1手术范围对膝关节术后纤维化形成的影响显示文摘膝关节纤维化是术后常见的并发症,为影响手术疗效的关键因素之一,常引起关节活动度降低、慢性关节痛、软骨损伤以及关节废用性病变,严重降低了患者的生活质量。因此,如何降低术后膝关节纤维化的发生是提高手术预期疗效的关键,也是临床医学上需要亟待解决的重要问题。笔者团队结合自身前期及最新的研究发现,膝关节纤维化的程度与手术范围大小有重要的关联,利用微创和关节镜方法治疗膝关节三室内的疾病可有效减少滑膜、软骨和脂肪垫组织的损伤,同时结合术后早期康复训练是未来预防术后膝关节纤维化的有效手段。吴海啸 Karen A.Egiazaryan Andrei Р.Ratyev Guram D.Lazishvili Ximena A.Sanchez Sanchez 张超 2018中国骨伤2018,31,6:4
2在结核病高疫情监狱进行入监筛查结核病?里约热内卢监狱的案例显示文摘地点:结核病高疫情的3所里约热内卢州监狱目的:调查里约热内卢州监狱的患病率,确定危险因素,并探寻在这些州监狱的囚犯中筛查结核病的最适当的方法。方法:里约热内卢的3所监狱里的1696名男性囚犯都进行了系统的胸部X线检查。如果囚犯的X线结果显示肺部、胸膜或纵隔有异常,这些犯人就必须接受痰涂片和痰培养检查。医生将根据细菌学结果做出诊断。如果细菌学结果是阴性,将根据实验性治疗的结果得出诊断结果。结果:结核病患病率为2.7%(46/1696)。32/46(69%)的患者有细菌学证据,其中包括19例涂片阳性的患者。接受检查的囚犯中43%的人胸部X线结果有异常。在logistic回归模型中,结核病的相关因素包括文盲(调整OR 2.10,95%CI 1.02-4.34),咳嗽超过3周(调整OR 2.85,95%CI 1.54-5.27),结核病治疗史(调整OR3.61,95%CI 1.76-7.39),生活在里约热内卢郊区(调整OR 4.54,95%CI 1.02-20.07)和生活在里约热内卢城区(调整OR 5.48,95%CI 1.29-23.33)。在对咳嗽超过3周的囚犯直接进行痰涂片检查,仅发现了46例患者中的9例。结论:结果显示在有条件的情况下应在监狱对入监囚犯进行胸部X线筛查。同时,结果证明了在拘所急需改善环境和医疗条件。A.Sanchez B. 4Emissions from the combustion of eucalypt and pine chips in a fluidized bed reactor显示文摘Interest in renewable energy sources has increased in recent years due to environmental concerns about global warming and air pollution,reduced costs and improved efficiency of technologies.Under the European Union(EU)energy directive,biomass is a suitable renewable source.The aim of this study was to experimentally quantify and characterize the emission of particulate matter(PM_(2.5))resulting from the combustion of two biomass fuels(chipped residual biomass from pine and eucalypt),in a pilot-scale bubbling fluidized bed(BFB)combustor under distinct operating conditions.The variables evaluated were the stoichiometry and,in the case of eucalypt,the leaching of the fuel.The CO and PM_(2.5)emission factors were lower when the stoichiometry used in the experiments was higher(0.33±0.1 g CO/kg and 16.8±1.0 mg PM_(2.5)/kg,dry gases).The treatment of the fuel by leaching before its combustion has shown to promote higher PM_(2.5)emissions(55.2±2.5 mg/kg,as burned).Organic and elemental carbon represented 3.1 to 30 wt.% of the particle mass,while carbonate(CO_3^(2-))accounted for between 2.3 and 8.5 wt.%.The particulate mass was mainly composed of inorganic matter(71% to 86% of the PM_(2.5)mass).Compared to residential stoves,BFB combustion generated very high mass fractions of inorganic elements.Chloride was the water soluble ion in higher concentration in the PM_(2.5)emitted by the combustion of eucalypt,while calcium was the dominant water soluble ion in the case of pine.E.D.Vicente L.A.C.Tarelho E.R.Teixeira M.Duarte T.Nunes C.Colombi V.Gianelle G.O.da Rocha A.Sanchez de la Campa C.A.Alves 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,4:1

12Black holes in asymptotic safety with higher derivatives:accretion and stability analysis显示文摘We review steady spherically symmetric accretion onto a renormalization group improved Schwarzschild space-time,which is a solution to an asymptotically safe theory(AS)containing high-derivative terms.We use a Hamiltonian dynamical system approach for the analysis of the accretion of four types of isothermal test fluids:ultra-stiff fluid,ultra-relativistic fluid,radiation fluid,and sub-relativistic fluid.An important outcome of our study is that,contrary to the claim in a recent work,there are physical solutions for the accretion of an ultra-relativistic fluid in AS,which include subsonic,supersonic,and transonic regimes.Furthermore,we study quantum corrections to the known stability of the accretion in general relativity(GR).To this end,we use a perturbative procedure based on the continuity equation with the mass accretion rate being the perturbed quantity.Two classes of perturbations are studied:standing and traveling waves.We find that quantum gravity effects either enhance or diminish the stability of the accretion depending on the type of test fluid and the radial distance to the central object.Fabian H.Zuluaga Luis A.Sanchez 2021Chinese Physics C2021,45,7:0
