1利用GOME卫星资料分析北京大气NO_2污染变化显示文摘利用GOME(Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment,全球臭氧监测实验)1996年1月—2002年12月NO2对流层柱浓度月平均卫星遥感资料以及根据北京市2001年1月1日—2002年12月31日NO2污染指数数据计算出的地面NO2日均质量浓度值,分析了北京市城市大气NO2污染变化的季节变化特征以及年际变化,并将2001年1月—2002年12月北京上空GOME NO2对流层柱浓度月平均值变化与北京市地面NO2日均质量浓度月平均值变化进行了比较,结果表明两者随时间的变化趋势具有较好的一致性,据此可以利用GOME NO2对流层柱浓度月平均卫星遥感资料来分析特定区域大气NO2的季节变化和年际变化。江文华 马建中 颜鹏 Andreas Richter John P.Burrows Hendrik Nǖβ 2006应用气象学报2006,17,1:47

5Value of three-dimensional reconstructions in pancreatic carcinoma using multidetector CT:Initial results显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the use of three-dimensional imaging of pancreatic carcinoma using multidetector computed tomography(CT)in a prospective study.METHODS:Ten patients with suspected pancreatic tumors were examined prospectively using multidetec-tor CT(Somatom Sensation 16,Siemens,Erlangen,Germany).The images were evaluated for the pres-ence of a pancreatic carcinoma and invasion of the peripancreatic vessels and surrounding organs.Using the isotropic CT data sets,a three-dimensional image was created with automatic vascular analysis and semi-automatic segmentation of the organs and pancreatic tumor by a radiologist.The CT examinations and the three-dimensional images were presented to the sur-geon directly before and during the patient's operation using the Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit-based software 'ReLiver'.Immediately after surgery,the value of the two images was judged by the surgeon.The operation and the histological results served as the gold standard.RESULTS:Nine patients had a pancreatic carcinoma(all pT3),and one patient had a serous cystadenoma.One tumor inf iltrated the superior mesenteric vein.The inf iltration was correctly evaluated.All carcinomas were resectable.In comparison to the CT image with axial and coronal reconstructions,the three-dimensional image was judged by the surgeons as better for operation planning and consistently described as useful.CONCLUSION:A 3D-image of the pancreas repre-sents an invaluable aid to the surgeon.However,the 3D-software must be further developed in order to be integrated into daily clinical routine.Miriam Klauβ Max Schbinger Ivo Wolf Jens Werner Hans-Peter Meinzer Hans-Ulrich Kauczor Lars Grenacher 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,46:16

16Ultrasound enhanced friction stir welding of aluminum and steel: Process and properties of EN AW 6061/DC04-Joints显示文摘In this work, the joining of aluminum to steel was conducted by ultrasound enhanced friction stir welding(USE-FSW). The power ultrasound was introduced into one of the metal sheets by an ultrasonic roll seam module synchronously to the FSW-process. The effect of the ultrasound on the resulting welds, their microstructure and their corrosion properties was investigated by light and scanning electron microscopy and corrosion investigations. The USE-FSW-joints showed less and smaller steel particles in the nugget zone as well as a thinner continuous intermetallic phase of FeAl_3 at the interface. The nondestructive testing method of computed laminography proved the observations made by optic microscopy due to non-porous joints for both techniques. 19Sodium alendronate loaded poly(L-lactideco-glycolide)microparticles immobilized on ceramic scaffolds for local treatment of bone defects显示文摘Bone tissue regeneration in critical-size defects is possible after implantation of a 3D scaffold and can be additionally enhanced once the scaffold is enriched with drugs or other factors supporting bone remodelling and healing.Sodium alendronate(Aln),a widely used anti-osteoporosis drug,exhibits strong inhibitory effect on bone resorption performed by osteoclasts.Thus,we propose a new approach for the treatment of bone defects in craniofacial region combining biocompatible titanium dioxide scaffolds and poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)microparticles(MPs)loaded with Aln.The MPs were effectively attached to the surface of the scaffolds’pore walls by human recombinant collagen.Drug release from the scaffolds was characterized by initial burst(2466% of the drug released within first 24 h)followed by a sustained release phase(on average 5 mg of Aln released per day from Day 3 to Day 18).In vitro tests evidenced that Aln at concentrations of 5 and 2.5 mg/ml was not cytotoxic for MG-63 osteoblast-like cells(viability between 8166% and 9863% of control),but it prevented RANKL-induced formation of osteoclast-like cells from macrophages derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells,as shown by reduced fusion capability and decreased tartrateresistant acid phosphatase 5b activity(5665% reduction in comparison to control after 8 days of culture).Results show that it is feasible to design the scaffolds providing required doses of Aln inhibiting osteoclastogenesis,reducing osteoclast activity,but not affecting osteoblast functions,which may be beneficial in the treatment of critical-size bone tissue defects.Lucja Rumian Cornelia Wolf-Brandstetter Sina Roβler Katarzyna Reczynska Hanna Tiainen Havard J.Haugen Dieter Scharnweber Elzbieta Pamula 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,3:5
20The future of underground spatial planning and the resulting potential risks from the point of view of mining subsidence engineering显示文摘The topic of ground movements in Germany has been studied extensively in the past,especially in the field of active mines.The active hard coal mines in Germany were finally shut down in 2018 and lignite mining is expected to take place only until 2038.The so-called long-term liabilities of the mine operators in Germany include,among other things,the long-term guarantee of stability and thus the monitoring of ground motion.So far,the economic use of underground mining in Germany was mainly the supply of raw materials.In the future,the underground storage of compressed air,methane or hydrogen will play an important role in renewable energy supply and climate change.Therefore,the underground storage space will become more important and the spatial planning is essential to ensure availability of safe underground openings for the various options of environmentally friendly energy storage.However,this renewed usage of underground openings may also bring new and sometimes unknown challenges of geomechanical influence.The aftermath of hard coal and lignite mining will be an increasing challenge in mining subsidence engineering.On the other hand,new possibilities due to underground spatial planning may lead to subsidence and/or heaving of the upper surface.Carolina Brücker Axel Preuβe 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,1:4
