1无机涂层改善锂离子电池聚烯烃隔膜性能研究显示文摘为了提高锂离子电池用聚烯烃微孔膜的综合性能,在商用Celgard膜表面涂布ZrO2无机涂层,粘结剂选用电池用聚偏氟乙烯。对比分析涂覆前后的隔膜发现,ZrO2涂层可以显著提高Celgard膜的热尺寸稳定性和热熔化温度,对提高锂离子电池安全性起到积极作用。同时无机涂层还能明显改善隔膜对电解液的浸润性,复合隔膜具有更好的保液能力,以涂有ZrO2涂层的Celgard膜作为隔膜组装锂离子电池,可以显著提高长期充放电循环时电池容量保持率。赵丽利 朱永平 王学营 2013无机材料学报2013,28,12:14
2Effect of Y_2O_3 stabilized ZrO_2 coating with tri-model structure on bi-layered thermally grown oxide evolution in nano thermal barrier coating systems at elevated temperatures显示文摘Bi-layered thermally grown oxide(TGO) layer plays a major role in the spallation of Y2 O3 stabilized ZrO2(YSZ) layer form the bond coat in the thermal barrier coating(TBC) systems during oxidation. On the other hand, bi-layered TGO formation and growth in the TBC systems with nanostructured YSZ have not been deeply investigated during cyclic oxidation. Hence, Inconel 738/NiCrAlY/normal YSZ and Inconel 738/NiCrAlY/nano YSZ systems were pre-oxidized at 1000 °C and then subjected to cyclic oxidation at 1150 °C. According to microstructural observations, nanostructured YSZ layer over the bond coat should have less micro-cracks and pinholes, due to the compactness of the nanostructure and the presence of nano zones that resulted in lower O infiltration into the nanothermal barrier coating system, formation of thinner and nearly continuous mono-layered thermally grown oxide on the bond coat during pre-oxidation, lower spinels formation at the Al2 O3 /YSZ interface and finally, reduction of bi-layered thermally grown oxide thickness during cyclic oxidation. 3Investigation of three steps of hot corrosion process in Y_2O_3 stabilized ZrO_2 coatings including nano zones显示文摘Phase transformation of tetragonal ZrO2 to monoclinic phase and also increment of bond coat oxidation kinetic(TGO thickening) can substantially restrict the life time of thermal barrier coating systems(TBCs). So, nanostructured and conventional Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 coatings were evaluated in fused V2O5-Na2SO4 salts during thermal exposure in air. Microstructural characterization showed lower hot corrosion products(monoclinic zirconia, YVO4 crystals) formation and reduction of TGO thickness in thermal barrier coating system consisting of nanostructured Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2(YSZ) top coat. It was found that inhomogeneities, pores and micro-cracks played a principal role in the molten salts infiltration into the YSZ coating during three steps of hot corrosion process. 4ZrO2热障涂层残余应力分析显示文摘用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了等离子喷涂ZrO2涂层的显微结构,并用X射线衍射法(XRD)测试了ZrO2涂层相的组成和残余应力。同时测试了激光冲击处理和激光热处理后的ZrO2涂层残余应力分布,分析了热障涂层残余应力形成机理。结果表明,等离子喷涂ZrO2涂层表面残余应力均为拉应力,其均值为179.2MPa,经激光表面处理后的ZrO2涂层残余应力均表现为压应力;热应力对涂层残余应力贡献最大,当热应力超过涂层结合强度时,涂层脱落,通过控制涂层残余应力可以提高涂层界面结合强度。孔德军 张永康 朱伟 邹世坤 2008材料热处理学报2008,29,1:8
