| 6 | High performance flexible metal oxide/silver nanowire based transparent conductive films by a scalable lamination-assisted solution method显示文摘Flexible MoO_(3)/silver nanowire(AgNW)/MoO_(3)/TiO_(2)/Epoxy electrodes with comparable performance to ITO were fabricated by a scalable solution-processed method with lamination assistance for transparent and conductive applications.Silver nanoparticle-based electrodes were also prepared for comparison.Using a simple spin-coating and lamination-assisted planarization method,a full solution-based approach allows preparation of AgNW-based composite electrodes at temperatures as low as 140℃.The resulting flexible AgNW-based electrodes exhibit higher transmittance of 82%at 550 nm and lower sheet resistance about 12-15Ωsq^(-1),in comparison with the values of 68%and 22-25Ωsq^(-1) separately for AgNP based electrodes.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Atomic force microscopy(AFM)reveals that the multi-stacked metal-oxide layers embedded with the AgNWs possess lower surface roughness(<15 nm).The AgNW/MoO_(3) composite network could enhance the charge transport and collection efficiency by broadening the lateral conduction range due to the built of an efficient charge transport network with long-sized nanowire.In consideration of the manufacturing cost,the laminationassisted solution-processed method is cost-effective and scalable,which is desire for large-area fabrication.While in view of the materials cost and comparable performance,this AgNW-based transparent and conductive electrodes is potential as an alternative to ITO for various optoelectronic applications. | Hua Yu Andrew J.Stapleton David A.Lewis Lianzhou Wang | 2017 | Journal of Materiomics2017，3，1： | 1 |

| 10 | When It Strikes,Are We Ready?Lessons Identified at the 7th Planetary Defense Conference in Preparing for a Near-Earth Object Impact Scenario显示文摘Near-Earth object(NEO)impact is one of the examples of high impact and low probability(HILP)event,same as the Covid-19 pandemic the world faces since the beginning of 2020.The 7 th Planetary Defense Conference held by the International Academy of Astronautics(IAA)in April 2021 included an exercise on a hypothetical NEO impact event,allowing the planetary defense community to discuss potential responses.Over the span of the 4-day conference this exercise connected disaster response and management professionals to participate in a series of panels,providing feedback and perspective on the unfolding crisis scenario.The hypothetical but realistic asteroid threat scenario illustrated how such a short-warning threat might evolve.The scenario utilized during the conference indicates a need to prepare now for what might come in the future,because even with advance notice,preparation time might be minimal.This scenario chose Europe for the impact,which may likely cope with such a disaster,through the Union Civil Protection Mechanism(UCPM)and other solidarity and support mechanisms within the European Union(EU),as well as with potential support from international partners.This short article raises concern about other areas in the world on how they may access NEO impact information and cope with such disasters.It also provides an idea on vast scale of such disaster vis-a-vis the current capacity of response systems to cope with a larger event in Europe or elsewhere.This scenario showed that planetary defense is a global endeavor.Constant engagement of the planetary defense and disaster response communities is essential in order to keep the world safe from potential disasters caused by NEO impacts. | Shirish Ravan Tom De Groeve Lara Mani Einar Bjorgo Richard Moissl Jose Miguel Roncero Katherine Rowan David Schuld Leviticus A.Lewis Romana Kofler | 2022 | International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2022，13，1： | 0 |
