| 1 | 中国大陆地区妇女骨质疏松筛选工具探讨显示文摘目的建立适用于中国大陆地区40岁及以上妇女的骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)筛选工具。方法以20~39岁妇女腰椎骨密度的均数和标准差作为参考值计算T—score。以双能X线骨密度仪(dual—energy X—ray absorptiometry,DxA)的测量结果作为金标准,采用二分类的Bayes判别分析,建立判别函数。结果我国大陆地区40岁及以上妇女OP筛选工具(osteoporosis screening tool for Chinese,OSTC)为:体重-2×年龄+50。判别准则为OSTC〉0为无OP危险性,OSTC≤0为有OP危险性。OSTC的正判率为75.78%,灵敏度为76.8%,特异度为75.1%,Kappa值为0.51(P=0.000),说明OSTC与DXA的判定结果一致性尚可。结论OSTC是一个简便的OP筛选工具。根据年龄、体重两个变量的简单计算,即可对我国大陆地区40岁及以上的妇女进行OP危险性的筛选。但OSTC没有得到外部数据的验证,其优劣还有待进一步评价。 | 张菊英 吴涛 杨定焯 程晓光 周琦 卓铁军 张华寿 项静 王洪复 区品中。 刘建立 徐苓 黄公怡 黄琪仁 Barden HS Weynand LS Fqukner KG 孟迅吾 区品中 | 2007 | 中国修复重建外科杂志2007，21，1： | 26 |
| 2 | 术前肌电图和脑干听觉诱发电位与面肌痉挛微血管减压术后迟发性面瘫发生的关系(英文)显示文摘Background Delayed facial palsy ( DFP) after microvascular decompression ( MVD) in patients with hemifacial spasm ( HFS) is not uncommon,but the cause remains unknown. Objectives To assess whether intraoperative electromyography ( EMG) and brainstem auditory evoked potential ( BAEP) can predict DFP after MVD. Methods Between September 2009 and February 2011 we examined 86 patients,9 of whom ( 10. 4% ) developed DFP after MVD on the same side. All patients underwent MVD and were followed - up for a median period of 13 months ( range 6-22) . We retrospectively examined intraoperative facial EMG and BAEP findings using our MVD patients' registry. We excluded secondary HFS and immediate postoperative facial palsy after MVD in this study. We assessed the prevalence and clinical characteristics of DFP and compared EMG and BAEP findings between DFP and non-DFP groups. Results: All pa- tients recovered completely,with a mean time to recovery of 37. 8 days ( range 22-57) . There were no significant differences between DFP and non - DFP patients in terms of the amplitude and latency of intraoperative EMG and BAEP. Conclusion The usefulness of intraoperative facial EMG and BAEP is limited and cannot predict DFP after MVD for HFS. | 4 | Antidiarrhoeal activity of leaf methanolic extract of Rauwolfia serpentina显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the antidiarrhoeal property of methanol extract of the leaves of Rauwolfia serpentina(R. serpentina) in experimental diarrhoea induced by castor oil in mice.Methods:Doses of 100, 200 and 400 mg/kgR. serpentinaleaf methanol extracts were administered to castor oil induced diarrhoea mice to determine its antidiarrhoeal activity.Results:All doses of the extract and the reference drug atropine sulphate(3 mg/kg, i.p.) produced a dose-dependent reduction in intestinal weight and fluid volume. | 6 | 青年人群腰椎骨密度及标准差对骨质疏松检出率的影响:多中心、大样本分析(英文)显示文摘背景:不同地区骨峰值和标准差不同,对骨质疏松诊断率有较大影响。探讨建立一完整数据库为中国人骨质疏松诊断准确性提供依据。目的:探讨青年人腰椎骨密度和标准差正常参考值影响骨质疏松症检出率的程度。设计、时间及地点:调查分析,于1997-01/1999-12分别在北京、上海、广州、南京、嘉兴和成都市完成。对象:采用前瞻性及回顾性方法对全国6个中心骨密度参考数据库中11418人进行调查统计分析;男3666人,女7752人;年龄20岁~90岁;分别来自北京(2385人)、广州(1178人)、上海(1404人)、南京(2938人)、成都(1425人)、嘉兴(2088人),受试者来源于社区调查、健康体检和健康志愿者。方法:用GE-Lunar公司的DXA仪测量骨密度,调查全国6个中心11418人L2~L4腰椎后前位和髋部骨密度,建立了骨密度参考数据库。6个中心的仪器内部精度0.3%~0.7%,仪器间的精度1.1%。主要观察指标:①6个中心不同年龄组腰椎骨密度分布。②青年人群骨密度及其标准差值对骨质疏松症检出率的影响。结果:中国汉族女性以腰椎进行骨质疏松症诊断的青年人群的骨密度和标准差值,6个中心,最大差值分别为0.098g/cm2和0.027g/cm2。用6个中心及总体各自的青年人平均骨密度和标准差值为参考标准,对同一人群计算T-score和获得的骨质疏松症检出率不相同;发现青年人平均骨密度每变化0.01g/cm2,则骨质疏松症检出率变化1.6%(呈正相关),其标准差值每变化0.01g/cm2,则骨质疏松症检出率变化4%(呈负相关)。结论:青年人平均骨密度和标准差值不同引起骨质疏松症检出率也不相同。为了让不同中心的骨质疏松症检出率有可比性,建议同一个类型的骨密度仪,同一个种族,同一个地区用一个设计较完善大样本的参考数据库,以其青年人正常参考值计算T-score。 | 王文志 杨定焯 蒋建军 吴涛 程晓光 周琦 卓铁军 张华俦 项静 王洪复 区品中 刘建立 徐苓 黄公怡 黄琪仁 HS Barden LS Weynand KG Fqukner 孟迅吾 | 2008 | 中国组织工程研究与临床康复2008，12，50： | 3 |