5纳米Al_2O_3添加对ZrO_2涂层显微结构与性能的影响显示文摘以纳米A l2O3和ZrO2为原料,利用大气等离子喷涂技术(APS)沉积了ZrO2,ZrO2-15%A l2O3(体积分数,下同)和ZrO2-30%A l2O3三种涂层。运用FESEM,SEM,TEM,XRD和Ram an Spectroscopy等分析技术对涂层相组成、显微结构进行了确定。测定了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度等性能。结果表明:A l2O3添加并不改变ZrO2涂层主晶相组成,但主晶相拉曼峰明显展宽。A l2O3颗粒以非晶形式存在于ZrO2颗粒间,有利于ZrO2涂层的增强增韧性能。ZrO2涂层中可观测到团簇颗粒与层状结构组成的双模结构。ZrO2涂层的沉积效率、结合强度与显微硬度可明显提高,有利于ZrO2涂层使用寿命与抗摩擦性能的改善。梁波 丁传贤 2009航空材料学报2009,29,2:4
6车用AZ80合金表面磁控溅射MAO-ZrO2涂层组织和划痕测试分析显示文摘利用闭合场磁控溅射镀膜技术在AZ80合金基材表面进行沉积得到一层Zr涂层,并进行微弧氧化得到MAO-ZrO2涂层。对其进行组织和划痕实验测试研究得到:ZrO2涂层具有光滑的表面并具有银白色金属光泽,在ZrO2涂层表面上形成了很多细小的胞状晶粒。试样截面上形成了具有均匀结构的ZrO2涂层,同时涂层中的Zr元素也形成了均匀分布状态,最终得到厚度约5μm的涂层。当火花放电过程结束后,试样表面形成了更大的火花亮点同时数量有明显增加。在ZrO2-AZ80试样中主要以四方ZrO2为主,还有部分强度较小的MgO与Mg组成的衍射峰,根据存在MgO的情况可以推断基材已被氧化。采用微弧氧化方法进行处理后可以使涂层硬度增加。在采用微弧氧化方式生成的MAO-ZrO2涂层中所有划痕轨迹内没有出现脱落的涂层,采用微弧氧化方法可以制备得到和基体形成更强结合能力的涂层。邹利华 周晓燕 李梦奇 吴海江 郭文敏 2019真空科学与技术学报2019,39,9:2
7Cathodic micro-arc electro-deposition of ZrO_2 coatings in an aqueous solution containing colloidal particles显示文摘By a novel technique-cathodic micro-arc electro-deposition(CMED),ZrO2 coatings were deposited on an FeCrAl alloy.Experimental results show that the necessary conditions for obtaining ZrO2 coatings are to apply a pulse peak voltage over a critical value and add moderate amounts of ZrO2 colloidal particles and Zr(NO3)4 in the equeous solution.The as-deposited coatings are porous because hydrogen,water,and other vapors are generated and released from the coatings to the solution during the spark reaction.The coatings contain monoclinic and tetragonal crystalline ZrO with certain degree of amorphous structure.The processing parameters and mechanism of CMED were discussed.YANGXiaozhan GAOWei2002Rare Metals2002,21,3:2
8ZrO_2包覆CaO-MgO-SiO_2陶瓷纤维的制备及其性能显示文摘为了解决CaO-MgO-SiO2陶瓷纤维在使用过程中析晶、粉化的问题,采用非均相成核法在CaO-MgO-SiO2陶瓷纤维表面制备了ZrO2涂层。用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察ZrO2包覆层,用X射线衍射仪分析800和1 000℃热处理后原始纤维和ZrO2包覆纤维的晶相变化,并检测了二者在模拟肺液中的溶解性能。结果表明:包覆处理后,CaO-MgO-SiO2陶瓷纤维表面形成了一层ZrO2包覆层;ZrO2包覆层的存在可以显著抑制800℃时纤维的析晶,1 000℃时只能抑制纤维中方石英的析出,对其他物相的析晶没有明显抑制作用;ZrO2包覆层的存在降低了纤维在模拟肺液中的早期溶解速率,但对纤维的长期生物可溶性影响不大。刘浩 王玺堂 王周福 张保国 2012耐火材料2012,46,2:2

10ZrO_2涂层对基底阻尼特性的影响显示文摘通过电子束物理气相沉积的方法在TC4基体上制备ZrO_2涂层,探究其对基底阻尼作用的影响机理.通过SEM和XRD对涂层的表面形貌和结构特性进行表征,并利用动态力学分析仪(DMA)检测涂层的阻尼性能.结果表明:随着基体温度的升高,晶粒尺寸变大,微缺陷减小,薄层损耗因子产生混合取向,损耗因子增加,阻尼性能提高.在高频下,由于补偿效果,涂层中混晶取向的晶界缺陷消失,阻碍了涂层阻尼性能进一步提高.基底温度为400℃,激振频率为55 Hz时阻尼性能最好.杜广煜 谭祯 蔺增 巴德纯 2018东北大学学报(自然科学版)2018,39,10:2

