1煤层群分层水力压裂与多层综合压裂增透效果对比研究显示文摘以西南地区某多煤层瓦斯巷为试验地点,对比实施了分层单一水力压裂和多煤层综合水力压裂,分析了煤层压裂发展全过程,探讨了煤层压入水量对后续钻孔施工的影响,获得了压裂后煤层瓦斯含量和含水率分布规律、以及煤层瓦斯抽采效果,明确了不同压裂方式的有效增透范围。结果表明:煤层压裂分为应力累积、裂缝起裂、裂缝扩展、裂缝多次起裂-扩展、裂缝扩展完成5个阶段;分层压裂的平均压力略高于综合压裂,但压入总水量明显少于综合压裂;分层压裂后煤层瓦斯含量和含水率分别低于和高于综合压裂技术,煤层瓦斯初始抽采体积分数更高,且煤层单孔和钻场的平均瓦斯抽采体积分数达54.1%和43%,较多煤层综合压裂技术提高了14.9%和9%;2种压裂方式的有效增透半径分别达50、40 m,表明分层水力压裂技术能显著提高煤层群压裂的有效增透范围及效果;分层压裂技术能减少煤层压入水量,降低后续瓦斯钻孔施工时发生抱钻等不良现象。冯仁俊 2021煤矿安全2021,52,12:10
2不同煤级煤液相侵入效应低场核磁共振实验研究显示文摘我国煤层普遍具有低透气性、高瓦斯含量的特性,在低透气性煤层增透方面,煤层注水、水力压裂、水力割缝等水力化技术得到了广泛应用,并取得了良好的瓦斯治理效果。然而水作为外侵液进入煤体,堵塞了瓦斯流动通道,降低了瓦斯解吸量,产生了水锁效应。为分析水力化技术造成水锁效应的内在机理,利用压汞实验分析了煤样孔容分布规律,以及利用扫描电镜分析了原始、饱水、饱CMC溶液煤样的微观结构,基于低场核磁共振技术研究了煤样在饱水状态以及饱CMC溶液状态下的液相滞留效应,并根据曲线相似度法分析了孔径与束缚流体饱和度的相似度。研究结果表明:CMC溶液可以溶解煤中的矿物质增加煤孔隙裂隙以及降低水在煤体表面的表面张力,从而达到解除水锁效应的目的;随着煤变质程度的增大,T 2截止值在逐渐减小,T 2截止值的数值与煤样孔径大小呈负相关;煤样的束缚流体饱和度远大于自由流体饱和度,煤样在饱水状态下的束缚流体饱和度比饱CMC溶液状态下高;高变质程度的煤大孔孔容少、微孔孔容多,使得水在煤孔隙中的毛细管力大,最终造成高阶煤的水锁效应严重;大孔孔容是影响束缚流体饱和度的主控因素,微孔起到正向促进作用,得到束缚流体饱和度S与大孔孔容V A、微孔孔容V D的耦合关系式:S=94.86-1078.96 V A+261.24 V D。滞留在煤体内的束缚水阻塞了瓦斯流动通道,是造成水锁效应的根本原因,增加煤层的孔隙裂隙以及选用合适的表面活性是减缓煤层水锁效应的有效措施。刘谦 黄建滨 倪冠华 郭玉森 仲涛 2020煤炭学报2020,45,3:10
3Water blocking effect caused by the use of hydraulic methods for permeability enhancement in coal seams and methods for its removal显示文摘To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction' is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume.Liu Qian Guo Yusen An Fenghua Lin Luyao Lai Yongming 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4:8
4基于响应面法的钻割一体化喷嘴稳健性优化显示文摘针对现有钻割一体化喷嘴可靠性及破岩能力较差的问题,在泵压(30 MPa)一定的条件下,基于Hashish切割理论,以喷嘴出口直径、收缩角、出口圆柱段长度以及锥形直线段长度为设计变量,以喷嘴出口轴心速度为响应变量,结合喷嘴特征参数与钻割一体化钻头的匹配及加工精度问题,选择适当的约束条件,以喷嘴出口轴心速度最大为优化目标,采用响应面法(RSM)结合物理试验验证,在单因素筛选实验的基础上,建立了响应变量与其主控因素之间的响应面模型,分析了各主控因素之间交互作用对响应变量的影响规律,对适合松软煤层的大直径喷嘴进行稳健性优化.试验验证表明:相同条件下,喷嘴流量系数提高了1.26%,冲蚀体积明显增加,破岩能力及效果增强.邹全乐 林柏泉 郑春山 周延 代华明 张震 杨威 2013中国矿业大学学报2013,42,6:7
5Pressure-relief and permeability-increase technology of high liquid–solid coupling blast and its application显示文摘As for the coal seam with high stress,high gas and low permeability,a single technology cannot prevent the complex dynamic disasters.Because of this,the study proposes a new method of pressure-relief and permeability-increase technology of the high liquid–solid coupling blast.Through coal seam injection and charging structure change,the paper fully works out the dual functions of the water and explosion.Using the theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and physical experiments,we obtained that the initial blasting stress,displacement and overpressure of the liquid–solid coupling blast are much better than that of ordinary blasting.The technology has been used in the relative coal mine,and the application results show that the technique has effectively prevented the coal and gas outburst,which has a wide range of application.Hao Zhiyong Zhou Chao Lin Baiquan Pang Yuan Li Ziwen 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:3
