1纳米纤维素晶须增强增韧聚(L-乳酸)复合材料的制备与表征显示文摘通过酸解法制备了具有纳米尺寸和一定长径比针棒状的纳米纤维素晶须(NCW),利用NCW表面的羟基引发L-丙交酯开环聚合,合成了表面接枝聚(L-乳酸)(PLLA)链段的接枝纤维素晶须(g-NCW);采用溶液浇铸法制备了PLLA膜以及不同配比的NCW/PLLA和g-NCW/PLLA复合膜。对接枝改性前后的NCW的形貌与性能进行了表征,研究了复合膜的形貌、结晶性能、热稳定性、亲/疏水性和拉伸性能。结果表明:NCW的形貌与结晶性能在接枝改性后变化不大,但在乙醇和PLLA溶液中的分散性得到明显改善;当NCW与L-丙交酯的物质的量之比为1∶5时,g-NCW表面PLLA链段的接枝率约为23.61%。NCW和g-NCW作为异相成核剂,显著提高了PLLA基体的结晶速率;并且,加入晶须改善了材料的亲水性和热稳定性。添加一定量的NCW和g-NCW到PLLA中,可有效增强增韧PLLA基体;随着晶须含量增加,复合膜的拉伸强度和断裂能先增大后下降;当NCW和g-NCW的质量分数为5%时,NCW/PLLA和g-NCW/PLLA复合膜的拉伸强度和断裂能分别达到22.02 MPa和20.01 MPa以及102.39J/m^3和117.83J/m^3,均达到最大值。由于g-NCW在基体中良好的分散性以及与基体间的界面结合,g-NCW/PLLA复合膜的拉伸强度和韧性明显优于相应的纯PLLA和NCW/PLLA膜。刘桦 罗丙红 陈睿鹏 周世裕 黄耀基 周长忍 2015复合材料学报2015,32,6:9

3聚醚醚酮/羟基磷灰石纳米复合粉末的制备显示文摘以磷酸氢二铵、四水硝酸钙为反应物,聚乙二醇–2000为表面活性剂,采用化学沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HA),以浓H2SO4为磺化剂制备了磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK),利用SPEEK对纳米HA进行表面改性,通过溶液共混法制备了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)/HA纳米复合粉末。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析、差示扫描量热法对产物的结构、形貌和热性能进行分析。结果表明,制备出的HA呈球状,大小均一,平均粒径为98 nm。以SPEEK为相容剂通过溶液共混法制备的PEEK/HA复合粉末分散性能和热稳定性良好,可用于选择性激光烧结工艺。付华 汪艳 陈友斌 武海燕 2014工程塑料应用2014,42,3:5
4聚乳酸/氧化石墨烯复合膜的制备及生物相容性研究显示文摘通过非溶剂诱导相分离技术制备聚乳酸/氧化石墨烯复合膜(PLA/GO),探究GO的含量对PLA膜孔隙率、亲水性和生物相容性的影响。通过SEM分析和XRD测试,证实GO成功加入PLA基体。相比于PLA膜,当GO掺杂含量为0.25%时,复合膜的拉伸强度为34 MPa;膜水接触角达到最小值为68.5°,水通量达到最大值为340.5 L/(m^(2)·h),APTT值为88 s,PT值约为23.5 s,表明复合膜具有较好的抗凝血性能。刘燕妮 朱松磊 张荣丽 2021塑料科技2021,49,6:5
5Biomimetic mineralization and cytocompatibility of nanorod hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide composites显示文摘Nanorod hydroxyapatite (NRHA)/graphene oxide (GO)composites with weight ratios of 0.4,1.5, and 5have been fabricated by a facile ultrasonic-assisted method at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The chemical structure properties and morphology of the composites were characterized by field emission source scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The results indicate that the NRHA/ GO composites have an irregular surface with different degree wrinkles and are stable,and NRHA are well combined with GO.In addition,the biomimetic mineralization mechanism of hydroxyapatite on the NRHA/GO composites in simulated body fluid (SBF)is presented.The presence of a bone-like apatite layer on the composite surface indicate that the NRHA/GO composites facilitate the nucleation and growth of hydroxyapatite crystals in SBF for biomimetic mineralization.Moreover,the NRHA-1.5/GO composite and pure GO were cultured with MC3T3-E1cells to investigate the proliferation and adhesion of cells.In vitro cytocompatibility evaluation demonstrated that the NRHA/GO composite can act as a good template for the growth and adhesion of cells. 