| 1 | 复杂抽样Poisson回归分析方法及应用显示文摘目的本文通过检验45岁及以上的人群体重指数(BMI)与跌倒性伤害发生的联系,详尽地阐述了复杂抽样Poisson回归分析方法及应用的必要性。方法本报告应用2010年美国德克萨斯州BRFSS数据,分析了跌倒性伤害与体重指数的联系强度。结果普通Poisson回归分析高估了肥胖、患有心血管疾病、小于25000美元的年收入与跌倒性伤害的联系;低估了中等和差的健康状况、未被雇用、未婚和受教育程度低与跌倒性伤害的联系,但假设检验结果没有变;与复杂抽样负二项回归(NB)分析结果相比,年龄与跌倒性伤害的联系强度没有改变,其统计学检验也保持未变。数据拟合复杂抽样NB回归,离散参数α=8.15,标准误1.68,α的95%CI=5.44-12.22,表明跌倒性伤害数据的方差是其均数的8.15倍,因此复杂抽样NB回归模型更适合BRFSS数据。结论普通Poisson回归分析低估了参数估计的方差和标准误,造成了肥胖、患有心血管疾病、小于25000美元的年收入与跌倒性伤害的假关联关系;复杂抽样NB回归调整了模型的参数估计,适合多阶段抽样设计的数据分析。 | 胡跃华 匡翔宇 金承刚 Hasanat Alamgir 马林茂 冯国双 于石成 | 2012 | 中国卫生统计2012，29，5： | 8 |
| 2 | 异速模型评估森林植被生物量有机碳储量(英文)显示文摘在孟加拉的吉大港南部森林地区,利用异速模型评估森林植被的有机碳的储量。异速模型被分别应用测试树木(被划分两个胸高直径级)、灌木和草本植物。采用基部面积估算胸高直径级为从>5cm到≤15cm和>15cm树木的生物量有机碳储量模型最好,分别有很高的决定系数(胸高直径级>5cm到≤15cm的r2为0.73697,胸高直径级>15cm的r2为0.87703),且回归系数(P=0.000)显著。其它模型(包括采用树高,胸高直径,树高和胸高直径,以及综合树高、胸高直径和木材密度)的线性和对数关系都表现出很低的决定系数。分别建立了20种优势树种的异速模型,采用树木基部面积的模型都得到很高的决定系数值。单独采用灌木和草本植物总生物量的异速模型有较高的决定系数(灌木的r2为0.87948,草本植物的r2为0.87325),且回归(系数)性显著(P=0.000)。生物量有机碳的评估是复杂的和耗时的研究,本研究所建立的异速模型可以应用于孟加拉和其它热带(地区)国家的森林植被的有机碳储量的测算。 | Mohammed Alamgir M.Al-Amin | 2008 | Journal of Forestry Research2008，19，2： | 6 |
