 3D finite element method, and a comparison between calculational and experimental results was carried out. 3Feature Selection Method Based on Class Discriminative Degree for Intelligent Medical Diagnosis显示文摘By using efficient and timely medical diagnostic decision making,clinicians can positively impact the quality and cost of medical care.However,the high similarity of clinical manifestations between diseases and the limitation of clinicians’knowledge both bring much difficulty to decision making in diagnosis.Therefore,building a decision support system that can assist medical staff in diagnosing and treating diseases has lately received growing attentions in the medical domain.In this paper,we employ a multi-label classification framework to classify the Chinese electronic medical records to establish corresponding relation between the medical records and disease categories,and compare this method with the traditional medical expert system to verify the performance.To select the best subset of patient features,we propose a feature selection method based on the composition and distribution of symptoms in electronic medical records and compare it with the traditional feature selection methods such as chi-square test.We evaluate the feature selection methods and diagnostic models from two aspects,false negative rate(FNR)and accuracy.Extensive experiments have conducted on a real-world Chinese electronic medical record database.The evaluation results demonstrate that our proposed feature selection method can improve the accuracy and reduce the FNR compare to the traditional feature selection methods,and the multi-label classification framework have better accuracy and lower FNR than the traditional expert system.Shengqun Fang Zhiping Cai Wencheng Sun Anfeng Liu Fang Liu Zhiyao Liang Guoyan Wang 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,6:5
4Using Imbalanced Triangle Synthetic Data for Machine Learning Anomaly Detection显示文摘The extreme imbalanced data problem is the core issue in anomaly detection.The amount of abnormal data is so small that we cannot get adequate information to analyze it.The mainstream methods focus on taking fully advantages of the normal data,of which the discrimination method is that the data not belonging to normal data distribution is the anomaly.From the view of data science,we concentrate on the abnormal data and generate artificial abnormal samples by machine learning method.In this kind of technologies,Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique and its improved algorithms are representative milestones,which generate synthetic examples randomly in selected line segments.In our work,we break the limitation of line segment and propose an Imbalanced Triangle Synthetic Data method.In theory,our method covers a wider range.In experiment with real world data,our method performs better than the SMOTE and its meliorations.Menghua Luo Ke Wang Zhiping Cai Anfeng Liu Yangyang Li Chak Fong Cheang 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,1:4

14Overexpression and characterization of a thermostable β-agarase producing neoagarotetraose from a marine isolate Microbulbifer sp.AG1显示文摘An agarase gene containing 1 302 bp was cloned from Microbulbifer sp. AG1. It encoded a mature protein of 413 amino acids plus a 20-residue signal peptide. The recombinant enzyme without the signal peptide was expressed and purified from Escherichia coli BL21(DE3). When agarose was used as a substrate, the optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme were 60℃ and 7.5, respectively. The recombinant agarase showed excellent thermostability with 67% and 19% of residual activities after incubation at 50℃ and 60℃ for 1 h, respectively.Except SDS, the recombinant agarase had a relatively good resistance against the detected inhibitors, detergents and urea denaturant. Thin layer chromatography analysis and enzyme assay using p-nitrophenyl-α/β-Dgalactopyranoside revealed that the recombinant agarase was a β-agarase that degraded agarose into neoagarotetraose as the main end product.
