1Application of serum surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization proteomic patterns in distinguishing lung cancer patients from healthy people显示文摘Screening and early diagnosis of lung cancer relies mainly on chest X-ray, low-dose computed tomography, bronchoscopy, sputum cytology, and measurement of tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin-19 fragments (Cyfra21-1), and neuron-specific enolase (NSE). However, all these methods lack adequate sensitivity and/or specificity. 1-3 Better methods are therefore urgently needed in screening and early diagnosis of lung cancer, and proteomic fingerprinting represents a promising approach. Surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS), an innovative proteomic technology, has overcome many of the limitations of two-dimensional electrophoresis (2D) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). 4,5 Recently, this technology has been successfully used to distinguish pancreatic, ovarian and prostate cancer patients from healthy control subjects. 5-7 The aim of the current study was to investigate the application of serum SELDI protein profiling in distinguishing lung cancer patients from healthy persons.YANGShuan-ying XIAOXue-yuan ZHANGWang-gang SUNXiu-zhen ZHANGLi-juan ZHANGWei ZHOUBin CHENGuo-an HEDa-cheng 2005Chinese Medical Journal2005,,12:48

3Soil Organic Matter Mapping by Decision Tree Modeling显示文摘Based on a case study of Longyou County, Zhejiang Province, the decision tree, a data mining method, was used to analyze the relationships between soil organic matter (SOM) and other environmental and satellite sensing spatial data.The decision tree associated SOM content with some extensive easily observable landscape attributes, such as landform,geology, land use, and remote sensing images, thus transforming the SOM-related information into a clear, quantitative,landscape factor-associated regular system. This system could be used to predict continuous SOM spatial distribution.By analyzing factors such as elevation, geological unit, soil type, land use, remotely sensed data, upslope contributing area, slope, aspect, planform curvature, and profile curvature, the decision tree could predict distribution of soil organic matter levels. Among these factors, elevation, land use, aspect, soil type, the first principle component of bitemporal Landsat TM, and upslope contributing area were considered the most important variables for predicting SOM. 4An Imported Case and an Infected Close Contact of the Omicron Variant of SARS-CoV-2—Guangdong Province,China,December 13,2021显示文摘On November 27,2021,a 67-year-old male returning from Canada via airplane was transferred to the central isolation hotel in Shanghai.During the quarantine,his 1st,4th,7th,and 14th days of specimens returned negative for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On December 11,he completed 14 days of centralized isolation and returned to Guangzhou from Shanghai via airplane,then he was closed-loop transferred to Yuexiu District for a 7-day home isolation.On December 12,the local Community Health Service Center routinely collected his throat swab and the result returned to COVID-19 positive on December 13,2021.He was transported to the Guangzhou Eighth People’s Hospital for isolated treatment by negative pressure ambulance on the same day.The patient had two inflamed lungs according to the chest computed tomography(CT)examination,but his most recently updated condition was stable.An estimated 600 close contacts were identified and were placed in centralized isolation.On December 16,one of the close contacts,a 70-year-old female also tested positive for COVID-19.She lived on the lower floor of the same type of apartment as the imported case and spent 19 hours in the same building.Kuibiao Li Zhonghua Zheng Xiang Zhao Qing Zeng Tengfei Zhou Qianfang Guo Yao Hu Wenbo Xu Zhoubin Zhang Baisheng Li 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,5:4
5Scientific data and their release of Chang'E-1 and Chang'E-2显示文摘The Chang'E-1 and Chang'E-2 missions have successfully obtained a huge amount of lunar scientific data, through the seven onboard instruments including a CCD stereo camera, a laser altimeter, an interference imaging spectrometer, an X-ray spectrometer, a microwave radiometer, a high-energy particle detector and a solar-wind ion detector. Most of the Chang'E data are now publicly available to the science community, and this article serves as an official guide on how these data are classified and organized, and how they can be retrieved from http://gffzz2c5d36efd514492ahquwvpuuu6wqu6cu6.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/CE1OutENGWeb/. 6ON-LINE SELF-TESTING FOR MICRO-MACHINED GYROSCOPES显示文摘An on line self-testing for Coriolis vibratory gyroscopes (CVGs) is realized according to a digital readout electronics for capacitive sensors and micro-machined angular rate sensors. By applying some additional signals to the micro machined structure, the actual noise performance (<0.1°/s) is not worsened. The running of the primary and the secondary oscillators of CVGs is verified by self-testing. Compared with other methods, the device needs not to check the functionality. In this new approach the on-line testing is conducted at any time without disturbing the normal operational mode. Based on the approach the performance of the micro machined gyroscope can be improved and a secure availability of the functionality of the micro-machined angular rate sensor is guaranteed. 9Shadow–highlight feature matching automatic small crater recognition using high-resolution digital orthophoto map from Chang’E Missions显示文摘This paper introduces a new method of small lunar craters’ automatic identification, using digital orthophoto map(DOM) data. The core of the approach is the fact that the lunar exploration DOM data reveal contrasting highlight and shadow characteristics of small craters under sunlight irradiation. This research effort combines image processing and mathematical modeling. Overall it proposes a new planetary data processing approach, to segment and extract the highlight and shadow regions of small craters,using the image gray frequency(IGF) statistical method.IGF can also be applied to identify the coupling relationships between small craters’ shape and their relative features. This paper presents the highlight and shadow pair matching(HSPM) model which manages to perform highprecision automatic recognition of small lunar craters.Testing was performed using the DOM data of Chang’E-2(CE-2). The results have shown that the proposed method has a high level of successful detection rate. The proposed methodology that uses DOM data can complement the drawbacks of the digital elevation model(DEM) that has a relatively high false detection rate. A hybrid fusion model(FUM) that combines both DOM and DEM data, was carried out to simultaneously identify small, medium, and large-sized craters.
