1Correcting method of eddy covariance fluxes over non-flat surfaces and its application in ChinaFLUX显示文摘Although Eddy Covariance (EC) technique is one of the best methods for estimating the energy and mass exchanges between underlying surface and atmosphere in micrometeorology, errors and uncertainties still exist without necessary corrections. In this paper, we will focus on the effect of coordinate system on the eddy fluxes. Based on the data observed over four sites (one farmland site, one grassland site and two forest sites), the effects of three coordinate system transforming methods (Double Rotation-DR, Triple Rotation-TR and Planar Fit-PF)on the turbulent fluxes are analyzed. 3Discovery of low-mature hydrocarbon in manganese nodules and ooze from the Central Pacific deep sea floor显示文摘Extracts from manganese nodules and ooze from the Central Pacific deep sea floor were analyzed using the chromatogram-mass spectrum, and it was found that most of the biomarker molecules are of the low-mature type (some have characteristics of mature): the ratio of 'A'/C is high between 11.4%-19.75%; CPI is 1.22-1.23; C31-22S/ (22S+22R) hopane is 0.59-0.60, Tm/Ts is 0.99-1.99; pa moretane/(αβ+βα) hopane is 0.12-0.14; C29 sterane 20S/(20S+20R) is 0.35-0.41; ββ/(ββ+αα) is 0.38-0.45; arene TA(I)/TA(I+Ⅱ) is 0.16-0.21; methyl-phenanthrene index (MPI1) is 0.35-0.67. According to the geological settings of the sampling area and its organic geochemical characteristics, it is considered that the hydrothermal activities on the ocean floor facilitate the decomposition of organic matter in the sediment, which leads to the generation and migration of hydrocarbon into manganese nodules and ooze. 4Mathematical model study on the damage of the liquid phase to productivity in the gas reservoir with a bottom water zone显示文摘The production process in the gas reservoir with an aquifer is complex.With gas production,aquifer water could possibly flow into the production well and accumulate within the well bore,which leads to a lower production rate and may even block the producer.However,few studies in the literature investigate the damage caused by the liquid phase in this kind of reservoir or predict gas productivity using the relationship between reservoir pressure and water gas ratio(WGR).For this reason,it is important to know the effects of the formation of liquid phase behavior on production when an aquifer is present under a gas reservoir.From the results of published literature reviews,we found that studies focused on the production of a gas reservoir with bottom water.Nevertheless,for gas well damage from the liquid phase behavior,we found that there was no statistical data or mathematical model of the relationship between reservoir pressure and the gas oil ratio(GOR),which affects production.In this research,based on the theory of fluid flow in porous media,a new mathematical model of water and gas production and a new equation on gas well productivity is developed.To verify the model and equation,gas production data collected from the field are applied.By analyzing the typical gas reservoir with bottom water and the collected data,influences from the liquid phase behavior are shown.In this way,mathematical relationships between reservoir pressure and the WGR and between the GOR and production decline were obtained.The new gas productivity model is derived from the gas and water pseudo pressure functions,which can be applied to analyze well damage caused by the liquid phase.In order to verify the mathematical model,production data were collected from a typical gas reservoir with an aquifer located in the Changxing gas reservoir.The results indicate that a semi-logarithmic linear relationship is obtained between the WGR and productivity decrease.When the WGR increases from 0.5 to 15m3/104m3,damage caused by liquid phase decreases to 59%.The tendency of gas productivity in the Changxing gas reservoir was obtained so that it decreases as reservoir pressure decreases and increases as the WGR decreases.The gradient of the gas productivity deduction increases as the WGR increases.By the end of the data analysis,two linear equations indicating the relationship between gas productivity and reservoir pressure and the relationship between gas productivity and the water gas ratio are obtained:QAOF?A1lnWGRB1 and QAOF?A2lnPB2,respectively.Xiaoliang Huang Xiao Guo Xinqian Lu Xiang Zhou Zhilin Qi Wende Yan Jiqiang Li 2018Petroleum2018,4,2:4
