1具有“砖/泥”结构的超轻MXene气凝胶/木基多孔碳电磁屏蔽复合材料显示文摘研究制备轻质、绝热和阻燃于一体的电磁干扰(EMI)屏蔽材料来抵抗日益严重的辐射污染是一个巨大的挑战.可再生多孔生物碳和2D过渡金属碳化物(MXene)由于独特的结构和出色的电导率备受EMI屏蔽研究者的关注.本研究以天然木头高温碳化生成的木基多孔碳(WC)骨架为模板,基于WC内部高度有序的蜂窝微孔为微反应器,将高导电和轻质的3D MXene气凝胶构筑其中,制备MXene气凝胶/WC复合材料.研究表明,较高的碳化温度更利于天然木头的石墨化程度.制备的MXene气凝胶/WC复合材料在低至0.197g/cm^3的密度下实现了高达71.3 d B的优异EMI屏蔽效能.这种类似于墙的'泥-砖'结构(WC骨架充当'泥',MXene气凝胶充当'砖'),不仅有效解决了MXene气凝胶网络结构不稳健的问题,还可以大大延长电磁波的传输路径,从而表现出优异的EMI屏蔽性能.此外,更具有实际应用意义的是,这种兼具优异EMI屏蔽、绝热和阻燃性能的轻质材料在航空、航天等国防军事工业和建筑工程等领域有着巨大的应用潜能.梁超博 邱华 宋萍 史学涛 孔杰 顾军渭 2020Science Bulletin2020,65,8:26
2Rock burst mechanism analysis in an advanced segment of gob-side entry under different dip angles of the seam and prevention technology显示文摘In order to investigate the frequent occurrences of rock burst in gob-side entry during the mining process of the mining zone No. 7, the mechanical model of main roof of fully-mechanized caving mining before breaking was established by the Winkler foundation beam theory, and the stress evolution law of surrounding rock with different dip angles of the seam during the mining process was analyzed by using FLAC3 D. The results show that: with the dip angle changing from 45° to 0°, the solid-coal side of gobside entry begins to form an L-shaped stress concentration zone at a dip angle of 30°, and the stress concentration degree goes to higher and higher levels. However, the stress concentration degree of the coalpillar side goes to lower and lower levels; the influence range and peak stress of the abutment at the lateral strata of adjacent gob increase with dip angle decreasing and reach a maximum value at a dip angle of 0°, but the tailgate is not affected; the abutment pressure superposition of two adjacent gobs leads to stress concentration further enhancing in both sides of gob-side entry. With the influence of strong mining disturbance, rock burst is easily induced by dynamic and static combined load in the advanced segment of gob-side entry. To achieve stability control similar to that in the roadway, the key control strategy is to reinforce surrounding rock and unload both sides. Accordingly, the large-diameter drilling and high-pressure water injection combined unloading and reinforced support cooperative control technology was proposed and applied in field test. 5Flexible and transparent graphene/silver-nanowires composite ?lm for high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness显示文摘Herein, an efficient approach to prepare flexible, transparent, and lightweight films based on graphene nanosheets(GNS) and silver nanowires(AgNWs) for high electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE) has been explained. High-conductive GNS were fabricated by liquid phase stripping and composited with AgNWs by a two-step spin-coating method. Owing to the high transparency, good conductivity, and homogeneous distribution of both GNS and AgNWs, the obtained GNS/AgNWs film exhibits superb EMI SE and light transmittance, yielding a significantly high EMI SE up to 26 dB in both Ku-band and K-band and light transmittance higher than 78.4%. Moreover, this GNS/AgNWs film shows good flexibility and excellent structural stability. 6Manufacture technique of semi-solid slurry of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring显示文摘The semi-solid slurry of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy was manufactured by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. The effects of pouring temperature and stirring power on the semi-solid slurry making process were investigated. The results indicate that the semi-solid slurry to satisfy rheocasting requirement can be made by a combination of low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. The pouring temperature (or superheat) and the stirring power significantly affect the morphology and the size of primary α-Al, while there is no obvious effect of the stirring time on primary α-Al. Compared with the samples made by low superheat pouring without stirring, the nucleation rate, particle morphology and grain size of primary α-Al in A356 Al alloy are markedly improved by a process of applying both low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. 7圆锥型场源瞬变电磁法测量数据反演(英文)显示文摘瞬变电磁法多匝小线圈装置是应用于地下有限空间、复杂地表地形的有效装置,但该装置的重叠绕制方式使其互感影响大,关断时间长。与之相比,我们提出的圆锥型场源的电感弱,关断时间短,可以有效兼顾减弱互感和适应复杂地形针对圆锥型场源场值,我们基于叠加原理,采用汉克尔变换和数值滤波法对层状介质中圆锥型场源进行了正演,验证了该场源的优势、探索了其激发的瞬变场特征,但由其激发的数据处理方法研究仍显不足。基于此,本文开展了根据'烟圈'反演结果设定初始模型的阻尼最小二乘反演方法研究。对瞬变电磁正演所获得的视电阻率进行'烟圈'反演,以'烟圈'反演结果设定的初始模型在频率域内进行了阻尼最小二乘反演。同时,从初始模型角度对阻尼最小二乘反演方法进行了改进,提出了以'烟圈'反演曲线的极值点和拐点为基点,建立阻尼最小二乘反演初始模型的方法。理论数据与实测数据反演结果表明,所研究的反演方法不仅使反演电阻率和层厚得到改善,也弥补了常规'烟圈'反演不具有分层效果的缺点,可以获得相对满意的层状反演结果。杨海燕 李锋平 Chen Shen-En 岳建华 郭福生 陈晓 张华 2018Applied Geophysics2018,15,3:11
