1应用注意力转移法降低鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射过程中的疼痛显示文摘目的探讨应用注意力转移方法,降低患者在鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射过程中的疼痛。方法 2014年5月至2015年3月间随机选取77例20~70岁不同年龄肌注鼠神经生长因子患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组进行常规肌肉注射,肌肉注射过程中仅观察患者的用药反应,干预组在肌肉注射过程中在观察患者用药反应的同时和患者进行非注射相关的沟通交流分散转移患者注意力。结果对照组4例患者反馈轻度疼痛,30例患者反馈肌肉注射过程中度疼痛,5例患者反馈重度疼痛,干预组患者28例反馈肌肉注射过程轻度疼痛,8例患者反馈中度疼痛,2例患者反馈重度疼痛。对照组轻度疼痛率占10.3%,中度疼痛率占76.9%,重度疼痛率占12.8%。干预组轻度疼痛率占73.7%,中度疼痛率占,21%,重度疼痛率占5.3%。两组患者数据统计,干预组通过转移患者注意力有效降低患者注射过程中的疼痛,两组数据统计Wilcoxon秩和检验结果,z=-5.216;P〈0.05,两组方法的差异有统计学意义。结论在肌肉注射过程中应用注意力转移法,能有效降低患者在鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射过程中的疼痛,同时减轻患者疼痛恐惧。杨妍 滕小萍 杨宝勤 ZHANG Yaqiong PAN Zhengting 2015中国老年保健医学2015,13,5:8
2Decentralized Demand Management Based on Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers Algorithm for Industrial Park with CHP Units and Thermal Storage显示文摘This paper proposes a decentralized demand management approach to reduce the energy bill of industrial park and improve its economic gains.A demand management model for industrial park considering the integrated demand response of combined heat and power(CHP)units and thermal storage is firstly proposed.Specifically,by increasing the electricity outputs of CHP units during peak-load periods,not only the peak demand charge but also the energy charge can be reduced.The thermal storage can efficiently utilize the waste heat provided by CHP units and further increase the flexibility of CHP units.The heat dissipation of thermal storage,thermal delay effect,and heat losses of heat pipelines are considered for ensuring reliable solutions to the industrial park.The proposed model is formulated as a multi-period alternating current(AC)optimal power flow problem via the second-order conic programming formulation.The alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm is used to compute the proposed demand management model in a distributed manner,which can protect private data of all participants while achieving solutions with high quality.Numerical case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed demand management approach in reducing peak demand charge,and the performance of the ADMM-based decentralized computation algorithm in deriving the same optimal results of demand management as the centralized approach is also validated.Jingdong Wei Yao Zhang Jianxue Wang Lei Wu Peiqi Zhao Zhengting Jiang 2022Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,1:3
3MAP3K2 augments Th1 cell differentiation via IL-18 to promote T cell-mediated colitis显示文摘T cell-mediated immunity in the intestine is stringently controlled to ensure proper immunity against pathogenic microbes and to prevent autoimmunity,a known cause of inflammatory bowel disease.However,precisely how T cells regulate intestine immunity remains to be fully understood.In this study,we found that mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 2(MAP3K2)is required for the CD4^(+)T cell-mediated inflammation in the intestine.Using a T cell transfer colitis model,we found that MAP3K2-deficient naïve CD4^(+)T cells had a dramatically reduced ability to induce colitis compared to wild type T cells.In addition,significantly fewer IFN-γ-but more IL-17A-producing CD4^(+)T cells in the intestines of mice receiving MAP3K2-deficient T cells than in those from mice receiving wild type T cells was observed.Interestingly,under well-defined in vitro differentiation conditions,MAP3K2-deficient naïve T cells were not impaired in their ability to differentiate into Th1,Th17 and Treg.Furthermore,the MAP3K2-regulated colitis severity was mediated by Th1 but not Th17 cells in the intestine.At the molecular level,we showed that MAP3K2-mediated Th1 cell differentiation in the intestine was regulated by IL-18 and required specific JNK activation.Together,our study reveals a novel regulatory role of MAP3K2 in intestinal T cell immunity via the IL-18-MAP3K2-JNK axis and may provide a novel target for intervention in T cell-mediated colitis.Ningbo Wu Dongping Chen Hongxiang Sun Jianmei Tan Yao Zhang Tianyu Zhang Yuheng Han Hongzhi Liu Xinxing Ouyang Xiao-Dong Yang Xiaoyin Niu Jie Zhong Zhengting Wang Bing Su 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,3:3
4miR-4651 inhibits cell proliferation of gingival mesenchymal stem cells by inhibiting HMGA2 under nifedipine treatment显示文摘Drug-induced gingival overgrowth(DIGO) is recognized as a side effect of nifedipine(NIF);however, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. In this study, we found that overexpressed mi R-4651 inhibits cell proliferation and induces G0/G1-phase arrest in gingival mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs) with or without NIF treatment. Furthermore, sequential window acquisition of all theoretical mass spectra(SWATH-MS) analysis, bioinformatics analysis, and dual-luciferase report assay results confirmed that high-mobility group AT-hook 2(HMGA2) is the downstream target gene of mi R-4651. Overexpression of HMGA2 enhanced GMSC proliferation and accelerated the cell cycle with or without NIF treatment. The present study demonstrates that mi R-4651 inhibits the proliferation of GMSCs and arrests the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase by upregulating cyclin D and CDK2 while downregulating cyclin E through inhibition of HMGA2 under NIF stimulation. 15Circulating miR-221/222 reduces CD4^(+) T cells by inhibiting CD4 expression in colorectal cancer显示文摘Many patients with cancers have low levels of CD4+in their peripheral blood.However,the molecular mechanism is still unclear.Here,we found that the blood levels of miR-221 and miR-222 were dramatically increased in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),and both circulating miR-211 and miR-222 served as sensitive diagnostic markers with an area under the curve of 0.8790 and 0.9148,respectively.Transfection of either miR-221 or miR-222 resulted in the reduction of the surface CD4 antigen level but not the surface CD8 antigen level.The luciferase reporter assay showed that miR-221/222 directly regulated CD4 expression in human primary T cells.These data showed that miR-221/222 levels were upregulated in the blood of patients with CRC and that the expression of CD4 in human primary T cells was inhibited by miR-221/222.These findings provide a novel strategy for modulating the number of CD4+T cells in the blood and further adjusting the microenvironment suitable for immunotherapy.Jiajia Hu Jiawei Zhang Meng Yu Zukai Liu Yan Zou Liwen Hong Tianyu Zhang Jing Sun Minhua Zheng Xuekai Zhu Zhengting Wang Sanhong Liu 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,10:1

18Research and application advances in rehabilitation assessment of stroke显示文摘Stroke has a high incidence and disability rate, and rehabilitation is an effective means to reduce the disability rate of patients. To systematize rehabilitation assessment, which is the foundation for rehabilitation therapy, we summarize the assessment methods commonly used in research and clinical applications, including the various types of stroke rehabilitation scales and their applicability, and related biomedical detection technologies, including surface electromyography(sEMG),motion analysis systems, transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS), magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), and combinations of different techniques. We also introduce some assessment techniques that are still in the experimental phase, such as the prospective application of artificial intelligence(AI) with optical correlation tomography(OCT) in stroke rehabilitation.
