| 1 | Adenoid cystic carcinoma of breast: Recent advances显示文摘Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) of the breast is a rare special subtype of breast cancer characterized by the presence of a dual cell population of luminal and basaloid cells arranged in specific growth patterns. Most breast cancers with triple-negative, basal-like breast features(i.e., tumors that are devoid of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 expression, and express basal cell markers) are generally high-grade tumors with an aggressive clinical course. Conversely, while ACCs also display a triple-negative, basal-like phenotype, they are usually low-grade and exhibit an indolent clinical behavior. Many discoveries regarding the molecular and genetic features of the ACC, including a specific chromosomal translocation t(6;9) that results in a MYB-NFIB fusion gene, have been made in recent years. | 2 | Hepatic abscess induced by foreign body:Case report and literature review显示文摘Hepatic abscess due to perforation of the gastrointestinal tract caused by ingested foreign bodies is uncommon. Pre-operative diagnosis is difficult as patients are often unaware of the foreign body ingestion and symptoms and imagiology are usually non-specific. The authors report a case of 62-year-old woman who was admitted with fever and abdominal pain. Further investigation revealed hepatic abscess, without resolution despite antibiotic therapy. A liver abscess resulting from perforation and intra-hepatic migration of a bone coming from the pilorum was diagnosed by surgery. | 3 | High-resolution multimodal flexible coherent Raman endoscope显示文摘Coherent Raman scattering microscopy is a fast,label-free,and chemically specific imaging technique that shows high potential for future in vivo optical histology.However,the imaging depth in tissues is limited to the sub-millimeter range because of absorption and scattering.Realization of coherent Raman imaging using a fiber endoscope system is a crucial step towards imaging deep inside living tissues and providing information that is inaccessible with current microscopy tools.Until now,the development of coherent Raman endoscopy has been hampered by several issues,mainly related to the fiber delivery of the excitation pulses and signal collection.Here,we present a flexible,compact,coherent Raman,and multimodal nonlinear endoscope(4.2mm outer diameter,71mm rigid length)based on a resonantly scanned hollow-core Kagomé-lattice double-clad fiber.The fiber design enables distortion-less,background-free delivery of femtosecond excitation pulses and back-collection of nonlinear signals through the same fiber.Sub-micrometer spatial resolution over a large field of view is obtained by combination of a miniature objective lens with a silica microsphere lens inserted into the fiber core.We demonstrate high-resolution,high-contrast coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering,and second harmonic generation endoscopic imaging of biological tissues over a field of view of 320μm at a rate of 0.8 frames per second.These results pave the way for intraoperative label-free imaging applied to real-time histopathology diagnosis and surgery guidance. | Alberto Lombardini Vasyl Mytskaniuk Siddharth Sivankutty Esben Ravn Andresen Xueqin Chen Jérôme Wenger Marc Fabert Nicolas Joly Frédéric Louradour Alexandre Kudlinski Hervé Rigneault | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018，7，1： | 6 |
| 4 | Magnetic resonance imaging after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction:A practical guide显示文摘Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction is one of the most common orthopedic procedures performed worldwide. In this regard, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) represents a useful pre-operative tool to confirm a disruption of the ACL and to assess for potential associated injuries. However, MRI is also valuable postoperatively, as it is able to identify, in a non-invasive way, a number of aspects and situations that could suggest potential problems to clinicians. Graft signal and integrity, correct tunnel placement, tunnel widening, and problems with fixation devices or the donor site could all compromise the surgical outcomes and potentially predict the failure of the ACL reconstruction. Furthermore, several anatomical features of the knee could be associated to worst outcomes or higher risk of failure. | 5 | 有 CT 冠的 angiography 的匾成像: 匾类型分类上的 intra 脉管的变细的效果显示文摘 AIM:To assess the attenuation of non-calcified atherosclerotic coronary artery plaques with computed tomography coronary angiography(CTCA).METHODS:Four hundred consecutive patients underwent CTCA(Group 1:200 patients,Sensation 64 Cardiac,Siemens;Group 2:200 patients,VCT GE Healthcare,with either Iomeprol 400 or Iodixanol 320,respectively) for suspected coronary artery disease(CAD).CTCA was performed using standard protocols.Image quality(score 0-3),plaque(within the accessible non-calcified component of each non-calcified/mixed plaque) and coronary lumen attenuation were measured.Data were compared on a per-segment/perplaque basis.Plaques were classified as fibrous vs lipid rich based on different attenuation thresholds.A P < 0.05 was considered significant.RESULTS:In 468 atherosclerotic plaques in Group 1 and 644 in Group 2,average image quality was 2.96 ± 0.19 in Group 1 and 2.93 ± 0.25 in Group 2(P ≥ 0.05).Coronary lumen attenuation was 367 ± 85 Hounsfield units(HU) in Group 1 and 327 ± 73 HU in Group 2(P < 0.05);non-calcified plaque attenuation was 48 ± 23 HU in Group 1 and 39 ± 21 HU in Group 2(P < 0.05).Overall signal to noise ratio was 15.6 ± 4.7 in Group 1 and 21.2 ± 7.7 in Group 2(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:Higher intra-vascular attenuation modifies significantly the attenuation of non-calcified coronary plaques.This results in a more difficult characterization between lipid rich vs fibrous type. | Erica Maffei Chiara Martini Teresa Arcadi Alberto Clemente Sara Seitun Alessandra Zuccarelli Tito Torri Nico R Mollet Alexia Rossi Onofrio Catalano Giancarlo Messalli Filippo Cademartiri | 2012 | World Journal of Radiology2012，4，6： | 3 |