5Synergy of Anodic Oxidation and Cathodic Reduction Leads to Electrochemical C—H Halogenation显示文摘We herein uncovered an electrochemical C—H halogenation protocol that synergistically combines anodic oxidation and cathodic reduction for C—X bond formation. The reaction was demonstrated under exogenous-oxidant-free conditions. 6Determination of averaging period parameter and its effects analysis for eddy covariance measurements显示文摘It is more and more popular to estimate the exchange of water vapor, heat and CO2fluxes between the land surface and the atmosphere using the eddy covariance technique. To get believable fluxes, it is necessary to correct the observations based on the different surface conditions and to determine relevant techinical parameters. The raw 10 Hz eddy covariance data observed in the Yucheng and Changbai Mountains stations were recalculated by various averaging periods (from 1 to 720 min) respectively, and the recalculated results were compared with the results calculated by the averaging period of 30 mins. Meanwhile, the distinctions of fluxes calculated by different averaging periods were analyzed. The continuous 15 days observations over wheat fields in the Yucheng station were mainly analyzed. The results are shown that: (i) In the Yucheng station, compared with the observations by 30 min, when the averaging period changes from 10 to 60 min, the variations of the eddy-covariance estimates of fluxes were less than 2%; when the averaging period changes less than 10 min, the estimate of fluxes reduced obviously with the reduction of the averaging period (the max relative error was -12%); and when the averaging period exceeds 120 min, the eddy covariance estimates of fluxes will be increased and become unsteady (the max relative error is over 10%); (ii) the eddy covariance estimates of fluxes over wheat field in the Yucheng station suggusted that it is much better to take 10 min as an averaging period in studying diurnal change of fluxes, and take 30min for a long-term flux observation; and (iii) normalized ratio was put forward to determine the range of averaging period of eddy covariance measurements. 7Taxonomic review of the ant genus Dilobocondyla from China(Hymenoptera:Formicidae), with a revised key to the known species显示文摘Three species of the myrmicine ant genus Dilobocondyla are recognized in China:D. gaoyureni, D. fouqueti and D. rufida sp. nov. The new species is described based on the worker and the gyne castes, and can be distinguished from the others by the relatively shorter petiole and the obvious bicolored body. 8SERS mechanism of nickel electrode显示文摘Based on the theoretical model for the two-dimensional arrays, the dependence of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effect of nickel electrode, especially the ordered two-dimensional nanowires, on the incident photon energy in the range of 0.6-4.0 eV are analyzed, and most of the works are focused on the effect of the shape of nano-particles. The theoretical analysis shows that nickel can exhibit weak surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect when the surface is roughened properly, and the enhancement factor is about 102-104. Compared to the typical highly SERS-active Ag substrate, the SERS of nickel does not show the character of surface plasma resonance of the metal. The calculated result shows that the lightning-rod effect contributes the most to the SERS of Ni nanowires in the EM mechanism. 11Premonitory phenomenon of El Nino event reflected in the observations of LOD and sea level显示文摘Data sets of the changes of the length of day, the sea surface temperature in the eastern Pacific and of the sea level in Hong Long from tide gauge observations are used to analyze and reveal the reflections in the observations of the length of day and the sea level changes concerned with the premonitory phenomenon of next El Nino event. The results from this study indicate that a new El Nino event has been brewing with the ending of the strong La Nina event that started in early summer of 1998. 14Resequencing of sweetpotato germplasm resources reveals key loci associated with multiple agronomic traits显示文摘Sweetpotato is an important crop that exhibits hexaploidy and high heterozygosity,which limits gene mining for important agronomic traits.Here,314 sweetpotato germplasm resources were deeply resequenced,and 4599509 SNPs and 846654 InDels were generated,among which 196124 SNPs were nonsynonymous and 9690 InDels were frameshifted.Based on the Indels,genome-wide marker primers were designed,and 3219 of 40366 primer pairs were selected to construct the core InDel marker set.The molecular ID of 104 sweetpotato samples verified the availability of these primers.The sweetpotato population structures were then assessed through multiple approaches using SNPs,and diverse approaches demonstrated that population stratification was not obvious for most Chinese germplasm resources.As many as 20 important agronomic traits were evaluated,and a genome-wide association study was conducted on these traits.A total of 19 high-confidence loci were detected in both models.These loci included several candidate genes,such as IbMYB1,IbZEP1,and IbYABBY1,which might be involved in anthocyanin metabolism,carotenoid metabolism,and leaf morphogenesis,respectively.Among them,IbZEP1 and IbYABBY1 were first reported in sweetpotato.The variants in the promoter and the expression levels of IbZEP1 were significantly correlated with f lesh color(orange or not orange)in sweetpotato.The expression levels of IbYABBY1 were also correlated with leaf shape.These results will assist in genetic and breeding studies in sweetpotato.Shizhuo Xiao Xibin Dai Lingxiao Zhao Zhilin Zhou Lukuan Zhao Pan Xu Bingqian Gao An Zhang Donglan Zhao Rui Yuan Yao Wang Jie Wang Qinglian Li Qinghe Cao 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:1