8Enhanced Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Properties of Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Nanofi ber-Decorated Graphene Sheets by Non-covalent Interactions显示文摘Graphene sheets(GNs) have high conductivity, but they exhibit weak electromagnetic(EM) wave absorption performance. Here, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) nanofibers were decorated on the surface of GNs in which the residual defects and groups act as the active sites and therefore are beneficial for the deposition of PEDOT nanofibers.The SEM images display that PEDOT nanofibers are successfully decorated on the surface of GNs through in situ polymerization. The diameter of the PEDOT nanofibers were ranged from 15 to 50 nm with hundreds of nanometers in length. The EM wave absorption properties of graphene, PEDOT, and GNs-PEDOT were also investigated. Compared to pure graphene and PEDOT, the EM wave absorption properties of GNs-PEDOT improved significantly. The maximum value of RLwas up to-48.1 d B at 10.5 GHz with a thickness of only 2 mm. Meanwhile, the absorption bandwidth of RL values below-10 d B was 9.4 GHz(5.8–12.3, 12.9–15.8 GHz) in the thickness of 1.5–3 mm. The enhancement is attributed to the modification of PEDOT and the unique structure of nanofibers. On one hand, the deposition of PEDOT nanofibers on the surface of GNs decreases the conductivity of graphene, and makes impedance match better. On the other hand, the unique structure of PEDOT nanofibers results in relatively large specific surfaces areas, providing more active sites for reflection and scattering of EM waves. 9Analysis and evaluation of electromagnetic vibration and noise in permanent magnet synchronous motor with rotor step skewing显示文摘In this paper, a multi-physics simulation model capable of electromagnetic noise prediction is established, and the effectiveness of the established simulation model in predicting and evaluating electromagnetic noise is verified. Based on the verified motor model, a rotor step skewing model which can affect electromagnetic noise is proposed, and the influence of the skewing angle on electromagnetic noise is investigated in detail. By studying the spectral characteristics of the low-order radial magnetic force which has a great influence on electromagnetic noise, the distribution of electromagnetic noise characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with or without the rotor step skewing is compared and analyzed. 10Study on Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness of Ni-P-La Alloy Coatings显示文摘Ni-P and Ni-P-La alloy coatings were prepared by electroplating. Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness under the different components of rare earth or the different operating conditions was tested by the network analyzer. The results show that electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of Ni-P-La alloy coating varies from 45 dB to 70 dB with the variety of the frequency from 10 MHz to 350 MHz. Corrosion of the salt fog impacts on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness a little. 13Effect of Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸) on Tip60-Mediated Apoptosis in Testis of Male Rats after Microwave Radiation显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of a modi?ed Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸, WZYZP) on the male rats' testis after microwave radiation, as well as its potential mechanism. Methods: Forty-?ve male rats were randomly assigned to three groups: the control group, the radiation group, and the WZYZP group. The rats in the radiation group and WZYZP group were exposed to microwave radiation for 15 min once, while the rats in the control group were not exposed to any radiation. The rats in the WZYZP group were given a modi?ed of WZYZP by gavage daily for 7 days. Apoptosis in the testis was evaluated using terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay. Histopathological alterations of the testis were observed by haematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining. Tat-interactive protein, 60 kD(Tip60) and p53 expressions were determined by Western blotting. Results: The apoptosis index(AI) in the radiation group was higher than that of the WZYZP group and control group on day 1(D1), day 7(D7) day 14(D14) after radiation(P<0.05). The seminiferous tubules were of normal morphology in the control group. In the radiation group, the partial seminiferous tubules were collapsed, basement membranes of the seminiferous epithelia became detached. WZYZP could restore the morphological changes. There was no expression of Tip60 among the three groups on D7 and D14. The expression of p53 was higher in the radiation group than in the control group(P<0.05). WZYZP could down-regulate the rising p53 induced by radiation on D7 and D14(P<0.05). 15Energy dependence on modes of electric activities of neuron driven by different external mixed signals under electromagnetic induction显示文摘Energy supply and release play an important role in individual neuron and neural network. In this paper, the electrical activities and Hamilton energy of neuron are investigated when external mixed signals(i.e., the periodic stimulus current and the periodic electromagnetic field) are imposed on the neuron under the electromagnetic induction. As a result, the Hamilton energy is much dependent on the mode transition, the multiple electric activity modes and the numerical analysis of Hamilton energy are more complicated under various parameters. When the periodic high-low frequency electromagnetic radiation is imposed in neuron, it is found that the electrical activities are more complex, and the changing of energy is obvious. In addition, the response of electrical activity and Hamilton energy is much dependent on the changing of amplitude A, B when the external high-low frequency signal is imposed on the neuron, meanwhile, the energy of bursting state is lower than the one of spiking state. 