| 1 | Soil Microbiological Activity and Carbon Dynamics in the Current Climate Change Scenarios:A Review显示文摘Microbial activities are affected by a myriad of factors with end points involved in nutrient cycling and carbon sequestration issues.Because of their prominent role in the global carbon balance and their possible role in carbon sequestration, soil microbes are very important organisms in relation to global climate changes. This review focuses mainly on the responses of soil microbes to climate changes and subsequent effects on soil carbon dynamics. An overview table regarding extracellular enzyme activities(EAA) with all relevant literature data summarizes the effects of different ecosystems under various experimental treatments on EAA. Increasing temperature, altered soil moisture regimes, and elevated carbon dioxide significantly affect directly or indirectly soil microbial activities.High temperature regimes can increase the microbial activities which can provide positive feedback to climate change, whereas lower moisture condition in pedosystem can negate the increase, although the interactive effects still remain unanswered. Shifts in soil microbial community in response to climate change have been determined by gene probing, phospholipid fatty acid analysis(PLFA),terminal restriction length polymorphism(TRFLP), and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE), but in a recent investigations,omic technological interventions have enabled determination of the shift in soil microbe community at a taxa level, which can provide very important inputs for modeling C sequestration process. | 3 | 利用虚拟平扫降低冠状动脉CT血管造影辐射剂量的可行性研究显示文摘目的探讨利用双层探测器光谱CT冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)钙化积分的虚拟平扫成像(VNC)降低扫描辐射剂量的可行性。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2020年8月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院双层探测器光谱CT行CCTA扫描的122例患者资料。记录每位患者的CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效剂量(E)。记录检查时间。在后处理工作站中, 基于CCTA的光谱基数据(SBI)生成VNC图像。2名医师分别独立评价左前降支(LAD)、左回旋支(LCx)、右冠状动脉(RCA)真实平扫(TNC)及VNC的钙化积分(CS;NC, CS;NC)并做Pearson相关性分析, 得到校正系数λ, 各分支校正系数分别记为λLAD、λLCx、λRCA, 总体冠状动脉(Total)的平均校正系数记为λAVG。校正后VNC的CS(CCS;NC)=λ× CS;NC。采用重复测量单因素方差分析比较CS;NC、CCS;NC的差异;采用Bland-Altman法分析评价CS;NC、CCS;NC一致性。结果获得CS平扫的辐射剂量为0.69 mSv。心电门控冠状动脉CTA扫描的辐射剂量为6.47 mSv, 总的辐射剂量为7.16 mSv。利用基于双层探测器光谱CT冠状动脉CTA的VNC图像替代TNC图像获得CS, 可省去CTA前的平扫, 减少10.6%的总辐射剂量及39%的检查时间。LAD、LCx、RCA及Total的CS;NC, CS;NC差异有统计学意义(t=6.75、5.33、4.99、6.60, P < 0.05), 相关性良好(R2=0.929、0.896、0.958、0.918, λ=2.18、1.18、2.15、2.07)。LAD和RCA的CS;NC、平均系数CCS;NC及分支系数CCS;NC的差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。LCx的CS;NC、平均系数CCS;NC及分支系数CCS;NC差异有统计学意义(F=10.94, P<0.05)。组内两两比较:CS;NC与平均系数CCS;NC及平均系数CCS;NC与分支系数CCS;NC差异有统计学意义(t=3.21、3.43, P<0.05), LCx的CS;NC与及分支系数CCS;NC无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论利用双层探测器光谱CT的VNC技术可以从CCTA图像中准确评价冠状动脉CS, 有望代替冠状动脉常规CT平扫, 从而有效降低患者辐射剂量及减少扫描时间。 | 陈文萍 尹克杰 李茗 康丽娜 余鸿鸣 梁静 吴敏 Dar Kashif 陈杏彪 盛志洪 牡丹 | 2022 | 中华放射医学与防护杂志2022,42,1: | 11 |
| 4 | Anesthesia and sedation in pediatric gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures: A review显示文摘Gastrointestinal(GI) endoscopic procedure has become an essential modality for evaluation and treatment of GI diseases.Intravenous(IV) sedation and General Anesthesia(GA) have both been employed to minimize discomfort and provide amnesia.Both these procedures require,at the very least,monitoring of the level of consciousness,pulmonary ventilation,oxygenation and hemodynamics.Although GI endoscopy is considered safe,the procedure has a potential for complications.Increased awareness of the complications associated with sedation during GI endoscopy in children,and involving the anesthesiologists in caring for these children,may be optimal for safety.Belonging to a younger age group,having a higher ASA class and undergoing IV sedation were identified as risk factors for developing complications.Reported adverse events included inadequate sedation,low oxygen saturation,airway obstruction,apnea needing bag mask ventilation,excitement and agitation,hemorrhage and perforation.A complication rate of 1.2% was associated with procedures performed under GA,as compared to 3.7% of complications associated with IV sedation.IV sedation was seen to be independently associated with a cardiopulmonary complication rate 5.3% times higher when compared to GA.GA can therefore be considered safer and more effective in providing comfort and amnesia. | Abdul Q Dar Zahoor A Shah | 2010 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2010,2,7: | 8 |

