2Effects of stick-slip on stress intensity factors for subsurface short cracks in rolling contact显示文摘This paper theoretically investigates the effects of stick-slip in rolling contact zone on stress intensity factors(SIFs)for subsurface short cracks.New mathematical models for SIFs including stick-slip ratio are deduced in two cases.One is a subsurface short crack parallel to surface,and the numerical analysis shows that the value of KⅡincreases with the increase of stick-slip ratio;the other is a subsurface short crack perpendicular to the surface,and the numerical analysis indicates that the positive value of KⅠdecreases with the increase of stick-slip ratio.As △KⅠand △KⅡare necessary to evaluate the fatigue crack propagation rate or fatigue lifetime,the influences of stick-slip ratio on them are then discussed.It is found that the maximum variations of △KⅠand △KⅡare both around 3.0%due to stick-slip ratio variation.LIU WenTao ZHANG Yun FENG ZhiJing ZHAO JingShan 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,10:6
3Investigation of CRISPR/Cas9-induced SD1 rice mutants highlights the importance of molecular characterization in plant molecular breeding显示文摘Although Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated 9(Cas9)system has been widely used for basic research in model plants,its application for applied breeding in crops has faced strong regulatory obstacles,due mainly to a poor understanding of the authentic output of this system,particularly in higher generations.In this study,different from any previous studies,we investigated in detail the molecular characteristics and production performance of CRISPR/Cas9-generated SD1(semi-dwarf 1)mutants from T2 to T4 generations,of which the selection of T1 and T2 was done only by visual phenotyping for semidwarf plants.Our data revealed not only on-and off-target mutations with small or lager indels but also exogenous elements in T2 plants.All indel mutants passed stably to T3 or T4 without additional modifications independent on the presence of Cas9,while some lines displayed unexpected hereditary patterns of Cas9 or some exogenous elements.In addition,effects of various SD1 alleles on rice height and yield differed depending on genetic backgrounds.Taken together,our data showed that the CRISPR/Cas9 system is effective in producing homozygous mutants for functional analysis,but it may be not as precise as expected in rice,and that early and accurate molecular characterization and screening must be carried out for generations before transitioning of the CRISPR/Cas9 system from laboratory to field.Sukumar Biswas Jiaqi Tian Rong Li Xiaofei Chen Zhijing Luo Mingjiao Chen Xiangxiang Zhao Dabing Zhang Staffan Persson Zheng Yuan Jianxin Shi 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,5:4
4Micro-blogs Entity Recognition Based on DSTCRF显示文摘We proposed a unified model for Chinese named entity recognition in micro-blogs. The models provide a simple statistical framework to incorporate a wide variety of linguistic knowledge and statistical models in a unified way. In our approach, KNN classifier is used to get suitable training data. An optimal algorithm to generate the hierarchically structured DSTCRF is executed to select the structure attributes of the named entity in micro-blogs knowledge. 5OsMADS32 interacts with PI-like proteins and regulates rice flower development显示文摘OsMADS32 is a monocot specific MIKC^c type MADS-box gene that plays an important role in regulating rice floral meristem and organs identity, a crucial process for reproductive success and rice yield. However, its underlying mechanism of action remains to be clari fied. Here, we characterized a hypomorphic mutant allele of OsMADS32/CFO1, cfo1-3 and identi fied its function in controlling rice flower development by bioinformatics and protein-protein interaction analysis. The cfo1-3 mutant produces defective flowers,including loss of lodicule identity, formation of ectopic lodicule or hull-like organs and decreased stamen number,mimicking phenotypes related to the mutation of B class genes. Molecular characterization indicated that mis-splicing of OsMADS32 transcripts in the cfo1-3 mutant resulted in an extra eight amino acids in the K-domain of OsMADS32 protein.By yeast two hybrid and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assays, we revealed that the insertion of eight amino acids or deletion of the internal region in the K1 subdomain of Os MADS32 affects the interaction between OsMADS32 with PISTILLATA(PI)-like proteins OsMADS2 and OsMADS4. 