| 2 | Neuroretinal dysfunction in patients affected by neurofibromatosis type 1显示文摘AIM:To examine neuroretinal function by using the multifocal electroretinography(mf ERG)test in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1)without optic pathway gliomas(OPGs).METHODS:This study was conducted on 35 patients(35 eyes)with NF1 and 30 healthy subjects(30 eyes)for the control group.Each subject underwent a complete ophthalmological examination including spectral domainoptical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)and mf ERG.The 1.5-Tesla magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan of the brain was performed in NF1 patients to assess the presence of OPGs.All participants were recruited having a best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of no less than 20/20 in each eye.The amplitude and implicit time of the P1 wave(first-order Kernel component)were evaluated on mf ERG.Data analysis was carried out in the two central degrees and in the four quadrants from two to 25 degrees of visual field.RESULTS:Statistically significant results were obtained for the P1 wave amplitudes in the 4 quadrants in NF1 patients compared to healthy controls,while the reduction was not significant in the 2 central degrees between the groups.A statistically significant difference was observed among the P1 wave amplitudes as recorded in the 4 quadrants within the NF1 group,with lower amplitudes detected in the nasal quadrants.No differences in the implicit times were recorded in the 2 central degrees and in the 4 quadrants as compared between NF1 patients and controls.CONCLUSION:Impaired neuroretinal function in NF1 patients is expressed in a decreased amplitude of the P1-wave between 2 and 25 central retinal degrees on mf ERG.Altered intracellular signal transduction due to abnormal neurofibromin-mediated cyclic adenosine monophosphate(c AMP)generation,can be involved.The possible use of mf ERG as subclinical retinal damage indicator has a potential utility in clinical practice for the follow-up of NF1 patients. | Antonietta Moramarco Luca Lucchino Fabiana Mallone Michela Marcelli Ludovico Alisi Vincenzo Roberti Sandra Giustini Alessandro Lambiase Marcella Nebbioso | 2022 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2022，15，5： | 0 |
| 3 | 意大利政府对残疾人的优惠政策及工法架构(英文)显示文摘The most important reference in Italian legislation concerning interventions in favour of people with disabilities came about with Law 104 from February 5th 1992 in which the most important rights for disabled people were established. This law led to a new vision,the person with disabilities is no longer seen only a subject needing help but as a person who has the right to live his life in the best possible way that his condition allows him to and thus,it is society's duty and that of the Government,to do everything possible to remove invalidating causes,to promote a disabled person's autonomy and to realise his best social integration possible. To implement what is foreseen by this law it was necessary to activate different important interventions,two of which are very significant:the realisation of Guidelines from the Ministry of Health on rehabilitation activities in which the aims are defined on how rehabilitation should be implemented and how it should be organised on a national level and at a community level. Law 68 from March 12th 1999 decreed the full rights of people with disability to be integrated into the workplace. | 4 | 意大利辅助用具免费供给残疾人体系(英文)显示文摘Aids are only one of the instruments with which the disabled person can often reach a good level of autonomy,he can improve his conditions of life and prevent the aggravating of his situation. Aids serve also to facilitate care on the part of the family. The rights confirmed by Law 104 can also be achieved through the use of aids. The Italian state has planned a system of care with regards to aids so that some of them can be purchased with different tax concessions but essential aids,those necessary for the reaching of autonomy goals and prevention defined by an individual rehabilitative project,are supplied free of charge.
