1Immediate effects of scalp acupuncture with twirling reinforcing manipulation on hemiplegia following acute ischemic stroke: a hidden association study显示文摘Data mining has the potential to provide information for improving clinical acupuncture strategies by uncovering hidden rules between acupuncture manipulation and therapeutic effects in a data set. In this study, we performed acupuncture on 30 patients with hemiplegia due to acute ischemic stroke. All participants were pre-screened to ensure that they exhibited immediate responses to acupuncture. We used a twirling reinforcing acupuncture manipulation at the specific lines between the bilateral Baihui(GV20) and Taiyang(EX-HN5). We collected neurologic deficit score, simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment score, muscle strength of the proximal and distal hemiplegic limbs, ratio of the maximal H-reflex to the maximal M-wave(H_(max)/M_(max)), muscle tension at baseline and immediately after treatment, and the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine at baseline. We then conducted data mining using an association algorithm and an artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm. We found that the twirling reinforcing manipulation had no obvious therapeutic difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of 'Deficiency and Excess'. The change in the muscle strength of the upper distal and lower proximal limbs was one of the main factors affecting the immediate change in Fugl-Meyer scores. Additionally, we found a positive correlation between the muscle tension change of the upper limb and H_(max)/M_(max) immediate change, and both positive and negative correlations existed between the muscle tension change of the lower limb and immediate H_(max)/M_(max) change. Additionally, when the difference value of muscle tension for the upper and lower limbs was > 0 or < 0, the difference value of H_(max)/M_(max) was correspondingly positive or negative, indicating the scalp acupuncture has a bidirectional effect on muscle tension in hemiplegic limbs. Therefore, acupuncture with twirling reinforcing manipulation has distinct effects on acute ischemic stroke patients with different symptoms or stages of disease. 2一种模拟传统艾灸电子温灸仪的研制:应用安全及环保效应显示文摘背景:针对传统艾灸治疗过程达不到标准化,治疗时患者体位受限制,治疗中会产生'烟'和'灰'的污染等缺陷。为此,设计研制了电子温灸仪,模拟艾灸的治疗机制。目的:研制出一种模拟传统艾灸疗法的电子温灸仪并取得了发明专利,能实现产业化,以便完成艾灸疗法的现代化。方法:远红外材料发射对人体有益的红外光谱生物波,设计研制的电子温灸仪包括时间温度控制器和灸疗头,利用闭环控制技术精确控制温度和时间。灸疗头产生的热辐射红外光谱可模拟艾灸发射光谱,辅以艾草精油涂布或药物间隔,能达到传统艾灸的治疗效果。结果与结论:DZWJY-1型电子温灸仪样机已通过上海市医疗器械检测所的安全性和技术要求检测以及电磁兼容性检测,并已开展了临床试验进行疗效验证。初步的临床试验结果表明电子温灸仪具有与传统艾灸疗法同样的治疗效果,实现了灸疗的安全化和环保效果。研究将为灸疗治病的客观化、标准化、规范化和现代化创造了条件。杨旭明 汤家铭 2016中国组织工程研究2016,20,42:14
3电针对透镜诱导性近视豚鼠闪光视网膜电图的影响显示文摘目的探讨电针对透镜诱导性近视豚鼠闪光视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)的影响。方法 24只3周龄健康三色短毛豚鼠随机分为透镜诱导组(12只)与透镜诱导+电针组(12只)。两组豚鼠右眼戴-10 D透镜,左眼不戴镜作为自身对照。透镜诱导+电针组在戴镜的同时,电针刺激豚鼠两侧合谷穴与太阳穴。4周后测量2组屈光度、眼轴长度及ERG波形的变化。结果 4周后,与自身对照眼比较,透镜诱导眼近视屈光度增加(P<0.01),眼轴延长(P<0.01);同时其暗适应振荡电位的OS2波振幅及总振幅下降(均为P<0.01),暗适应最大混合反应、明适应视锥细胞反应的b波振幅下降(均为P<0.01)。电针干预后,透镜诱导眼的屈光度和眼轴长度没有变化(P>0.05);但与透镜诱导组右眼相比,透镜诱导+电针组透镜诱导眼暗适应振荡电位的OS2波振幅及总振幅,暗适应最大混合反应、明适应视锥细胞反应的b波振幅均增高(均为P<0.05),达到与其自身对照眼相似的水平(均为P>0.05)。结论电针刺激合谷穴与太阳穴影响透镜诱导性近视豚鼠ERG,可使其恢复至正常水平。沙芳 丁美华 叶翔 吴建峰 毕爱玲 张瑾 毕宏生 2015眼科新进展2015,35,2:10
4电针干预后透镜诱导型近视豚鼠巩膜形态改变及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和脯氨酰羟化酶2(PHD-2)表达的变化显示文摘目的探讨电针干预后透镜诱导型近视(LIM)豚鼠巩膜形态变化及巩膜中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和脯氨酰羟化酶2(PHD-2)表达变化。方法将90只2周龄豚鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组、LIM组和电针+透镜诱导型近视(LIM+EA)组,每组30只。NC组正常饲养,不干预;LIM组和LIM+EA组豚鼠右眼配戴-6.0 D透镜片,建立近视模型;LIM+EA组戴镜同时给予针刺合谷穴和太阳穴30 min。造模后2周和4周测量各组豚鼠的屈光度和眼轴长度,同时通过实时荧光定量PCR(q-PCR)和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测各组豚鼠巩膜中HIF-1α和PHD-2的mRNA相对表达及蛋白含量。另外,于造模后4周利用电镜观察各组豚鼠巩膜超微结构变化。