13Establishment and Application of Heminested RT-PCR Assay for Detection of Mosquito-Borne Flavivirus—Guizhou Province,China,2018显示文摘Introduction:Mosquito-borne flavivirus can lead to serious infectious diseases worldwide and cause high mortality and disability.In order to strengthen epidemiological investigation of flavivirus and meet the needs of early warning of diseases,a simple,rapid,and sensitive detection method needs to be established to prevent and control mosquito-borne diseases.Methods:Using the NS5 gene of flavivirus in GenBank,3 universal primers targeting the conserved regions were designed.The complementary DNAs(cDNAs)of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),dengue virus(DENV),West Nile virus(WNV),and yellow fever virus(YFV)were used as the template to optimize the reaction conditions.A heminested reversetranscriptase polymerase chain reaction(hnRT-PCR)was established to verify the sensitivity and specificity of this method and to detect field-caught mosquitoes.Results:Our results showed that this method exhibited better specificity,higher sensitivity,and the ability to detect multiple viruses simultaneously.The lowest detection limit of JEV,DENV-2,YFV,and WNV was 3×10^(4),3×10^(6),3×10^(5),and 3×10^(4)copies/μL,respectively.Mosquito-borne flavivirus was successfully detected in the field-caught mosquito samples using the method established in this study.Discussion:The hnRT-PCR method established in this study can be employed for the rapid detection of flavivirus and provide technical support for early and rapid diagnosis of mosquito-borne flavivirus.Zhijing Xue Ning Zhao Jun Wang Xiuping Song Fengxia Meng Wenqin Liang Jingzhu Zhou Dan Wang Zhong Zhang Qiyong Liu 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,1:1
14Exploring User Influence for Topical Group Recommendation显示文摘With the development of social networks,many recommendation systems recommend items to a group of users, known as group recommendation. However, it will not be an appropriate recommendation without user topical influence analysis. We proposed a new group recommendation based on user topical influence analysis.We firstly construct several topical sub-groups depending on topics. Then we analyze user topical influence in subgroup, including user influence on specific topic and the topical sub-group. Besides, four user-factors are introduced to calculate the user social influence on topical sub-groups more accurately. Based on user topical influence analysis,we present our topical group recommendation algorithm,which calculates the predicted rating value for sub-group by aggregating weighted ratings of all users in the subgroup. 16Effects of operating conditions on the performance degradation and anode microstructure evolution of anode-supported solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Performance degradation shortens the life of solid oxide fuel cells in practical applications.Revealing the degradation mechanism is crucial for the continuous improvement of cell durability.In this work,the effects of cell operating conditions on the terminal voltage and anode microstructure of a Ni-yttria-stabilized zirconia anode-supported single cell were investigated.The microstructure of the anode active area near the electrolyte was characterized by laser optical microscopy and focused ion beam-scanning electron microscopy.Ni depletion at the anode/electrolyte interface region was observed after 100 h discharge tests.In addition,the long-term stability of the single cell was evaluated at 700℃for 3000 h.After an initial decline,the anode-supported single cell exhibits good durability with a voltage decay rate of 0.72%/kh and an electrode polarization resistance decay rate of 0.17%/kh.The main performance loss of the cell originates from the initial degradation.Xin Yang Zhihong Du Qian Zhang Zewei Lyu Shixue Liu Zhijing Liu Minfang Han Hailei Zhao 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,6:1

20Impact of preoperative therapy on surgical outcomes of laparoscopic total gastrectomy for gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer显示文摘Objective: As laparoscopic surgery is widely applied for primarily treated gastric cancer(GC)/gastroesophageal junction cancer(GEJC) and gains many advantages, the feasibility of laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG) for GC/GEJC patients who have received preoperative therapy(PT) has come to the fore. This study aims to analyze the safety and feasibility of LTG after PT for GC/GEJC patients.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 511 patients with GC/GEJC undergoing LTG, of which 405received LTG(LTG group) and 106 received PT+LTG(PT-LTG group) at Nanfang Hospital between June 2018and September 2022. The surgical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results: The surgical duration was significantly longer in the PT-LTG group(P<0.001), while the incidence of intraoperative complications(P=1.000), postoperative complications(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 26.2% vs.23.6%, P=0.587), the classification of complication severity(P=0.271), and postoperative recovery was similar between two groups. Notably, the incidence of anastomotic complications of esophagojejunostomy was also comparable between the two groups(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 5.9% vs. 5.7%, P=0.918). The univariate and multivariate analysis confirmed that positive proximal margin [positive vs. negative: odds ratio(OR)=14.094, 95%confidence interval(95% CI): 2.639-75.260, P=0.002], rather than PT, has an impact on anastomotic complications after LTG(OR=0.945, 95% CI: 0.371-2.408, P=0.905).Conclusions: PT did not increase the surgical risk of LTG for GC/GEJC.
