2circStrn3 is involved in bone cancer pain regulation in a rat model显示文摘Bone cancer pain(BCP)is a common chronic pain that is caused by a primary or metastatic bone tumor,More detailed molecular mechanisms of BCP are warranted.In this study,we established a BCP rat model.The von Frey hair test,body weight,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were employed.We screened differentilly expressed circRNAs(DECs)between the BCP group and sham group.The results revealed that 850 DECs were significantly up-regulated and 644 DECs were significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Furthermore,we identified 1177 diffrentially expressed genes(DEGs)significantly up-regulated and 565 DEGs significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Gene Ontology annotation of all 1742 DEGs revealed that biological regulation of metabolic processes,cellular processes,and binding were the top enriched terrms.For Kyoto Ency-clopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis,phagosome,HTLV-I infection,proteoglycans in cancer,and herpes simplex infection were significantly enriched in this study.In addition,we identified four selected circRNAs,chr6:72418120|72430205.chr20:756105717573740,chr18:69943105|69944476,and chr5:167516581|167558250,by quantitative real time PCR.chr6:72418120|72430205(circStrn3)was selected for further study based on expression level and the circRNA--miRNA--mRNA network table.Western blot analysis suggested that knockdown of circStrn3 could effectively induce Walker 256 cell apoptosis.In summary,our study provided a more in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanisms of BCP.Yiwen Zhang Xiaoxia Zhang Zumin Xing Shuyi Tang Hanwen Chen Zhongqi Zhang Jiyuan Li Yalan Li 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,5:2
3Anchoring nitrogen-doped Co_(2)P nanoflakes on NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanorod arrays over nickel foam as high-performance 3D electrode for alkaline hydrogen evolution显示文摘Effective and robust electrocatalysts are mainly based on innovative materials and unique structures.Herein,we designed a flakelike cobalt phosphide-based catalyst supporting on NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanorods array,which in-situ grew on the nickel foam(NF)current collector,referring as NCo_(2)P/NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF electrode.By optimizing the microstructure and electronic structure through 3D hierarchy fabrication and nitrogen doping,the catalyst features with abundant electrochemical surface area,favorable surface wettability,excellent electron transport,as well as tailored d band center.Consequently,the as-prepared N-Co_(2)P/NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF electrode exhibits an impressive HER activity with a low overpotentials of58 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2),a Tafel slop of 75 mV dec^(-1),as well as superior durability in alkaline medium.This work may provide a new pathway to effectively improve the hydrogen evolution performance of transition metal phosphides and to develop promising electrodes for practical electrocatalysis.Xiaohao Ji Xiaoyu Chen Lijuan Zhang Cheng Meng Yilei He Xing Zhang Zumin Wang Ranbo Yu 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,2:1
4Nanostructured BiVO4 Derived from Bi-MOF for Enhanced Visible-light Photodegradation显示文摘BiVO4,a promising visible-light responding photocatalyst,has aroused extensive research interest because of inexpensiveness and excellent chemical stability.However,its main drawback is the poor photoinduced charge-transfer dynamics.Building nanostructures is an effective way to tackle this problem.Herein,we put forward a new method to prepare nanostructured BiVO4 from Bi-based metal-organic frameworks[Bi-MOF(CAU-17)]precursor.The as-prepared material has a rod-like morphology inherited from the Bi-MOF sacrificial template and consists of small nanoparticle as building blocks.Compared with its counterparts prepared by conventional methods,MOF-derived nanostructured BiVO4 shows better light absorption ability,narrower bandgap,and improved electrical conductivity as well as reduced recombination.Consequently,BiVO4 nanostructure demonstrates high photocatalytic activity under visible light towards the degradation of methylene blue.Methylene blue can be degraded up to 90%within 30 min with a reaction rate constant of 0.058 min-1.Moreover,the cycling stability of the catalyst is excellent to withstand unchanged degradation efficiency for at least 5 cycles.CHEN Jianfei CHEN Xiaoyu ZHANG Xing YUAN Yao BI Ruyi YOU Feifei WANG Zumin YU Ranbo 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,1:0
5Ti-MOF Derived N-Doped TiO2 Nanostructure as Visible-light-driven Photocatalyst显示文摘Nanostructured N-doped TiO2 photocatalyst has been prepared via a new approach from Ti-based MOF[NH2-MIL-125(Ti)]precursor.The success of N doping enhances light absorption and narrows the bandgap.Moreover,the as-prepared nanostructure is constructed with tiny nanoparticles and resembles a pie-like morphology inherited from the MOF,which accelerates electron transfer.Hence,as a photocatalyst for the degradation of methylene blue(MB)under visible light irradiation,the N-doped TiO2(N-TiO2)nanostructure shows higher photocatalytic activity with a reaction rate constant of 0.018min^-1 than that of the TiO2-P25 and TiO2 under the visible light.HE Yilei ZHANG Xing WEI Yanze CHEN Xiaoyu WANG Zumin YU Ranbo 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,3:0