结果造模后2周和4周,与NC组(2.20±0.48)D、(1.63±0.41)D;(8.22±0.03)mm、(8.40±0.04)mm相比,LIM组(-4.23±0.43)D、(-5.88±0.49)D;(8.36±0.05)mm、(8.57±0.06)mm和LIM+EA组(-3.63±0.49)D、(-2.55±0.48)D;(8.32±0.03)mm、(8.51±0.03)mm豚鼠右眼屈光度均增加,眼轴均延长(均为P<0.05);与LIM组相比,LIM+EA组豚鼠右眼屈光度均减小,眼轴延长均减慢(均为P<0.05)。电镜观察结果显示,与NC组(82.94±26.03)nm相比,LIM组(48.90±23.38)nm和LIM+EA组(62.83±21.72)nm豚鼠巩膜胶原纤维直径变小(均为P<0.05);与LIM组相比,LIM+EA组巩膜胶原纤维直径变大(P<0.05)。q-PCR及ELISA检测结果表明,造模后2周和4周,与NC组相比,LIM组后极部巩膜HIF-1αmRNA和蛋白表达水平均增加(均为P<0.05),PHD-2 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均下降(均为P<0.05);与LIM组相比,LIM+EA组巩膜HIF-1αmRNA和蛋白表达水平均显著下降(均为P<0.05),PHD-2 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均上升(均为P<0.05)。结论电针干预近视豚鼠可影响巩膜胶原纤维直径及HIF-1α和PHD-2的表达水平,进而延缓近视的发展。於亭 宋继科 魏慧霞 田庆梅 纪海峰 毕宏生 解孝锋 2021眼科新进展2021,41,2:9
5基于数据挖掘对治疗“痴呆”方剂及“加减薯蓣丸”用药配伍规律的研究显示文摘目的:研究治疗痴呆方剂的用药配伍规律;探讨加减薯蓣丸的用药配伍规律。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗痴呆的方剂,将其规范化后利用Microsoft Office Excel 2007构建数据库,采用SPSS 19.0、Clementine 12.0软件,通过频数分析、关联规则算法数据挖掘方法,研究治疗'痴呆'的方剂用药配伍规律,并对加减薯蓣丸的用药配伍规律进行探讨。结果:治疗痴呆的主要用药为人参、远志、甘草、朱砂、茯神、茯苓、石菖蒲、麦门冬、当归、酸枣仁;主要用药组合为'酸枣仁-当归-远志'、'石菖蒲-朱砂-远志'、'当归-白芍'、'当归-黄芪'、'当归-酸枣仁-远志'、'当归-白芍-人参'、'当归-酸枣仁-人参'、'当归-干地黄'、'远志-石菖蒲-茯苓'、'远志-石菖蒲-人参'、'当归-酸枣仁'、'茯神-朱砂-远志'、'茯神-酸枣仁-远志'、'麦门冬-熟地黄-人参'、'远志-石菖蒲-茯神'和'石菖蒲-茯神-远志-人参'。加减薯蓣丸由补气药、补血药、补阴药、补阳药(共10味)和安神药、利水渗湿药、开窍药、收涩药(各1味)构成。结论:治疗痴呆的方剂主要由补气药、补血药、补阴药、安神药、利水渗湿药、开窍药配伍而成;加减薯蓣丸的配伍遵循治疗痴呆方剂的配伍规律,可用于防治痴呆。吴永贵 谭子虎 2016世界科学技术-中医药现代化2016,18,3:6
6电针对负透镜诱导型近视豚鼠睫状肌中表皮生长因子及其受体表达的作用显示文摘目的观察表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)及其受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)经电针干预后在近视豚鼠睫状肌中的表达变化,探讨其在近视发生发展中的作用。方法将90只2周龄健康三色短毛豚鼠随机分为正常对照(normal control,NC)组、透镜诱导型近视(lens-induced myopia,LIM)组和透镜诱导型近视电针(lens-induced myopia+electroacupuncture,LIM+EA)组,每组各30只。NC组豚鼠正常饲养,不做任何干预;LIM组和LIM+EA组豚鼠右眼均戴-6 D透镜诱导近视,左眼作为自身对照不做任何处理;LIM+EA组豚鼠在戴镜同时选取双侧太阳穴、合谷穴进行电针干预。各组豚鼠造模后2周、4周进行屈光度和眼轴长度的检测,分别制备组织病理切片观察睫状肌的形态;通过定量聚合酶链反应(quantitative polymerase chain reaction,q-PCR)和酶联免疫吸附实验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测各组豚鼠睫状肌中EGF mRNA、EGFR mRNA及其蛋白表达水平。结果造模后2周、4周,LIM组和LIM+EA组造模眼分别与自身对照眼及NC组右眼相比,近视屈光度均增加,眼轴均延长,LIM+EA组造模眼较LIM组造模眼近视屈光度减小,眼轴延长减缓,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。病理检测结果显示,NC组睫状肌纤维完整、排列有序;LIM组睫状肌纤维断裂、溶解,排列混乱;LIM+EA组睫状肌纤维相对完整,排列有序。q-PCR及ELISA检测结果表明,LIM组右眼睫状肌中EGF mRNA、EGFR mRNA及其蛋白表达水平与NC组和LIM+EA组相比均明显降低(均为P<0.05),而LIM+EA组和NC组EGF mRNA、EGFR mRNA及其蛋白表达水平差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论电针干预近视豚鼠可影响睫状肌中EGF和EGFR的表达水平并能延缓近视发展。吴姗姗 魏慧霞 郭滨 殷学伟 刘德政 郭大东 毕宏生 2020眼科新进展2020,40,4:6

8贺氏三通法防治痉挛性近视的随机对照研究显示文摘目的:探讨贺氏三通法防治痉挛性近视的效果。方法:选择在我院诊治的痉挛性近视患儿120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例,对照组给予正常配镜治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予贺氏三通法治疗。结果:所有患儿都完成治疗,两组治疗后的裸眼视力优于治疗前,治疗后观察组的裸眼视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间的角膜点状着色、巨乳头状结膜炎、角膜水肿、角膜新生血管等并发症发生率为8.3%,对照组为6.7%,两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组的角膜基质厚度与治疗前对比无明显差异(P>0.05),组间对比也无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的BUT值多于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的BUT值多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贺氏三通法能有效防治痉挛性近视,解除睫状肌疲劳和痉挛,对角膜基质厚度无明显影响,可延长泪膜破裂时间,安全性较好,从而提高治疗效果。赵瑞莲 杨迎新 孙占昆 赵玲 郭玉霞 朱卫华 王红燕 刘小峰 李红英 2018针灸临床杂志2018,34,6:4
9A precise and accurate acupoint location obtained on the face using consistency matrix pointwise fusion method显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To develop a more precise and accurate method, and identified a procedure to measure whether an acupoint had been correctly located.METHODS: On the face, we used an acupoint location from different acupuncture experts and obtained the most precise and accurate values of acupoint location based on the consistency information fusion algorithm, through a virtual simulation of the facial orientation coordinate system.RESULTS: Because of inconsistencies in each acupuncture expert's original data, the system error could not be modified using the characteristics ofthe general weight calculation. First, we corrected each expert of acupoint location system error itself,to obtain a rational quantification for each expert of acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint location consistent support degree, to obtain pointwise variable precision fusion results, to put every expert's acupuncture acupoint location fusion error enhanced to pointwise variable precision. 