1广西大石围天坑群地下河水中多环芳烃的污染特征显示文摘为了确定典型喀斯特区广西大石围天坑群地下河多环芳烃的组成、来源及污染特征,沿途采集了8个断面的表层水样品,利用GC-MS仪测试了16种优控多环芳烃(PAHs).结果表明,地下河水中ΣPAHs(总量PAHs)浓度为54.7~192.0ng/L,平均值为102.3 ng/L,PAHs组成以2~3环为主,占65.1%.地下河沿程水中的PAHs浓度变化表明,上游高于下游,是因为城镇污水的排放,同时地下河对4~6环PAHs具有吸附作用;大石围天坑断面的ΣPAHs浓度显著增高93.8%,是由于地下河系统中环境介质的释放和大气传输;大石围支流汇合处的ΣPAHs浓度被稀释降低了47.3%;百朗出口断面的ΣPAHs浓度分别高于进口和大石围断面128.3%和17.8%.PAHs来源分析表明,城镇和大石围天坑区域显示以石油类及其燃烧源为主.然而,城镇的石油类源主要是人为输入,大石围天坑的则主要是天然输入;其余乡村地区显示以草木、煤燃烧源为主.与其他地区比较,大石围天坑群地下河水中PAHs污染处于较低的水平,但苯并[a]芘浓度6个断面超过国家地表水环境质量标准.孔祥胜 祁士华 Oramah IT 张原 何师意 2011环境科学2011,32,4:23
2籼粳不育新位点的发现及其遗传分析显示文摘粳稻02428携有S-5n广亲和基因,然而与籼稻IR24杂交表现为半不育。对02428与IR24.Pecos、秋光等品种杂交的分离世代的小穗育性进行遗传分析,结果表明:02428与IR24之间的不育性受单基因控制,遗传规律符合单位点孢子体一配子体遗传模式,不育性由非S-5的新位点引起,美国品种Pecos具有复等位的中性基因;RFLP标记技术检测后初步确定,该新不育位点在第11染色体上的标记G24附件,与目前已报道的不育位点都不等位,新位点暂定名为S-p(t)。研究结果还显示,粳稻品种秋光与籼稻品种IR24之间的不育性受2个不育位点S-5和S-p(t)控制,其遗传效应表现有累加作用。朱旭东 王建林 钱前 张小惠 曾大力 朱立煌 闵绍楷 熊振民4 was controlled by two S-1oci S-5 and S-p(t) and its genetical effect was 1998Acta Genetica Sinica1998,25,3:10
3Mobile Ubiquitous Service Environment显示文摘The Mobile Ubiquitous Service Environment (MUSE),established through the coordination and integration of mobile telecommunications and ubiquitous network,in the pursuit of Always Best Experience (ABE),represents the major development trend for the next generation mobile wireless network. Research on MUSE will involve the integration of the computing model system,service platform system,operating system and terminal structure system,all of which involve exploration and innovation of a new networking structure,its control and management as well as way of measuring. The change in network resources triggers the change in network computing models. To let readers have a basic understanding of MUSE,this lecture introduces it in four sections. 7Multifunctional geometric phase optical element for high-efficiency full Stokes imaging polarimetry显示文摘Polarization imaging finds applications in many areas, such as photoelasticity, ellipsometry, and biomedical imaging. A compact, snapshot, and high-efficiency imaging polarimeter is highly desirable for many applications.Here, based on a single multifunctional geometric phase optical element(GPOE), a new method is proposed for high-efficiency snapshot imaging polarimetry. With tailored spatially varying orientation of each anisotropic unit cell, the GPOE works highly efficiently as both a spin sorter and a half-wave plate, enabling snapshot retrieving of a full Stokes vector of incident light. The designed GPOE is implemented in the form of liquid crystal fabricated with a photo-alignment technology, and its application in imaging polarimetry is experimentally demonstrated by retrieving full Stokes parameters of a cylinder vector beam. 9The Cosmic Dust in Suzhou Granite:Ablated Products of a Cometary ExplosionHu Zhong-wei,Wang Er-kang,Wan Yu-qiuDepartement of Astronomy,Nanjing University,Nanjing 210093,China Department of Earth Sdence,Nanjing