13Pseudostress-BasedMixed Finite Element Methods for the Stokes Problem in Rn with Dirichlet Boundary Conditions.I:A Priori Error Analysis显示文摘We consider a non-standard mixed method for the Stokes problem in Rn,n∈{2,3},with Dirichlet boundary conditions,in which,after using the incompressibility condition to eliminate the pressure,the pseudostress tensor s and the velocity vector u become the only unknowns.Then,we apply the Babuˇska-Brezzi theory to prove the well-posedness of the corresponding continuous and discrete formulations.In particular,we show that Raviart-Thomas elements of order k≥0 for s and piecewise polynomials of degree k for u ensure unique solvability and stability of the associated Galerkin scheme.In addition,we introduce and analyze an augmented approach for our pseudostress-velocity formulation.The methodology employed is based on the introduction of the Galerkin least-squares type terms arising from the constitutive and equilibrium equations,and the Dirichlet boundary condition for the velocity,all of them multiplied by suitable stabilization parameters.We show that these parameters can be chosen so that the resulting augmented variational formulation is defined by a strongly coercive bilinear form,whence the associated Galerkin scheme becomes well posed for any choice of finite element subspaces.For instance,Raviart-Thomas elements of order k≥0 for s and continuous piecewise polynomials of degree k+1 for u become a feasible choice in this case.Finally,extensive numerical experiments illustrating the good performance of the methods and comparing them with other procedures available in the literature,are provided.Gabriel N.Gatica Antonio Marquez Manuel A.Sanchez 2012Communications in Computational Physics2012,12,6:0
14A field guide for aging passerine nestlings using growth data and predictive modeling显示文摘Background:Accurate nestling age is valuable for studies on nesting strategies,productivity,and impacts on repro-ductive success.Most aging guides consist of descriptions and photographs that are time consuming to read and subjective to interpret.The Western Bluebird(Sialia mexicana)is a secondary cavity-nesting passerine that nests in coniferous and open deciduous forests.Nest box programs for cavity-nesting species have provided suitable nesting locations and opportunities for data collection on nestling growth and development.Methods:We developed models for predicting the age of Western Bluebird nestlings from morphometric meas-urements using model training and validation.These were developed for mass,tarsus,and two different culmen measurements.Results:Our models were accurate to within less than a day,and each model worked best for a specific age range.The mass and tarsus models can be used to estimate the ages of Western Bluebird nestlings 0-10 days old and were accurate to within 0.5 days for mass and 0.7 days for tarsus.The culmen models can be used to estimate ages of nest-lings 0-15 days old and were also accurate to within less than a day.The daily mean,minimum,and maximum values of each morphometric measurement are provided and can be used in the field for accurate nestling age estimations in real time.Conclusions:The model training and validation procedures used here demonstrate that this method can create aging models that are highly accurate.The methods can be applied to any passerine species provided sufficient nest-ling morphometric data are available.Audrey A.Sanchez Andrew W.Bartlow Allison M.Chan Jeanne M.Fair Aaron A.Skinner Kelly Hutchins Maria A.Musgrave Emily M.Phillips Brent E.Thompson Charles D.Hathcock 2021Avian Research2021,12,2:0