11Data mining-based study on sub-mentally healthy state among residents in eight provinces and cities in China显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To apply data mining methods to research on the state of sub-mental health among residents in eight provinces and cities in China and to mine latent knowledge about many conditions through data mining and analysis of data on 3970 sub-mentally healthy individuals selected from 13385 relevant question naires.METHODS: The strategic tree algorithm was used to identify the main mani festations of the state of sub-mental health. The backpropogation artificial neural network was used to analyze the main mani festations of sub-healthy mental states of three different degrees. A sub-mental health evaluation model was then established to achieve predictive evaluationresults.RESULTS: Using classifications from the Scale of Chinese Sub-healthy State, the main manifestations of sub-mental health selected using the strate gictree were F1101(Do you lack peace of mind?),F1102(Are you easily nervous when something comes up?), and F1002(Do you often sigh?). The relative intensity of manifestations of sub-mental health was highest for F1101, followed by F1102,and then F1002. Through study of the neural network, better differentiation could be made between moderate and severe and between mild and severe states of sub-mental health. The differentiation between mild and moderate sub-mental health states was less apparent. Additionally, the sub-mental health state evaluation model, which could be used to predict states of sub-mental health of different individuals, was established using F1101, F1102, F1002, and the mental self-assessment totals core.CONCLUSION: The main manifestations of the state of sub-mental health can be discovered using data mining methods to research and analyze the latent laws and knowledge hidden in research evidence on the state of sub-mental health. The state of sub-mental health of different individuals can be rapidly predicted using the model established here.This can provide a basis for assessment and intervention for sub-mental health. 12Information integration research on cumulative effect of 'Siqi,Wuwei,and Guijing' in Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study the morphological basis of the role of Siqi(cold as winter,cool as autumn,warm as spring,hot as summer),Wuwei(five flavors:sweet,pungent,salty,sour,and bitter),and Guijing(meridian tropism) through the use of information integration.METHODS:A14C-2-deoxy-glucose autoradiography method was adopted to determine the overall impact of treatment with 39 herbs on functions of various tissues and organs.Data was measured at 4hs after a single dose and following the last treatment of repeated doses for a week.Least-squares estimation was used and fitted for each herb regression effect of organs and tissues after singleand repeated treatment.The slope of the regression line represented the cumulative trend of the effect of the herbs(β),and the standard deviation of the slope(Sβ) was compared with those of the untreated animals(t 'test).All significantly cumulative effect trends were applied with an artificial neural network,which integrated the relationship among Siqi,Wuwei,and Guijing with tissues and organs.RESULTS:There is a certain relationship among the Siqi,Wuwei,Guijing and the anatomy of organs and tissues,but the different scores indicate that influence of Siqi,Wuwei,Guijing to anatomy of organs and tissues was a nonlinear state.CONCLUSION:Results demonstrated that the effects of Siqi,Wuwei,and Guijing have a morphological basis,and each concept was associated with multiple anatomical structures.Yang Xuming Qi Mingyuan Li Qian Chen Li Yu Zhongyi Yang Lin 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:2
