1Expression of ipt gene driven by tomato fruit specific promoter and its effects on fruit development of tomato显示文摘Fruit specific promoter (2A12) from Lycopersi-com esculentum and cDNA of isopentenyl-transferase (ipt) from Ti plasmid of Agrobacterium tumerfaciens C58 were cloned by PCR procedure respectively. Two plant expression vectors with 2A12/gus or 2A12/ipt were respectively constructed. These two chimeric genes were transferred into tomato by Agrobacterium mediated procedure. The results of Southern hybridization showed that the fusion genes had been integrated into tomatoes. The result of gus histochemi-cal staining showed that 2A12 had high fruit specific expressive capability in transgenic tomato. The ipt expression resulted in accumulation of high level of cytokinins (CTKs) in fruit lead to developmental changes in fruits and seeds. The fruit of ipt transformed tomato had the hyperplastic placenta with very few seeds or even seedless. The shelf life of transgenic fruits elongated for 1-2 weeks. 3Suppression of the G-sensitive drift of laser gyro in dual-axis rotational inertial navigation system显示文摘The dual-axis rotational inertial navigation system(INS)with dithered ring laser gyro(DRLG)is widely used in high precision navigation.The major inertial sensor errors such as drift errors of gyro and accelerometer can be averaged out,but the G-sensitive drifts of laser gyro cannot be averaged out by indexing.A 16-position rotational simulation experiment proves the G-sensitive drift will affect the long-term navigation error for the rotational INS quantitatively.The vibration coupling and asymmetric structure of the DRLG are the main errors.A new dithered mechanism and optimized DRLG is designed.The validity and efficiency of the optimized design are conformed by 1 g sinusoidal vibration experiments.An optimized inertial measurement unit(IMU)is formulated and measured experimentally.Laboratory and vehicle experimental results show that the divergence speed of longitude errors can be effectively slowed down in the optimized IMU.In long term independent navigation,the position accuracy of dual-axis rotational INS is improved close to 50%,and the G-sensitive drifts of laser gyro in the optimized IMU are less than 0.0002°/h.These results have important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the structural dynamic characteristics of DRLG INS,especially the highprecision inertial system.YU Xudong WANG Zichao FAN Huiying WEI Guo WANG Lin 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,4:2
4Scanning and Splicing Atom Lithography for Self-traceable Nanograting Fabrication显示文摘Atom lithography is a unique method to fabricate self-traceable pitch standards and angle standards,but extending its structure area to millimeter-level for application is challenging.In this paper,on the one hand,we put forward a new approach to fabricate a full-covered self-traceable Cr nanograting by inserting and scanning a Dove prism in the Gaussian beam direction of atom lithography.On the other hand,we extend the structure area along the standing-wave direction by splicing two-step atom deposition.Both nanostructures manufactured via scanning atom lithography and splicing atom lithography demonstrate good pitch accuracy,parallelism,continuity,and homogeneity,which opens a new way to fabricate centimeter-level full-covered self-traceable nanograting and lays the basis for the application of square ruler and optical encoders at the nanoscale.Xiao Deng Wen Tan Zhaohui Tang Zichao Lin Xinbin Cheng Tongbao Li 2022Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2022,5,2:1
5Electrospun Bi-decorated Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)/TiO_(2) flexible carbon nanofibers and their applications on degradating of organic pollutants under solar radiation显示文摘Presently,photocatalytic degradation has emerged as an attractive and efficient technology for wastewater treatment.In order to avoid hurdles,such as difficulty in the suspended photocatalyst segregation from the aqueous system and low reutilization rate,the strategy of immobilizing photocatalysts with electro-spun fibers has been widely studied.However,those methods usually require multi-step preparation and complex operations.Considering this,a novel metallic Bi-decorated flexible multiphase Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)/TiO_(2) electrospun carbon nanofibers(Bi/Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)-TiO_(2)/CNFs)with high photocatalytic efficiency,good mechanical property,good stability,easy separation,and recovery were synthesized via a one-step approach of pre-oxidation and carbonization treatment.The as-prepared Bi/Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)-TiO_(2)/CNFs with multiphase Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z),anatase TiO_(2),and metallic Bi particles embedded not only enhance the harvest of light but also pro-vide more separation paths for photogenerated carriers,which improve photocatalytic efficiency greatly.The Bi/Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)-TiO_(2)/CNFs(S3)exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance and the degradation rate of 10 mg L^(-1) Rhodamine B(RhB)was up to 97%in only 30 min under simulated sunlight irradiation.Also,S3 exhibited stable activity during 5 cycles of experiments since the degradation rates remained at about 97%in 30 min.The mechanism of degradation of RhB by Bi/Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)-TiO_(2)/CNFs in the photocat-alytic process was also proposed based on active species trapping experiments.The work in this paper shows that Bi/Bi_(x)Ti_(y)O_(z)-TiO_(2)/CNFs are easy to prepare and have high photocatalytic ability and stability,thereby offering a new strategy in catalyst immobilization and wastewater treatment.Liangtao Yao Changpo Sun Hui Lin Guisheng Li Zichao Lian Ruixin Song Songlin Zhuang Dawei Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,19:0
6Numerical modeling and experimental investigation of a two-phase sink vortex and its fluid-solid vibration characteristics显示文摘A sink vortex is a common physical phenomenon in continuous casting,chemical extraction,water conservancy,and other industrial processes,and often causes damage and loss in production.Therefore,the real-time monitoring of the sink vortex state is important for improving industrial production efficiency.However,its suction-extraction phenomenon and shock vibration characteristics in the course of its formation are complex mechanical dynamic factors for flow field state monitoring.To address this issue,we set up a multi-physics model using the level set method(LSM)for a free sink vortex to study the two-phase interaction mechanism.Then,a fluid–solid coupling dynamic model was deduced to investigate the shock vibration characteristics and reveal the transition mechanism of the critical flow state.The numerical results show that the coupling energy shock induces a pressure oscillation phenomenon,which appears to be a transient enhancement of vibration at the vortex penetration state.The central part of the transient enhancement signal is a high-frequency signal.Based on the dynamic coupling model,an experimental observation platform was established to verify the accuracy of the numerical results.The water-model experiment results were accordant with the numerical results.The above results provide a reference for fluid state recognition and active vortex control for industrial monitoring systems,such as those in aerospace pipe transport,hydropower generation,and microfluidic devices.Zichao YIN Yesha NI Lin LI Tong WANG Jiafeng WU Zhe LI Dapeng TAN 2024Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2024,25,1:0
7Manganese nanodepot augments host immune response against coronavirus显示文摘Interferon(IFN)responses are central to host defense against coronavirus and other virus infections.Manganese(Mn)is capable of inducing IFN production,but its applications are limited by nonspecific distributions and neurotoxicity.Here,we exploit chemical engineering strategy to fabricate a nanodepot of manganese(nanoMn)based on Mn2+.Compared with free Mn2+,nanoMn enhances cellular uptake and persistent release of Mn2+in a pH-sensitive manner,thus strengthening IFN response and eliciting broad-spectrum antiviral effects in vitro and in vivo.Preferentially phagocytosed by macrophages,nanoMn promotes M1 macrophage polarization and recruits monocytes into inflammatory foci,eventually augmenting antiviral immunity and ameliorating coronavirus-induced tissue damage.Besides,nanoMn can also potentiate the development of virus-specific memory T cells and host adaptive immunity through facilitating antigen presentation,suggesting its potential as a vaccine adjuvant.Pharmacokinetic and safety evaluations uncover that nanoMn treatment hardly induces neuroinflammation through limiting neuronal accumulation of manganese.Therefore,nanoMn offers a simple,safe,and robust nanoparticle-based strategy against coronavirus.Yizhe Sun Yue Yin Lidong Gong Zichao Liang Chuanda Zhu Caixia Ren Nan Zheng Qiang Zhang Haibin Liu Wei Liu Fuping You Dan Lu Zhiqiang Lin 2021Nano Research2021,14,5:0

9Consolidated bioprocess of corn stover to polysaccharide using Chaetomium globosum CGMCC 6882显示文摘Polysaccharide produced from medicinal endophytic fungus not only has applications in foods,but also exhibits multiple biological activities.In this work,an endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum CGMCC 6882 could use corn stover to produce a polysaccharide(GCP-SC)by consolidated bioprocess and the titer of GCP-SC reached 3.2 g/L.The transcriptional levels of genes related to cellulose degradation(cbh,cdh,glu and egl)in C.globosum CGMCC 6882 were 4.38,3.85,3.13,and 2.17 folds compared to the control group when corn stover was used as the sole carbon source.Moreover,GCP-SC showed a time-and dose-dependent manner of inhibitory effect on A549 cells and the inhibitory rate reached 93.3%.This work provides meaningful data on agricultural residues utilization and facilitation of future relative resource conversion studies.Lin Peng Tao Ning Wenbo Lu Peizhang Chen Haifeng Li Yanjie Yi Zichao Wang Yuansen Hu 2019Grain & Oil Science and Technology2019,2,1:0
