1Tianwen-1 MINPA observations in the solar wind显示文摘The Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer(MINPA)is one of the three scientific instruments onboard the Tianwen-1 orbiter to investigate the Martian space environment.During Tianwen-1’s transfer orbit to Mars,the MINPA was switched on to measure the solar wind ions.Here,we present the first results of the MINPA observations in the solar wind.During cruise,nearly half of the MINPA ion field-of-view(FOV)was blocked by the lander capsule;thus only the solar-wind ions with azimuthal speeds pointing towards the unblocked FOV sectors could be detected.We perform a detailed comparison of the MINPA’s solar wind observations with data from Earth-based missions when MINPA reached its count-rate peak,finding a general consistency of the ion moments between them.The blocking effect due to the lander is evaluated quantitatively under varying solar-wind velocity conditions.Despite the blocking effect,the MINPA’s solar wind measurements during the transfer orbit suggest a good performance.AiBing Zhang LingGao Kong WenYa Li Lei Li BinBin Tang ZhaoJin Rong Yong Wei JiJie Ma YiTeng Zhang LiangHai Xie YuXian Wang JianSen He Bin Liu WenJing Wang Bin Su JiaWei Li Xu Tan Fang Wang TaiFeng Jin FuHao Qiao Peter Wurz Yan Zhu YunFei Bai YiRen Li XinBo Zhu YueQiang Sun YongLiao Zou Chi Wang 2022Earth and Planetary Physics2022,6,1:5

7A Trust Scheme Based DRM Model for P2P System显示文摘With the maturation of P2P technology, there are more and more challenges to the protection of digital rights. DRM for traditional Client/Server model can not satisfy the requirement of digital right protection of P2P network. With practical application of P2P network technology and new generational DRM technology, the article proposes a DRM model for P2P system based on trust degree. The proposed model shares the secret key to the trusty peers and affords necessary security ensure for digital content delivery based on P2P technology. 8Single-cell RNA-sequencing reveals radiochemotherapy-induced innate immune activation and MHC-II upregulation in cervical cancer显示文摘Radiochemotherapy(RCT)is a powerful treatment for cervical cancer,which affects not only malignant cells but also the immune and stromal compartments of the tumor.Understanding the remodeling of the local ecosystem induced by RCT would provide valuable insights into improving treatment strategies for cervical cancer.In this study,we applied single-cell RNA-sequencing to paired pre-and post-RCT tumor biopsies from patients with cervical cancer and adjacent normal cervical tissues.We found that the residual population of epithelial cells post-RCT showed upregulated expression of MHC class II genes.Moreover,RCT led to the accumulation of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells with increased pro-inflammatory features and CD16+NK cells with a higher cytotoxic gene expression signature.However,subclusters of T cells showed no significant increase in the expression of cytotoxic features post-RCT.These results reveal the complex responses of the tumor ecosystem to RCT,providing evidence of activation of innate immunity and MHC-II upregulation in cervical cancer.Chao Liu Xiaohui Li Qingyu Huang Min Zhang Tianyu Lei Fuhao Wang Wenxue Zou Rui Huang Xiaoyu Hu Cong Wang Xiaoling Zhang Bing Sun Ligang Xing Jinbo Yue Jinming Yu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:0
9A DRM System Based on Mobile Agent for Digital Rights Redistribution显示文摘We propose a digital rights management (DRM) sys-tem based on mobile agent to protect the copyrights of content providers. In the system, the content provider creates a time lim-ited blackbox out of an original agent and dispatches it to the user end to enforce DRM functions. The blackbox is an agent that can resist the attacks from the malicious user in a certain time interval. Owing to digital rights redistribution support, the user whose rights belong to redistribution category can transfer his rights to other users. Moreover, by introducing public key infrastructure (PKI) and certificate authority (CA) role, the security of the ses-sion can be ensured. 10Strain effects on the interfacial thermal conductance of graphene/h-BN heterostructure显示文摘Previous experimental and computational results have confirmed that the thermal conductivity of a twodimensional(2D) material can be considerably affected by strain. Numerous attention has been paid to explore the relevant mechanisms. However, the strain effects on the interfacial thermal conductance(ITC) of 2D heterostructure have attracted little attention. Herein, the non-equilibrium molecular dynamics(NEMD) simulations were conducted to the graphene/hexagonal boron nitride(GR/h-BN) heterostructure to investigate the strain effects on the ITC. Three types of strains were considered, i.e., tensile strain, compressive strain, and shear strain.The results indicate that the strain can adjust the ITC for the GR/h-BN heterostructure effectively, and the strain loading direction also influences the ITC. Generally, the tensile strain reduces the ITC of the heterostructure, in addition to the BN-C system at small tensile strain;both the compressive strain and shear strain increase the ITC,especially at a small strain. For the NB-C system, it is more sensitive to the strain loading direction and the yx shear strain of 0.06 is the most effective way to strengthen the ITC. 11Log-scaling magnitude modulated watermarking scheme显示文摘A real-time watermarking scheme with high robustness and security has been proposed based on modulating the log-scaling magnitudes of DCT coefficients, which is most suitable for JPEG images and MPEG streams. The watermark bit is encoded as the sign of the difference between the individual log-scaling magnitude of a group-region and the average one of all group-regions. The log-scaling magnitude can be modulated by modifying the low and middle frequency DCT coefficients imperceptibly. The robustness of scheme is not only dependent on those largest coefficients, but also on the other coefficients with the same proportion. It can embed 512 bits into an image with a size of 512×512, which can satisfy the payload requirement of most video watermarking applications. Moreover, the watermark embedding process only requires one-sixth of the time consumed during normal playing of video, and the watermark detection only requires one-twelfth of that, which can meet the real-time requirements of most video watermarking applications. Furthermore, the experimental results show that the presented scheme is transparent and robust to significant valumetric distortions (including additive noise, low-pass filtering, lossy compression and valumetric scaling) and a part of geometric distortions.