6Origami meets electrospinning:a new strategy for 3D nanofiber scaffolds显示文摘Inspired by the constitution of things in the natural world,three-dimensional (3D)nanofiber scaffold/cells complex was constructed via the combination of electrospinning technology and origami techniques.The nanofiber boxes prepared by origami provided a limited space for the layer-by-layer nanofiber films,and the human fetal osteoblasts (hFOBs)seeded on the both sides of the nanofiber films were expected to facilitate the bonding,of the adjacent nanofiber films through the secretion of extracellular matrix.Specifically,the hFOBs presented 3D distribution in the nanofiber scaffold,and they can stretch across the gaps between the adjacent nanofiber films,forming the cell layers and filling the whole 3D nanofiber scaffold.Eventually,a 3D block composed of electrospun nanofiber scaffold and cells was obtained',which possesses potential applications in bone tissue engineering.Interestingly,we also created 3D nanofiber structures that range from simple forms to intricate architectures via origami,indicating that the combination of electrospinning technology and origami techniques is a feasible method for the 3D construction of tissue engineering scaffolds.Juqing Song Guanglin Zhu Huichang Gao Lin Wang Nanying Li Xuetao Shi Yingjun Wang 2018Bio-Design and Manufacturing2018,1,4:1

9溶剂诱导制备PLLA/HA/GO三元复合材料及其性能研究显示文摘首先通过将羟基磷灰石(HA)及氧化石墨烯(GO)两种纳米填料预混合,得到紧密结合的复合填料,再通过非良溶剂诱导左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)相分离方式,制备了PLLA/HA/GO多孔复合膜。均匀分布的纳米填料能作为异相成核剂诱导PLLA结晶,使复合膜的结晶度由PLLA膜的53.7%提高到61.1%,实现在成型过程中由液-液相分离向固-液相分离的转变,从而影响膜表面的微观结构,并提高材料的热稳定性及力学性能。结果表明,PLLA复合材料的起始热降解温度由315 ℃提高到355 ℃,拉伸强度由35.6 MPa提高到46.7 MPa。除此之外,纳米填料中含有大量羟基、羧基等亲水基团,有效提高了膜的亲水性能,使表观接触角由122°降低到88°。霍康伟 孙鑫 杨胜都 廖兴燕 薛白 谢兰 许开华 郑强 2019塑料工业2019,47,9:0
10羟基磷灰石/氧化石墨烯复合支架在骨缺损修复治疗中的研究进展显示文摘骨缺损引起的骨疾病是现代医学非常棘手的一种疾病,正常的骨组织发生病变或外部因素的物理损伤都会形成难愈合的骨缺损;骨缺损部位复杂的微环境决定其治疗条件也更苛刻。构建可以用于骨缺损的支架是骨组织工程技术的一个重要方向,也是解决骨缺损疾病难题的重要手段。本文简单介绍了羟基磷灰石/氧化石墨烯(HA/GO)复合材料的制备原理和方法,细胞实验表明HA/GO对骨细胞没有明显的毒性,粗糙的表面结构更有利于骨细胞的增殖分化,在此基础上详细介绍了用于治疗骨缺损疾病HA/GO复合支架的构建方式及其性能。最后讨论了HA/GO复合支架在骨疾病治疗中的发展前景和面临的挑战。杨宁文 何星 2024复合材料学报2024,41,1:0
11可吸收胸骨钉在冠状动脉旁路移植中的应用显示文摘背景:可吸收胸骨钉逐渐在临床应用,但在胸骨骨折和心脏术后胸骨固定应用可吸收胸骨钉的临床效果报道较少。目的:总结冠状动脉旁路移植中应用可吸收胸骨钉关胸的效果。方法:150例冠状动脉旁路移植患者手术结束后,其中95例采用常规钢丝固定胸骨,作为对照组;另55例在常规钢丝固定胸骨的同时放置可吸收胸骨钉,作为试验组。比较两组杜冷丁用量、肺部并发症发生率、切口感染率、术后住院天数及住院费用。结果与结论:随访3-8年,两组均未见胸骨感染及胸骨不愈合现象。试验组杜冷丁用量、住院天数少于对照组(P<0.05);两组肺部并发症发生率、切口感染率及住院费用比较差异无显著性意义(P<0.05)。表明在冠状动脉旁路移植中使用可吸收胸骨钉固定是可行的,并不会增加感染的发生。李凤杰 孙玮艳 肖锋 2013中国组织工程研究2013,17,47:0
