| 1 | Fabrication of Bi_2O_3/TiO_2nanocomposites and their applications to the degradation of pollutants in air and water under visible-light显示文摘A nanoheterojunction composite photocatalyst Bi2O3/TiO2working under visible-light(λ 420 nm) was prepared by combining two semiconductors Bi2O3 and TiO2 varying the Bi2O3/TiO2molar ratio. Maleic acid was employed as an organic binder to unite Bi2O3 and TiO2 nanoparticles. The SEM, TEM, XRD and diffuse reflectance spectra were utilized to characterize the prepared Bi2O3/TiO2nanoheterojunction. The nanocomposite exhibited unusual high photocatalytic activity in decomposing 2-propanol in gas phase and phenol in aqueous phase and, evolution of CO2 under visible light irradiation while the end members exhibited low photocatalytic activity. The composite was optimized to 5 mol% Bi2O3/TiO2. | 2 | 高粱A1型细胞质雄性不育系与保持系线粒体基因组分析比较显示文摘线粒体基因组易位是导致作物细胞质雄性不育(Cytoplasmic male sterility,CMS)性状产生的重要遗传机制。比较高粱A1型细胞质雄性不育系与保持系线粒体基因组,寻找易位区为克隆高粱A1型细胞质雄性不育相关基因奠定基础。以高粱A1型细胞质雄性不育系Tx623A和其保持系Tx623B为试验材料,采用二代Illumina Hiseq结合三代PacBio测序技术,对2个样品的线粒体基因组进行组装,比较和分析不育系和保持系基因组结构和基因差异。高粱Tx623A和Tx623B线粒体基因组大小分别为449 727 bp和452 772 bp,预测编码开放阅读框(Open reading frame,ORFs)分别为147和145个,且两基因组特有基因分别为8个和6个。两线粒体基因组共线性比较分析,发现存在一个57 kb的基因组片段易位的结构变异(Structural variation,SV)区域,该易位区可能与A1型细胞质雄性不育有关。Tx623A和Tx623B线粒体基因组中易位区为高粱A1型细胞质雄性不育基因克隆提供了基因组信息。 | 王平 丛玲 王春语 朱振兴 A Ashok Kumar 张丽霞 陆晓春 | 2019 | 生物技术通报2019,35,5: | 3 |

| 7 | Geochemical studies of hybrid granite from Madugulapalli area, Eastern Dharwar Craton, Southern India: Implications for crustal mixing显示文摘Magma produced by melting of continental crust and mantle at the Archean-Proterozoic boundary are compositionally variable and chemical compositions provide evidence for the mixing of two sources. Understanding the composition of hybrid magma is essential for determining the comparative infl uence of crust and mantle sources during orogenesis. The hybrid granites are less documented in Indian cratons, especially less in Dharwar Craton. Here we present petrographic and whole-rock geochemical data of Madgulapalli granitic rocks situated in the NE part of the Eastern Dharwar Craton(EDC), to elucidate their petrogenesis and role in crust formation. The Madugulapalli granites(MPG) are composed chiefl y of plagioclase, quartz, and alkali feldspar with associated biotite showing alteration and inter-granular textures. Geochemically, they are metaluminous to peraluminous in nature with calc-alkaline hybrid granite. The hybrid granites exhibit both negative and positive europium anomalies;the lower Rb/Sr, Rb, Sr, and higher Sr/Y,(Dy/Yb)N ratios suggest that the interaction of older rocks with residual garnet source melted at high pressures. We hypothesize that hybrid granites are formed by interaction(e.g., metasomatism, mingling, or mixing) between parental magmas and pre-existing rocks with the infl uence of sanukitoid melts(heat source) in a subduction environment.