16Effect of low-frequency electromagnetic field on the as-cast microstructure of a new super high strength aluminum alloy by horizontal continuous casting显示文摘The super high strength aluminum alloy ingots with 100 mm in diameter were cast by the process of low-frequency electromagnetic horizontal continuous casting (LFEHC) and the effect of electromagnetic field on the as-cast microstructure was studied. Results show that microstructure of the sample prepared by the LFEHC process was greatly refined. Microstructures at the border and the center of the ingots were fine, uniform and rosette-shaped. Electromagnetic frequency plays a key role in microstructure refining. Fine and uniform microstructures can be obtained with optimal electromagnetic frequency. 17Unconventional Hamilton-type variational principles for electromagnetic elastodynamics显示文摘According to the basic idea of classical yin-yang complementarity and modern dual-complementarity, in a simple and unified new way proposed by Luo, the unconventional Hamilton-type variational principles for electromagnetic elastodynamics can be established systematically. This new variational principles can fully characterize the initial-boundary-value problem of this dynamics. In this paper, the expression of the generalized principle of virtual work for electromagnetic dynamics is given. Based on this equation, it is possible not only to obtain the principle of virtual work in electromagnetic dynamics, but also to derive systematically the complementary functionals for eleven-field, nine-field and six-field unconventional Hamilton-type variational principles for electromagnetic elastodynamics, and the potential energy functionals for four-field and three-field ones by the generalized Legendre transformation given in this paper. 18Experimental studies and phase field modeling of microstructure evolution during solidification with electromagnetic stirring显示文摘Thixocasting requires manufacturing of billets with non-dendritic microstructure.Aluminum alloy A356 billets were produced by rheocasting in a mould placed inside a linear electromagnetic stirrer.Subsequent heat treatment was used to produce a transition from rosette to globular microstructure.The current and the duration of stirring were explored as control parameters.Simultaneous induction heating of the billet during stirring was quantified using experimentally determined thermal profiles.The effect of processing parameters on the dendrite fragmentation was discussed.Corresponding computational modeling of the process was performed using phase-field modeling of alloy solidification in order to gain insight into the process of morphological changes of a solid during this process.A non-isothermal alloy solidification model was used for simulations.The morphological evolution under such imposed thermal cycles was simulated and compared with experimentally determined one.Suitable scaling using the thermosolutal diffusion distances was used to overcome computational difficulties in quantitative comparison at system scale.The results were interpreted in the light of existing theories of microstructure refinement and globularisation.P.GERALD TENNYSON P.KUMAR H.LAKSHMI G.PHANIKUMAR P.DUTTA 2010中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2010,20,S3:8
19A new energy harvester using a piezoelectric and suspension electromagnetic mechanism显示文摘This study presents a new design of a piezoelectric-electromagnetic energy harvester to enlarge the frequency bandwidth and obtain a larger energy output.This harvester consists of a primary piezoelectric energy harvesting device,in which a suspension electromagnetic component is added.A coupling mathematical model of the two independent energy harvesting techniques was established.Numerical results show that the piezoelectric-electromagnetic energy harvester has three times the bandwidth and higher power output in comparison with the corresponding stand-alone,single harvesting mode devices.The finite element models of the piezoelectric and electromagnetic systems were developed,respectively.A finite element analysis was performed.Experiments were carried out to verify the validity of the numerical simulation and the finite element results.It shows that the power output and the peak frequency obtained from the numerical analysis and the finite element simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results.This study provides a promising method to broaden the frequency bandwidth and increase the energy harvesting power output for energy harvesters.Xiao-biao SHAN Shi-wei GUAN Zhang-shi LIU Zhen-long XU Tao XIE 2013Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2013,14,12:7
20Research on proximity effect of electromagnetic railgun显示文摘The rails of electromagnetic railgun can be ablated by the temperature rise due to current concentration.The current distributions on the rails and armature are not only affected by the skin effect,but also influenced by the proximity effect which is rarely mentioned.This paper illustrated the difference between skin effect and proximity effect,and the influencing factors of proximity effect were investigated.Results show that the current is concentrated on the surface around rails due to the skin effect,and the proximity effect exacerbates the current density on the inner surfaces of rails.Decrease in distance from rails enhances the proximity effect,but has nothing to do with the skin effect,which also augments the rail resistance,resulting in temperature rise.It can explain the reason why the ablation is often detected in the small caliber railgun.Research results in this paper can provide support for design and optimization of electromagnetic railgun.Yu-tao LOU Hai-yuan LI Bao-ming LI 2016Defence Technology(防务技术)2016,12,3:7
