| 1 | Friction of Alloys at High Temperature显示文摘A brief review is given about the friction and wear properties of high temperature alloys. Above a critical temperature, if the oxide becomes ductile, it will flow over the surface and prevent metal-to-metat contact. In order to study the tribology of oxide lubrication. a series of tests were carried out using Cu(ReO4)2 as a lubricant. The effects of time. Surface finish. substrates. load and temperature were investigated. | 2 | Human μ-opioid receptor overexpressed in Sf9 insect cells functionally coupled to endogenous G_(i/o) proteins显示文摘Human μ-opioid receptor (HμOR) with a tag of six consecutive histidines at its carboxyl terminus had been expressed in recombinant baculovirus infected Sf9 insect cells.The maximal binding capacity for the [3H] diprenorphine and [3H]ohmefentanyl (Ohm) were 9.1± 0.7 and 6.52±0.23 nmol/g protein, respectively. The [3H] diprenorphine or [3H] Ohm binding to the receptor expressed in Sf9 cells was strongly inhibited by μ-selective agonists [D-Ala2], N-methylPhe4, glyol5]enkephalin (DAGO), Ohm, and morphine, but neither by δ nor by K selective agonist. Na+ (100 mM) and GTP (50 μM) could reduce HμOR agonists etorphine and Ohm affinity binding to the overexpressed HμOR. μ-selective agonists DAGO and Ohm effectively stimulated [35S]GTPγS binding (EC50 = 2.7nM and 6.9 nM) and inhibited forskolin- stimulated cAMP accumulation (IC50 = 0.9 nM and 0.3 nM). The agonist-dependent effects could be blocked by opioid antagonist naloxone or by pretreatment of cells with pertussis toxin (PTX). | 4 | The Blocking Effect of Phenolic Acid on N-Nitrosomorpholine Formation in vitro显示文摘Phenolic acids (PAs) are widely found in many daily consumed vegetables and fruits.The inhibitory effects of PAs on Nnitrosomorpholine (NMOR) formation in vitro undersimulated gastric juice condition were studied. The results showed that the inhibjtoryIX)tency of thirteen varieties of PAs differed greatly, which may be related to theirchemical structures; the blocking rate (BR) of different killds of PAs were as follows:caf feic acid, 92.5%; tannic acid, 90.0%; gallic acid, 86.8%; sinaPinic acid, 86.2%; ferulicacid, 8l.l%; chlorogenic acid, 69.4%; gentisic acid, 69.2%; syringic acid, 62.1%; protocatechuic acid, 56.0%; p-coumaric acid, 52.5%; vannilic acid, 35.4%; moreover,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and m-coumaric acid had the least blocking effect or even slightcatalyzing effect. | 9 | Relationship of egg parasitoids of rice planthoppers between rice and non-rice habitats显示文摘Egg parasitoids, Anagrus spp. and Oligositaspp. have been found to be important biological agents in suppressing rice planthoppers in Asian countries. However, most of these studies have been confined to conditions within rice fields. In this study, field surveys were made to study the floral and faunal diversity in various habitats surrounding rice fields. The rice and grass (Echinochloa spp.) plants were infested with 2 gravid females of brown planthopper Toya spp. or T. pusanus per tiller respectively for two days. The oviposited plants were:1) Rice plants bearing BPH eggs, 2) grass plants bearing BPH eggs, 3) grass plants bearing Toya spp eggs, and 4) grass plants bearing T. pusanus eggs. | 13 | Construction of Oryza sativa genome contigs by fingerprint strategy显示文摘We described the construction of BAC contigs of the genome of a indica variety of Oryza sativa, Guang Lu Ai 4.An entire representative (sixfold coverage of rice chromosomes) and genetically stable BAC library of rice genome constructed in this lab has been systematically analysed by restriction enzyme fragmentation and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. And all the images thus obtained were subject to image-processing, which consisted of preliminary location of bands, cooperative tracking of lanesby correlation of adjacent bands, a precise densitometric pass, alignment at the marker bands with the standard,optional interactive editing, and normalization of the accepted bands. The contigs were generated based on the Computer Software specially designed for genome map ping. The number of contigs with 600 kb in length on average was 464; of contigs with 1000 kb in length on average was 107; of contigs with 1500 kb in length on average was 23. Therefore, all the contigs we have obtained amounted up to 420 megabases in length. Considering the size of rice genome (430 megabased), the contigs generated in this lab have covered nearly 98% of the rice genome.
