| 1 | 经食管三维超声心动图引导经皮二尖瓣植入术和主动脉瓣Valve-in-Valve植入术1例显示文摘患者女,80岁,因反复胸闷由外院转入Germany Heart Center Munchen。体格检查:慢性病容,半卧位呼吸,颈静脉轻度怒张,双肺少量湿罗音,心房颤动,主动脉瓣听诊区可闻及3/6级收缩期杂音及轻度舒张期杂音,二尖瓣听诊区可闻及重度舒张期隆隆样杂音。肝肿大,剑突下5 cm,肋下3 cm,双下肢轻度凹陷性水肿。既往史:右侧乳腺癌术后多年,2008年于外院行冠状动脉搭桥术,2013年于外院行经心尖主动脉瓣植入术。心电图提示:慢室率心房颤动;胸部X线检查提示全心扩大,心脏瓣膜钙化严重。门诊以'多瓣膜病变、心功能不全'收入院。入院后实验室检查提示脑利钠肽(BNP)10800 ng/L,肾小球滤过率14 ml/min,促甲状腺素2.8 MU/L,血红蛋白98 g/L。经胸超声心动图提示冠状动脉搭桥术后、主动脉瓣植入术后:主动脉瓣生物瓣损毁,主动脉瓣重度狭窄伴轻度关闭不全,二尖瓣瓣环重度钙化,二尖瓣重度狭窄伴轻度关闭不全,三尖瓣轻度关闭不全,左心室收缩功能正常。多普勒测值提示主动脉瓣有效瓣口面积0.5 cm^2,跨瓣峰值压差56 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),跨瓣平均压差32 mmHg;二尖瓣瓣口面积0.8 cm^2,跨瓣峰值压差28 mmHg;肺动脉压60 mmHg,左室射血分数63%。全动脉CT造影提示全动脉钙化,二尖瓣瓣环钙化,左、右股动脉硬化、迂曲,内径约9 mm。冠状动脉造影提示血管桥通畅。患者在入院第2 d在杂交手术室内行'经皮二尖瓣植入术并Valve-in-valve主动脉瓣植入术'。 | 朱鹏 Magdalena Erlebach Johannes Amadeus Ziegelmueller 胡世军 Rudiger Lange Hendrik Ruge | 2020 | 中华超声影像学杂志2020，29，2： | 4 |
| 2 | Slow light bimodal interferometry in onedimensional photonic crystal waveguides显示文摘Strongly influenced by the advances in the semiconductor industry,the miniaturization and integration of optical circuits into smaller devices has stimulated considerable research efforts in recent decades.Among other structures,integrated interferometers play a prominent role in the development of photonic devices for on-chip applications ranging from optical communication networks to point-of-care analysis instruments.However,it has been a longstanding challenge to design extremely short interferometer schemes,as long interaction lengths are typically required for a complete modulation transition.Several approaches,including novel materials or sophisticated configurations,have been proposed to overcome some of these size limitations but at the expense of increasing fabrication complexity and cost.Here,we demonstrate for the first time slow light bimodal interferometric behaviour in an integrated single-channel one-dimensional photonic crystal.The proposed structure supports two electromagnetic modes of the same polarization that exhibit a large group velocity difference.Specifically,an over 20-fold reduction in the higher-order-mode group velocity is experimentally shown on a straightforward all-dielectric bimodal structure,leading to a remarkable optical path reduction compared to other conventional interferometers.Moreover,we experimentally demonstrate the significant performance improvement provided by the proposed bimodal photonic crystal interferometer in the creation of an ultra-compact optical modulator and a highly sensitive photonic sensor. | Luis Torrijos-Morán Amadeu Griol Jaime García-Rupérez | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021，10，2： | 3 |

| 4 | On-chip wireless silicon photonics: from reconfigurable interconnects to lab-on-chip devices显示文摘Photonic integrated circuits are developing as key enabling components for high-performance computing and advanced networkon-chip,as well as other emerging technologies such as lab-on-chip sensors,with relevant applications in areas from medicine and biotechnology to aerospace.These demanding applications will require novel features,such as dynamically reconfigurable light pathways,obtained by properly harnessing on-chip optical radiation.In this paper,we introduce a broadband,high directivity(4150),low loss and reconfigurable silicon photonics nanoantenna that fully enables on-chip radiation control.We propose the use of these nanoantennas as versatile building blocks to develop wireless(unguided)silicon photonic devices,which considerably enhance the range of achievable integrated photonic functionalities.As examples of applications,we demonstrate 160 Gbit s−1 data transmission over mm-scale wireless interconnects,a compact low-crosstalk 12-port crossing and electrically reconfigurable pathways via optical beam steering.Moreover,the realization of a flow micro-cytometer for particle characterization demonstrates the smart system integration potential of our approach as lab-on-chip devices. | Carlos García-Meca Sergio Lechago Antoine Brimont Amadeu Griol Sara Mas Luis Sánchez Laurent Bellieres Nuria S Losilla Javier Martí | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017，6，1： | 3 |
| 5 | 气主导盲管内水合物沉积特性实验研究显示文摘目的为了研究气主导盲管内水合物的沉积特性,使用专门设计的气主导盲管实验装置开展了一系列水合物管壁沉积实验。方法实验中,竖直管内的气体在密度差的作用下产生自然对流,进而携带高温水蒸气在竖直管内运移并不断在低温的竖直管壁上冷凝,冷凝水最终与气体反应形成管壁水合物沉积层。结果实验中竖直管内存在水合物沉积层生长最快、厚度最大且最容易形成堵塞的危险位置,管壁水合物沉积层存在厚度和表观体积减小的现象。根据水合物在形成过程中传质和传热条件的不同,竖直管内管壁水合物沉积层从上到下存在6种不同形态。结论实验过程中,管壁水合物沉积层的生长速率会逐渐降低,这主要是由管壁水合物沉积层具有的“隔热”作用导致的。该研究结果可为深水流动安全保障盲管水合物防治技术的发展提供理论支撑。 | 郭朋皞 宋光春 李玉星 王武昌 胡皓晨 Amadeu K.Sum | 2022 | 石油与天然气化工2022，51，2： | 3 |