6CO_2 –H_2O–coal interaction of CO_2 storage in coal beds显示文摘In order to study the physical and chemical reaction after CO2 injected into coal beds at different condition.The physical and chemistry reaction among CO2,H2O and coal was studied,and the influence on permeability and porosity of coal beds was carried out.The experimental method was used,so did the basic theory of mineralogy,coal petrology,geochemistry,analytical geochemistry and physical chemistry.In this experiment,the changes of mineral and permeability of coal and water quality were observed through CO2 solution reacting with different coal samples.The differences could be found out by comparing the properties and microcrystalline structure before and after the reaction.There are three results were carried out:First,the content of carbonate in coal beds decreases because of the dissolution reaction between carbonate minerals and CO2 solution,and precipitation is formed by reaction of chlorite and orthoclase.Second,the result that permeability and porosity of coal beds are improved after the reaction is proposed.Third,the initial permeability of different coal samples plays a great role on the reaction,and the improvement of permeability is not obvious in the samples which have too low or too high permeability,and the improvement is good in medium permeability(0.2–3 mD).Gao Shasha Wang Yanbin Jia Lilong Wang Hongjie Yuan Jun Wang Xianghao 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,4:2
7Switching mechanism and optimisation research on a pressure-attitude adaptive adjusting coal seam water jet slotter显示文摘To investigate the attitude-switching mechanisms of existing jet slotters,which integrate drilling,punching and slotting operations,and to improve its fracture ability,we used the power bond diagram theory to analyse the dynamic flow pressure,and force of slotters.A mathematical model was developed for the dynamic characteristics of slotter systems.Furthermore,to study the effect of the main characteristic parameters on the ability of the nozzle to erode sandstone,multi-orthogonal experiments were carried out.And the optimised slots were applied in later practical operations.The research results show that the inlet fluid passed through the time-varying orifice to generate pressure differential thrust,which overcame the spring force,pushed the valve core to open the side nozzle,and closed the rear cavity channel thereby realising the switch of the slotter attitude.An optimal plan was established to balance the diameter,depth,and volume of punching,and a rock-breaking plan was developed for the slotter.Subsequently,the optimised water jet slotter was practically used in coal seam gas drainage.Compared with conventional dense drilling,water jet slotting technology significantly improves the ability,efficiency,and effect of increasing the permeability of the coal seam.Yiyu Lu Yangkai Zhang Jiren Tang Qi Yao 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6:1
