| 1 | 正念冥想对血液透析患者感知压力和生活质量的影响显示文摘目的本研究旨在探讨正念冥想对接受血液透析的终末期肾病患者特质正念、感知压力、情绪调节和生活质量的影响。方法2021年1—5月,在科威特亚赫拉医院透析中心共纳入74例终末期肾病患者,随机分为试验组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。实验组在血液透析期间进行正念冥想,每次30 min,每周3次,持续5周;对照组进行闭目放松练习,时间与频次与试验组相同。使用正念觉知量表(Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,MAAS)、感知压力量表(Perceived Stress Scale,PSS)、情绪调节问卷(Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,ERQ)和肾病生活质量问卷(Kidney Disease Quality of Life,KDQOL-36),在基线(T0)、干预中期(T1)和干预结束时(T2)对两组进行测量。该研究已在临床试验中心注册(NCT05176730)。结果重复测量的方差分析结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组感知压力降低,特质正念、情绪调节和与肾疾病相关生活质量得到改善,且随着时间的推移,试验组感知压力更低,特质正念、情绪调节及生活质量改善更明显。结论本研究结果为卫生政策制定者和医院管理者提供了一个可能的工具,有望作为一种缓解压力和提高生活质量的方法应用于血液透析患者。此研究还需在多种环境中重复验证并进行后续评估。 | Hossam Alhawatmeh Sami Alshammari Jehad A.Rababah | 2022 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2022，9，2： | 3 |
| 2 | Antibacterial Ti-Mn-Cu alloys for biomedical applications显示文摘Titanium alloys are common biomedical materials due to their biocompatibility and mechanical performance.However,titanium alloys are expensive and,unless surface treated,generally cannot prevent surgical infections related to bacteria which can damage the integrity of the implant.In this study,new titanium alloys were developed via powder metallurgy and the addition of manganese and copper,respectively,aiming to limit the manufacturing costs and induce new functionality on the materials including antibacterial response.The addition of manganese and copper to titanium significantly changes the behaviour of the Ti-Mn-Cu alloys leading to the successful stabilization of the beta titanium phase,great refinement of the typical lamellar structure,and achievement of materials with low level of porosity.Consequently,it is found that the mechanical performance and the antibacterial efficacy are enhanced by the addition of a higher amount of alloying elements.The manufactured Ti-Mn-Cu alloys fulfil the requirements for structural biomedical implants and have antibacterial response making them potential candidates for permanent medical implants. | Mohammad Alqattan Linda Peters Yousef Alshammari Fei Yang Leandro Bolzoni | 2021 | Regenerative Biomaterials2021，8，1： | 2 |
