| 1 | 2002年北京市脊髓损伤发病率调查显示文摘目的调查北京脊髓损伤的发病情况。方法中国康复研究中心和北京卫生信息中心对 2 0 0 2年收治脊髓损伤患者的86家北京地区医院进行调查。调查人员由受过培训的专业人员组成。 2 0 0 2年共收治 10 77例脊髓损伤患者 ,按分层抽样的方法抽取 2 64名患者参加调查。结果脊髓损伤年发病率为 60 /10 6。男女比率为 3∶1。颈段损伤为 4 9% ;胸段损伤为 2 8% ;腰段损伤为66 7% ;其他损伤为 0 4%。平均受伤年龄为 41岁。常见致伤原因为高处坠落和交通事故。平均住院时间为 18 9天 ,平均住院费用为 2 7819 3元。 4名患者出院后转至康复中心 ,其余患者直接回家。结论北京脊髓损伤年发病率高有许多原因 ,第一致伤原因为高处坠落 ,建议有关部门应加强安全防护教育 ,采取有效的防护措施。脊髓损伤患者中得到系统康复治疗的比率很低。 | 李建军 周红俊 洪毅 季京平 刘根林 粟绍强 赵超男 董云英 方玉美 谭鹏 周天健 张爱民 郑樱 北京市2002年脊髓损伤流行病学调查小组 | 2004 | 中国康复理论与实践2004，10，7： | 137 |
| 2 | CATHODIC PROCESS AND WEAR RESISTANCE OF ELECTRO-DEPOSITED RE-Ni-W-P-SiC COMPOSITE COATING显示文摘Cathodic deposition current density of the composite coatings increases when SiC par-ticles and rare earth (RE) were added in the bath, which is profitable for Ni- W-P alloyto deposit in the cathod, forming Ni-W-P-SiC and RE-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coat-ings. On the contrary, the addition of PTFE in the bath decreases cathodic depositioncurrent density of the coatings. The current density increases a little when the amountof RE is 7-9g/l; however, the current density increases greatly when the amount ofRE is increased to 11-13g/l. But if the amount of RE is raised further, the currentdensity decreases. | 3 | ANALYSIS ON THE BEHAVIOR OF PRECIPITATES IN ULTRA-THIN HOT STRIP OF PLAIN LOW CARBON STEEL PRODUCED BY COMPACT STRIP PRODUCTION显示文摘This paper investigated the mechanism of precipitation and its influence upon prop-erties of ultra-thin hot strips of low carbon steel produced by CSP techniques usingexperiment and thermodynamics theory. The experimental results show that thereare lots of fine and dispersive precipitates in microstructures. By analysis, most ofaluminum nitrides are in grains, while coexisted precipitates of MnS are along grainboundaries. Coexisted precipitates compose cation-vacancy type oxides such as Al2O3in the core, while MnS is at the fringe of surface. The precipitation behavior of AlNand MnS in the hot strip is studied by thermodynamic calculation. | 4 | Dynamic behavior of gas bubble in single bubble sonoluminescence—vibrator model显示文摘Single bubble sonoluminescence is a process of energy transformation from sound to light. Therefore the motion equations of near spherical vibration of a gas bubble in an incompressible and viscous liquid can be deduced by Lagrangian Equation with dissipation function when the bubble is considered as a vibrator surrounded by liquid. The analytical solutions in the bubble expanding, collapsing and rebounding stages can be obtained by solving these motion equations when some approximations are adopted. | 5 | MODELING OF FERRITE GRAIN GROWTH OF LOW CARBON STEELS DURING HOT ROLLING显示文摘For most commercial steels the prediction of the final properties depends on accurately calculating the room temperature ferrite grain size. A grain growth model is proposed for low carbon steels Q235B during hot rolling. By using this model, the initial ferrite grain size after continuous cooling and ferrite grain growing in coiling procedure can be predicted. Finally, in-plant trials were performed in the hot strip mill of Ansteel. The calculated final ferrite grain sizes are in good agreement with the experimental ones. | 7 | A Comparative Study of Genetic Variation between Chinese Mitten Crab Eriocheir Sinensis and Hepu Mitten Crab E.Hepuensis显示文摘Horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the biochemical genetic structure of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis and Hepu mitten crab E.hepuensis. Sixteen putative enzyme-coding loci were examined for forty-nine Chinese mitten crabs and thirty-eight Hepu mitten crabs. Nine loci, AAT-1 *, AAT-2 *, G3PDH *, GPI *, IDHP-1 *, IDHP-2 *, MDH-1 *, MDH-2 * and PGM *, are polymorphic in Chinese mitten crab, and seven, AAT-1 *, AAT-2 *, GPI *, IDHP-1 *, MDH-1 *, MDH-2 * and PGM *, are polymorphic in Hepu mitten crab. The proportion of polymorphic loci and the expected heterozygosity are 0.562 5 and 0.080 3 for Chinese mitten crab, and 0.437 5 and 0.075 4 for Hepu mitten crab. | 10 | 精神病人限定刑事责任能力评定量表信效度多中心研究显示文摘目的对自行研制的《精神病人限定刑事责任能力评定量表》的信效度进行多中心研究。方法:在国内四地七家精神疾病司法鉴定机构取样,对被评定为限定责任能力的案例按量表手册进行评分,并与各中心鉴定专家按辨认能力和控制能力受损大小将限定刑事责任能力所作的三级划分进行比较。结果共纳入702例案例,根据专家意见限定责任能力分为三级:小部分责任能力组、部分责任能力组和大部分责任能力组。小部分、部分和大部分组量表均分分别为21.32±3.85、25.91±5.69和29.54±5.19,差异具有统计学意义;量表各条目与总分相关系数在0.27~0.61之间,再测信度为0.85,评分者一致性kappa在0.5~0.91之间;主成分分析提取六个因子,累积贡献率为67.26%,主要反映被鉴定人的作案预谋、作案动机、作案后的行为表现、反映精神疾病对被鉴定人自我状态和社会功能的影响、案发前被鉴定人面临的环境及其反应程度;判别分析显示,作案动机、对作案时间的选择性、作案后逃避责任、检验或审讯时伪装、对作案行为的罪错性认识、自知力损害和自控能力损害纳入判别式,回代正确率为62.3%。结论《精神病人刑事限定责任能力评定量表》构建合理,有较好的信效度。 | 科技部2002年度科技基础性工作专项资金课题组 | 2010 | 中国司法鉴定2010，，5： | 2 |