| 11 | Morphotectonic and Lithostratigraphic Analysis of Intermontane Karewa Basin of Kashmir Himalayas,India显示文摘Morpho-tectonic study plays an important role in deciphering the effects of tectonic activity in the geomorphic evolution of the drainage basins.Romushi watershed forms one of the major watersheds of the intermontane Karewa Basin of Kashmir Valley.The Karewa sediments are characterized by glacio-fluvio-lacustrine deposits capped by the aeolian loess.The geomorphic,morphometric and lithostratigraphic studies of these cap deposits have been carried out to elucidate the effect of tectonics on the geomorphic evolution of Romushi Watershed.Geomorphic mapping was carried out using GPS measurements,DEM at 30m resolution,Topographic Position Index(TPI) model,topographic maps,LANDSAT TM Imagery and field data.Morphometric and morphotectonic analyses in GIS environment were used to calculate various geomorphic indices(Mountain Front Sinuosity Index,Bifurcation Ratio,Asymmetry Factor,River Profile,etc).These indices reveal that the tectonic uplift observed in the region due to Himalayan orogeny coupled with mass movement and aeolian deposition have dominated the landscape evolution of intermontane Karewa Basin of Kashmir throughout the Late Quaternary Period.Additional data from lithostratigraphic measurements were analyzed to understand the geomorphic evolution of intermontane Karewa Basin.The data revealed that the basin has experienced differential uplift and erosion rates from time to time in the geological past.This was corroborated by the results from the morphometric and morphotectonic analysis. | Reyaz Ahmad DAR Rakesh CHANDRA Shakil Ahmad ROMSHOO | 2013 | Journal of Mountain Science2013,10,1: | 4 |

The friction between the end effector and the environment is considered and compensated. For systematic reasons the controller is designed taking into consideration the rigid link subsystems and the flexible joints. The proposed control system satisfies the stability of the two subsystems and copes with the uncertainty of robot dynamics. A sliding observer is designed to estimate the time derivative of the torque applied as input to the rigid part of the robot. For the stability of the observer, it is assumed that the uncertainty of the observed system is bounded. A MRAC algorithm is used for the estimation of the friction forces at the contact point between the end effector and the environment. | 18 | Evaluation of mercury methylation in fresh and pre dried sediments using ^(203)Hg radioisotope显示文摘Mercury methylation rates in fresh and pre dried river sediments were determined in sediment water systems spiked with 203 HgCl 2 at a level of 0.75—0.95 ppm as Hg. At the end of the incubation period (21—38 days), methylmercury production in the fresh sediments was in the order of 3.0% to 13.75%, whereas in the pre dried sediments the methylation was much lower, at 0.6% to 3.9%. The highest methylation levels were generally recorded in the uppermost, 1 cm layer of the sediment column. Total mercury concentration in water in equilibrium with the 203 Hg spiked fresh sediments was in the range of 44.7 to 634 ng/L, whereas in equilibrium with the pre dried sediments the concentration was in the range of 19.5 to 34.5 ng/L. The proportion of methylmercury to total mercury in the water varied from 9.4% to 66.6% over the fresh sediments, and from 7.1% to 10.8% over the pre dried sediments. In the system consisting of water, sediment and sediment inverterbrates the concentrations of methylmercury were 8.61 to 15.69 ng/g in the sediment, 0.011 ng/ml in the water, and 9.22 to 40.69 ng/g in the inverterbrates. Methylmercury bioaccumualtion factors (BAFs) were in the order of 274 to 8087 relative to the water, and 0.25 to 7.31 relative to the sediment.