14Corrosion Behavior of Reactive Sputtered Al_2O_3 and ZrO_2 Thin Films on Mg Disk Immersed in Saline Solution显示文摘Magnesium has attracted a lot of attention over the last few decades due to its light weight and potential use as biomaterial. However, the poor corrosion resistance of magnesium restricts its practical use for application where exposure to aggressive aqueous media is unavoidable. This paper describes the growth,characterization and corrosion analyses of Al2O3 and ZrO2 thin film coatings aimed at slowing down the fast degradation of Mg in saline solution. In this study, different thicknesses of Al2O3 and ZrO2 were deposited on pure magnesium(99.95%) disk using pulsed-DC reactive sputtering process. The microstructure and phase analyses were performed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively. The corrosion protection behavior of the Al2O3 and ZrO2 coated magnesium samples immersed in 0.9 wt% NaC l solution were evaluated using electrochemical measurement techniques, such as open-circuit potential(OCP), potentiodynamic polarization(PD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The microstructural analyses showed that the Al2O3 thin film coatings have circular grains between5 and 25 nm, while the ZrO2 coatings have bigger ellipsoidal grains. The results from the electrochemical corrosion analyses showed that the Al2O3 coated Mg disk had corrosion resistance of approximately 3 times that of ZrO2 coated Mg disk. It was also observed that increasing the thickness of the Al2O3 coating improved the corrosion resistance of the Mg disk. 16含等离子喷涂ZrO_2热障涂层的Ti_3XC_2(X=Al,Si)性能研究显示文摘在1450℃真空下保温1.5 h进行热压反应烧结制备了纯度为90%以上的Ti_3AlC_2和Ti_3SiC_2层状结构陶瓷,研究了它们的物相组成、微观结构、力学性能及热物理特性,并在2种陶瓷基体上进行了无金属粘结过渡层等离子喷涂ZrO_2热障涂层处理,考察了涂层的结合强度与热冲击特性.结果表明,Ti_3AlC_2和Ti_3SiC_2基体材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为536 MPa,7.8 MPa·m^(1/2)和457 MPa,6.8 MPa·m^(1/2),在25—1000℃温度范围内的平均线膨胀系数分别为8.77×10^(-6)和9.14×10^(-6)/℃,前者的力学性能与热稳定性均优于后者;等离子喷涂后,整体材料的热导率下降幅度达60%以上,涂层与基体结合牢固且具有良好的抗热冲击特性;对2种基体的涂层隔热效应的计算表明,0.3mm厚ZrO_2涂层外表面与内界面的温差分别为341和358℃,可显著提高工件的使用温度.刘静 盛洪飞 张保山 彭良明 2011金属学报2011,47,9:1

20ZrO_2涂层的抗热震性及抗烧蚀性能研究显示文摘以热喷涂铝基/ZrO2涂层和钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用落水淬火实验研究了ZrO2涂层的抗热震性,结果表明:500℃淬冷后,无论是钢基/ZrO2涂层还是铝基/ZrO2涂层,其涂层表面几乎没有较大变化;800℃淬冷钢基/ZrO2涂层后,断面上钢基生成的氧化物膜在水急冷热震下出现脱落,但是涂层和基体还是结合得很完好,ZrO2涂层表面整体无大的变化,只出现了微小的裂纹,说明ZrO2涂层抗水急冷热震性良好。以热喷涂钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用汽油增氧局部加热法研究了ZrO2涂层的抗烧蚀性,相同的喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层有明显的抗烧蚀性;不同喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层表面可以抵抗的烧蚀条件为:喷火时间小于8s和喷火温度小于1450℃。李坤明 包亦望 李春燕 万德田 曹学强 2010中国建材科技2010,19,S2:0
