| 1 | Epinephrine plus argon plasma or heater probe coagulation in ulcer bleeding显示文摘AIM:To compare the effectiveness of argon plasma coagulation (APC) and heater probe coagulation (HPC) in non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.METHODS:Eighty-five (18 female,67 male) patients admitted for acute gastrointestinal bleeding due to gastric or duodenal ulcer were included in the study.Upper endoscopy was performed and HPC or APC were chosen randomly to stop the bleeding.Initial hemostasis and rebleeding rates were primary and secondary end-points of the study.RESULTS:Initial hemostasis was achieved in 97.7% (42/43) and 81% (36/42) of the APC and HPC groups,respectively (P < 0.05).Rebleeding rates were 2.4% (1/42) and 8.3% (3/36) in the APC and HPC groups,respectively,at 4 wk (P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:APC is an effective hemostatic method in bleeding peptic ulcers.Larger multicenter trials are necessary to confirm these results. | Ahmet Karaman Mevlut Baskol Sebnem Gursoy Edip Torun Alper Yurci Banu Demet Ozel Kadri Guven Omer Ozbakir Mehmet Yucesoy | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,36: | 4 |
| 2 | 玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗对DME患者视力、黄斑中心厚度和眼血流的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗对伴有黄斑水肿的糖尿病患者眼血流参数的影响。方法:患者21例21眼,伴有弥漫性糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabeticmacular edema,DME),黄斑中心厚度(central macularthickness,CMT)>320μm,无缺血性黄斑水肿或其他血管性视网膜疾病。患者术前以及注射1.25mg/0.05mL贝伐单抗1d,4wk后接受三种眼科检查:视力(visual acuity,VA)检测、光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)测量CMT以及采用超声成像测量眼动脉(ophthalmicartery,OA)、视网膜中央动脉(central retinal artery,CRA)、鼻侧睫状后动脉(nasal posterior ciliary artery,NPCA)以及颞侧睫状后动脉(temporal posterior ciliary artery,TPCA)中的收缩期峰值血流速度(peak systolic velocities,PSV)和舒张末期血流速度(end-diastolic velocities,EDV)。阻力指数(resistive indices,RI)由软件自动计算,注射前与注射后1d的血流速度进行了比较。患者术前和注射后4wk的VA和CMT值进行了比较。结果:注射前平均最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)为0.88±0.21logMAR,注射后为0.54±0.19logMAR(P<0.01)。平均CMT由注射前440.57±54.58μm下降至250.33±31.12μm(-190.24±36.00μm)。PSV、EDV和RI的变化并不显著。结论:贝伐单抗注射后视力显着改善,CMT降低,而PSV、EDV和RI在OA、CRA、TPCA和NPCA中没有显著变化。玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗注射液能改善VA和CMT,但对于糖尿病患者的OA、CRA、TPCA和NPCA的血流速度没有影响。 | Mehmet Demir Alper Ozel Burcu Dirim Erhan Ozdal Efe Can | 2013 | 国际眼科杂志2013,13,3: | 2 |

| 5 | Effect of Irrigation System on Groundwater Resources in Harran Plain(Southeastern Turkey)显示文摘Irrigated agriculture is the largest consumer of groundwater resources.The interaction between agricultural irrigation and groundwater resources,both in quantity and quality,is often understood later than when the adverse effects starts.For more efficient and sustainable utilization of the limited water resources,improved understanding of how respond to irrigation is essential.The Southeastern Anatolia Project(Turkish:GAP)is a major and comprehensive initiative in Turkey.The GAP was a programme to develop water and land resources in the region and planned as a package that comprised 13 individual projects on irrigation and energy production on the Euphrates-Tigris basins.This project includes irrigation networks for an area of approximately 1.8 million hectares.One of the important project sites is Harran Plain having the biggest groundwater resources and the largest irrigation field in the GAP region.Harran Plain has 3,700 km^2 drainage area,1,500 km^2 plain area and 476,000 hectares of irrigation area.Before this project,the irrigations could potentially lead to about 2 m/year decline in groundwater table.After this project application,hydrodynamic system of groundwater has changed.The groundwater level has risen since 1995 in plain.In addition hydrodynamic system has been effected groundwater quality.Results show that a proper irrigation rotation system can implement an efficient water management over the irrigated areas and lead smaller groundwater change and its quality. | Nedret OZEL Saziye BOZDAG Alper BABA | 2019 | Journal of Food Science and Engineering2019,9,2: | 0 |