University,Nanjing 210093,China Cosmic dust has been collected in large number from deap-sea sediments,Greenland ice deposits,the stratosphere and space,of cosmic dust,some are the unmelted micrometeorite,and most are the ablated products of me-teoroids in the atmosphere.Cosmic dusts were recovered from two sites of the 1908 Tunguska explosion and the 1965 Revelstoks explosion Since 1987,a large number of microspherules have been extracted from Suzhou granite of China Their suface and section structures,mineral and chemical composition show that these microspherules are of the ablated cosmic dust.The microspherules occurred in the inner contact complex intrusion.It suggests that the microspherules may be products of the same event and were aggergated in some strata and then captured by the emplacement of granitic magma.Although the microspherules are similare to other ablated cosmic dusts,there are some diferences.Our calculated results of cometary motion through the atmosphere and explosion show that the microspherules may be the ablated dust of a comet with mass above 1015g at its explosion near the ground. 1996紫金山天文台台刊1996,15,3:2
10通过企业文化塑造IT核心能力:组织结构调节效应显示文摘建立信息技术(IT)核心能力是企业获得核心竞争力的重要手段,而企业文化是塑造信息技术核心能力的路径之一。本文在研究企业文化与IT核心能力关系的基础上,考虑组织结构的调节效应以及组织特征的影响作用,选取珠三角的381家制造企业作为研究对象,采用信效度分析、相关分析、回归分析和列联表等方法进行分析。实证研究结果表明,企业可以通过建立学习导向型文化塑造IT核心能力,同时组织结构对二者关系具有明显的正向调节作用,组织规模与性质对IT核心能力具有显著的影响作用。研究结果有助于企业通过建立相应的文化塑造IT核心能力,建立企业核心竞争力,对珠三角制造企业能够更好地利用信息技术能力实现成功转型具有重要的意义,对中国制造业也有重要的借鉴意义。'IT能力与组织柔性'课题组 2010经济管理2010,,11:2
11Anisotropic effect on the vibronic reduction factors显示文摘The reduction factors p and q defined by Ham in the Ee JT system and their relation 2q-p=1 have been well accepted and the concept of reduction factors is widely used in the studies of vibronic coupling. However, when the system is under the anisotropic conditions, the reduction factors and their relation will change accordingly. The first-order reduction factors p and q of Ee system were further studied using the method of unitary transformation here. The relation between p and q proposed by Ham was investigated under both conditions of the linear coupling and the anisotropic effects. The result demonstrated that the relation of 2q-p=1 was only correct for the linear vibronic coupling, but not correct when the anisotropic effect was considered. This result suggested that the anisotropic effect influence considerably the reduction factors, and hence the physical properties of materials. 14百朗地下河沉积柱芯有机氯农药的高分辨记录显示文摘测定了广西百朗地下河大石围天坑河段沉积柱芯中有机氯农药(OCPs)的质量分数,探讨了有机氯农药的垂直分布特征,结合210Pb定年研究了百朗地下河流域有机氯农药的污染历史。研究结果表明,沉积柱中总有机氯农药含量为0.42~10.63 ng/g,平均值为2.74 ng/g。百朗河流域历史上主要使用的有机氯农药有六氯苯、六六六(HCHs)、滴滴涕(DDTs)、狄氏剂和艾氏剂5种表层沉积物分析显示近年地下河流域仍有新的γ-HCH(林丹)和DDTs输入。有机氯农药的垂直分布表征百朗地下河流域在1955-1960年间六氯苯被最先使用,1961年替换为六六六,同时使用的有狄氏剂、艾氏剂农药,而滴滴涕使用可能稍晚,与我国有机氯农药的生产使用历史基本一致。研究提出了大石围天坑河段沉积柱芯中有机氯农药污的染峰值滞后于使用高峰期,与喀斯特山区土地利用方式和土壤颗粒在地下河中的迁移有关。孔祥胜 祁士华 Oram ah IT 何师意 张原 黄保健 2012环境科学与技术2012,35,2:2