13Hidden correlation of the effect mechanism on chronic gastritis treated with ginger-isolated moxibustion at different single acupoints显示文摘Objective: To observe the differences in the effects and mechanisms on chronic gastritis treated by ginger-isolated moxibustion at Zúsānlǐ(足三里ST 36) and Nèiguān(内关PC 6).Methods: A total of 60 eligible patients of chronic gastritis were randomized into two groups, a ST 36 group(ginger-isolated moxibustion at ST 36, 30 cases) and a PC 6 group(ginger-isolated moxibustion at PC 6, 30 cases). Before and after 6 treatments, the total variability of heart rate(TV) and the scores in Scale for gastrointestinal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine were determined and recorded. Using correlation analysis, the hidden correlation condition that affects the therapeutic outcomes was excavated from the data. With least square method, the gradient curve(K value) of TV in treatment was estimated and the correlation between the effect mechanism and autonomic nerve regulation was excavated.Results: ① In ST 36 group, the duration of sickness, severity of disease and the activity of autonomic nerve before treatment presented the underlying correlation with the therapeutic effects. In contrast, the hidden correlation in PC 6 group was not clear. ② In ST 36 group, the higher K value of TV in treatment was, the more significant the therapeutic effects were, but in PC group, K value was reversely related to the therapeutic effects.Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of ginger-isolated moxibustion at single acupoint are correlated with the duration and severity of sickness. The therapeutic effects in ST 36 group were improved by the modulation of autonomic nerve activity and the effects in PC 6 group were negatively correlated with autonomic nerve activity. 14Optimization Model Research on Major Underlying Factors in the Subhealth Condition Evaluation in 1 City and 7 Provinces in China显示文摘Background:The study aimed to analyze major underlying factors of the subhealth condition evaluation and find the optimization model.Methods:Selected 524 cases of health state and 453 cases of subhealth state from the research objects.A genetic algorithm was applied to discover the optimization model.The decision tree algorithm was used to find the main performance in the areas of physical,psychological,and social adaptation in the two populations which were the health state and the subhealth state.Conclusions:To establish the optimization model,the author would set up a curve-fitting equation between reduction of health self-assessment score(S-G1)and white blood cell(WBC)value in routine blood,so as to establish the relationship between S-G1 and WBC and found the approximate minimum solution of each equation.Besides,the author would analyze the differences between two populations in WBC examination to seize the difference.Revealed the differences of two populations in the areas of physical,psychological,and social adaptation by data mining and got the result that WBC of'the health state population'was higher than that of'the sub-health state population'in the index changes of WBC.The problem in social adaptation area of the subhealth state population was more serious in degree than the health state population;the reason was complex.If WBC of the health state population was near or below 5.5079,the object may be in the state of subhealth.However,if WBC was near or below 4.35,it is possible to enter the'morbid state.'Hong-Mei Ni Yu-Min He Xu-Ming Yang 2019World Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,5,2:0
